Holiday rentals with a kayak in Camden County

I stayed here with a group of 16 guys, all in our mid-20s, and we had an incredible time. The house was absolutely perfect. Everyone had their own place to sleep and their own bathrooms which made it super comfortable. It's located down a quiet backroad with very friendly neighbors, which gave us a peaceful and private setting. There’s so much to do for a big group: relaxing on the dock by the fire while watching TV, grilling on the porch, or hanging out in the garage playing ping pong, darts, and basketball. We also played a round at Osage National, an Arnold Palmer designed course, about 20 minutes away and easily the best I’ve ever played. Another highlight was a boat cruise on the lake with Playing Hooky, which was a blast. While the local bar scene was great, we honestly spent most of our time enjoying everything the house had to offer. I highly recommend this place for large groups there’s something for everyone to enjoy. The host was also extremely responsive and helpful.

The place was in great shape and definitely as-advertised on the Airbnb website. Andrew was responsive within minutes when we were trying to enter the place on the first day.

The house exactly matched the pictures and has a terrific back deck on the lake. It was a bit cozier than expected, but worked great for our family of four (this wouldn't be much of an issue during the summer with more time outside). For our winter stay, it was terrifically peaceful and well appointed, we especially appreciated the gas range and outdoor cooking options. Finding the house was a bit treacherous in the dark and rainy night we arrived, but Kim's instructions made it much easier than it could have been.

This was the perfect way to kick off our summer with a relaxing getaway. We mostly enjoyed swimming, paddling around on the kayaks and paddle board, and sitting in the hot tub at night. With younger kids, it was nice to be on such a quiet cove - we did not have to worry about them in the water at all. The house had everything we needed and we loved sitting out the upper deck with coffee in the morning and the lower deck with a nightcap to end the night.

The Lake House was a great choice to stay! Everything went smooth from arrival till departure. We didn't have a single issue during our stay. The house was perfectly clean and very complete. It offered everything we needed. Also the location of this house is great,The view over the lake is fantastic. We had a great time here, and definately recommend this house you won’t be disappointed. Our host was amazing if we call or message them they we’re there to answer all questions, no hesitation. We highly recommend Thank you to the owners for sharing their home with us. What a great weekend to make memories with our family. We will be recommending this home to family and friends. 💕

We had a great stay! The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Check-in was super easy, and the hosts were quick to respond to any questions. The location was convenient and quiet, making it a perfect spot to relax. Would definitely stay again!

Everything was great! The kitchen was completely stocked. We cooked most of our meals there. And even baked some breakfast casserole while we were there. The kitchen has spices, condiments, and so much more. Host provides water purification pitcher. The house is in a good location. Dollar general less than a few minutes away. 30 minute drive to all touristy areas. Has an amazing private dock in a private cove right off the main channel. There was plenty of room for all of us. For some a window ac unit can be annoying but I love having control over the temperature in each room. The bathrooms were nice and clean. And the host has graciously provided extra toiletries, sunscreen, bug spray, snacks, etc. Very comfy beds and pillows. The sunroom was beautiful. So many stocked games indoor and outdoor. Host was very helpful and friendly. Very close to the cave bar. Would definitely stay again!

We had an amazing stay! The house was perfect for our family and friends. Just what we needed! Nick answered all my questions in a timely fashion. I locked my phone in the house and he helped me quickly to get it out. Great place for kids to paddle around with no danger. Loved being in the little cove! House and host is amazing. Thank you!

Katie and Ben were great hosts and their lake house was perfect! Super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The views of Lake of the Ozarks were stunning, and the location was peaceful and had beautiful sunset views. We had an amazing stay and would definitely come back!

Absolutely beautiful spot to unwind and take in the peace and quiet of the lake. The cabin was beautifully decorated, pristine, with a well-stocked kitchen and lovely lakefront views. Hosts were amazing, attentive and accommodating ! Highly recommend this spot for your next getaway!

This cottage was a great size for four of us. With the games, kayaks, lily pad, and diving board-there was a lot to keep us entertained. It’s settled at the end of the road so it felt very private and the woods were beautiful to look at. The kitchen was stocked with a ton of cooking utensils, and we were happy to find an abundance of towels for us, as we forgot to pack them. During my stay an issue had occurred that I brought to Lindsay’s attention and she was incredibly nice, offering me multiple solutions in a timely manner so we could get it resolved. This was my first time renting an Airbnb and was definitely worth it.

We just loved our stay! Truly the best views! We loved being surrounded by the lake. Beautiful property. The kids had a blast exploring the shore and the hot tub. We hope to return one day!

This was a great place to stay right on the lake. The screened porch, deck, and fire pits were great hang out areas to enjoy the outdoors and we loved taking the Kayaks on the lake and swimming. Perfect stay to enjoy the outdoors while maintaining all the amenities of a house stay.

Our stay at the cabin was absolutely amazing! The space is even more adorable in person than it is in the pictures. It’s very deep into the lakes and very secluded. Perfect for a disconnected get away. The claw foot tub was so peaceful, the hot tub and outdoor shower are such amazing amenities but also screened in so you can have your privacy. The dock and kayaks are just a short two minute drive away and are such a perfect activity for the day. At night, wood is provided to have an indoor fire which is so cozy. Hannah and Dannon are great hosts. They are so lovely and responsive and are willing to drop off any extra supplies that you might need. Make sure to bring everything you’ll need with you because the closest store is 30 minutes away. If you are looking for a relaxing get away to escape the world, this is the place! We will be back :)

Amazing cabin. Exactly as described... Rustic. Location on lake is perfect (relaxed & remote).. with a 10-15 min drive to night life if desired. Sondra was very responsive/friendly. Family really enjoyed the included games, grill, pier, kayaks, etc. Great experience/weekend getaway.

Great little lake cabin for the boy & I to stay at over the weekend fishing in a crappie tournament. Jennifer is super helpful & responsive making sure we had the best stay possible. We loved having the dock right out the back door & we could just jump in the boat & go in the mornings. Driveway parking our 19' boat trailer was tight but doable & we put our boat in at the ramp just about 100 yards down the road. The ramp is tight & has some curves but no problem for an experienced backer upper!!! Thanks for everything

The place was a great olace to stay amd allowed our group of 5 plenty of space and things to do at the house without leaving the house.

We loved our stay. It was an absolute steal for the quality of the cabin. We planned to bring our 21 foot bass boat, so we rented a boat slip which comes with access to the boat ramp. We ended up not bringing our boat, but I will say that the ramp was a bit sketchy and we wouldn't have used it. However, the website does describe that the water level are low in the spring, and that affects the ramp, so it was something they warned us of. We took a trailer full of ATVs, and I would recommend that anyone with a trailer should go ahead and park it in the trailer parking before driving down the hill to the cabins. There's just not much space to maneuver or turn around. But the resort was perfect! The laundry room was clean and well stocked, the cabin was perfect, AC was cold, the docks were all nice. We also rented a boat from Montego Bay and it was super convenient, both on the road and across the water!

Don's lake house is great. Dock has been well maintained & is more private than surrounding areas We were able to fish off the dock & caught bass, catfish & bluegill. Deck is spacious, overlooks lake & provides privacy. House is truly pet friendly with enclosed area for dogs out front Interior is clean & updated. Would recommend Don's place for lake vacation

We spent the weekend at Tracey’s lake house and absolutely loved it. Being in a no wake cove with so many thoughtful amenities (kayak, SUP, floats, etc etc) made our weekend perfect. We literally didn’t leave the property except to take our boat out and try Captain Ron’s in the cove over! The house itself is very cozy and cute, and we felt like we had a lot of privacy. We felt right at home! We look forward to coming back again!! Highly recommend!!
