Such a great place! The best views, you really feel you’re in nature. The hot tub is great and the cabin was lovely and warm! Great amenities, and even provides robes and slippers for the hot tub! Can’t recommend it enough, a truly wonderful stay!

Jade was very accomodating and friendly. Place was very clean, spotless even! I would definitely go back at some point! Me and my partner loved our stay for our special day. Thank you Jade!

Absolutely brilliant. Love golf or not this is a lovely place to stay with modern and pristine facilities. Really nice and friendly staff. The Lodge. The Lodge is absolutely lovely and actually has comfortable beds unlike others I have stayed in. The kitchen is fully kitted out and has everything you need. The Lodge is very spacious and has 2 toilets, one of which is an ensuite. The Hot tube was a great addition and wouldn’t go without now. The view looks over part of the course and is within 1-2 min walk of the club house and all the facilities, so if you fancy some golf, food or beer it’s a stone throw away. Cambridge centre is a 20/25min drive away so and Eber is like £20. Would definitely come again and will be back great value. Thank you Cambridge county club and the host of the lodge it was lovely.

John was a great host, he welcomed us and was very friendly and communicated from the start. The lodge is so peaceful, quiet and scenic. The amenities are great, only suggestion would be some light blankets as it gets cold and they would have been nice to sit outside with. We didn't stay long, only 2 nights, would happily have stayed longer and would deffo come again for race days. Lovely local pub 2-3 min walk away the Red Lion, beautiful food and staff were friendly.

Amazing lodge, very clean and had all the amenities needed. We stayed for 1 night for my husband’s birthday and the little touches were lovely. A bottle of prosecco and orange juice plus milk in the fridge, toiletries in the bathroom and robes for the hot tub! The hot tub was so nice, especially sitting inside and taking in the views! Thank you for a relaxing and chill weekend

We had a really lovely stay, they have a great set up here with a sweet little pod with everything you need in a very peaceful area, where we especially enjoyed being able to sit and relax in the hot tub! There’s also the local pub just a short walk away as well as a nice little café and shop if you need any essentials.

I could actually live here, it was so peaceful, (possibly not the case if there was a event going on,) beautiful garden pond area, would love to see inside the windmill, clean, fresh interior, planted area around the hot tub, enough wood left for our stay as this is a wood fire heated hottub, which was clean, fresh and well maintained, shower room was clean and tidy, bedroom was alittle awkward to get to for a larger man like myself or for anyone with mobility issues but it was a lovely little nook once up the little staircase, there was another group on site but because of yhe pods positioning couldnt hear them at all. A very nice place to stay and would recommend it for any couple. Oh and the sofa pulls out for a sifa bed aswell I needed to use it as getting up into the bedroom was a little tight,

We loved staying at Chestnut Lodge. The setting is beautiful and peaceful, the lodges are comfortable and well equipped and the location is rural but within easy reach of some great attractions. Our kids loved the hot tub and tennis/football court too.

Literally the perfect place for a weekend getaway — hot tub, bbq, and firepit - plus a walk to a good pub nearby. Had an amazing time and all went very smoothly. Will definitely be coming back!

Lovely night stay. Grounds were peaceful and spotless. Restaurants served perfectly good food, and all staff were friendly and attentive. The cabin was superb. Very clean and tidy. With everything you might need for a cooked meal. We would definitely recommend *****

We had a really nice time here. our children loved playing in the garden and watching the rabbits. the place was perfectly clean and well stocked kitchen for cooking. thank you!

Thanks to Amanda and Adam for a great 3 nights at the Silver Birch Lodge. It was so much to do and the hot tub and fire pit was so amazing… We learnt how to build a fire pit as never done this before so was a good experience. Me and my 8 year old took the bikes out and went around the village with some spectacular views and really friendly people. If you are looking to relax and get away for a few days then this is the place to come really nice from start to finish… Thanks again for being amazing hosts and will definitely come back again!!!

cute little cabin . had everything we needed . even realised we didn't need a TV . thank you for a lovely stay . very friendly pub lovely people that run the pub we're so friendly even cooked us late night pizzas for hungry teeenagers .

Stayed for a long weekend with the children and dog for Father’s Day. What a beautiful place this is. Super peaceful but kids kept busy with the tennis/basketball and football pitch as well as games room. Had great walks and the local pub was a nice touch with very friendly locals, great food and child and dog friendly. Lodge was just perfect, including family time around the fire and BBQ and of course the hot tub. Would highly recommend and will definitely be returning again. *****

I've enjoyed my stay here very much! Alan and Teresa are both very friendly and hospitable. They took care of me very well by going above and beyond. This is a great place to stay at to enjoy peace and tranquil atmosphere while also being within 5-10minutes to Ely. Will definitely book again in the future!

Nice quiet stay at a small annex.

Perfectly fine place. It's a cabin at the end of the garden on one of the houses opposite the Old Spring pub. Everything was clean and in good working order. The keys were all a little hard to use, they stick in the locks, so a little persistence is needed.

Really enjoyed the stay here. Beautiful surrounds. Lovely to wake up to the rustle of trees. Highly recommended.

What a lovely place so close to central Cambridge. So private, amazingly clean and quiet. Stayed to be near my son who is intended university. Will definitely be back to use again. Thank you for such a lovely place to stay.

Cozy studio in an amazing and very convenient area (close to the centre and to the station). Everything was tidy and comfortable. A great deal, recommended!

Kitty was so great with instructions and very responsive with any questions we had. The grounds are beautiful and the cabin was perfect for our stay, it was raining but still so nice to be in the cabin hearing the rain. Will definitely be coming back, thanks Kitty!
