お部屋が清潔で快適でした。開放的なリビングでホテルとはまた違う現地の家に泊まってる感覚がありました。民泊ですが、アメニティが充実していて不自由なく過ごすことが出来ました。ありがとうございます。

I was only come to pnom penh to stays at andy’s place, his place give you the experience as if you are someone who lives in a movie. The balcony is my favorite spot. However if you looking place where you can cook while stay it’s not really suite to what you are looking cause the kitchen is not working, but they have washing machine, so you don’t really have to worry about laundry and dirty clothes while you are traveling. Overall it has been nothing but to match my expectation, love it!

Prachtig verblijf met een mooi uitzicht. Schoon en voorzien van alle gemakken. communicatie was goed en snel. Duidelijke uitleg en een rondleiding door het immense gebouw. Iedere tuk tuk driver weet het te vinden als je zegt prince mall.

East Land Apartments (Yue Tai Hotel and Apartment) is located at the corner of streets 214 and 51. Great communication with Richard. Good recommendations and helpful. Nice location from which many restaurants and attractions are within walking distance. We stayed about three weeks in Room 506. Spacious 2bed/2 bath. Has an agitator, laundry detergent and clothes rack for convenience. The flat was a little warm, so Richard was able to drop off a floor fan which helped a lot. The master bedroom had only a box spring, so it felt like sleeping on plywood. Richard was able to arrange the delivery of a mattress. It took a few days but made a big difference. The gym has been severely neglected and is rather useless. Fortunately there is a very modern gym only a few minutes away down Street 51 called The Place. $15 per day / $99 per month. Overall nice place to stay.

The real room is more beautiful than the picture with full of convenience, it makes me feel like i’m home, everything is very nice. I can see the city view and river view from this room. I will come back here if i have free time.

Check in was smooth and the host and her team were well prepared and their experience was very evident. There were some minor instances that came up during my stay where some maintenance and attention were required but Lalin and her team (especially MeanHeng) were experts in remedying the situation and resolving it quickly and with ease. The only Con for my stay was the bed, it was a little bit more firm than I am used to. Outside of that, the description and instructions were accurate. The best part was the location to the river walk and all the markets and bars - also a great location for avid runners.

Da es am Anfang klare Anweisungen für den Check in gab klappte alles reibungslos. Auf Fragen wurde prompt geantwortet und kleine Unannehmlichkeiten wurden sofort beseitigt. Gern wieder

Magnifique maison, au bord de la rivière, avec une vue imprenable. A l'arrivée, tard le soir, nous n'étions pas très à l'aise car la maison est semi ouverte et nous n'étions pas habitués à une telle immersion dans la nature. Karin est venue nous rassurer et nous donner de bons conseils; nous avons adoré notre séjour! Nous avons aussi pu profiter d'un excellent soin/massage au spa de l'autre côté de la rivière. On est venu nous chercher en bâteau pour nous y amener; très chouette.

Stayed for a month+ in July 2018 and onwards. The house and garden is amazing. Old World charm. From the large balcony (there are two) you have sea view to the one side, and jungle view to the other. The garden is large and green with palm, papaya, mango and avocado trees and a pond for fish. A short walk to the ocean, and a short drive to Kep beach & city and to the national park. Kampot is half an hour away in tuk-tuk.

very clean, large and feel very comfortable. the environment is very good. highly recommend for group of people who like nature and quietness from city.

Let start by saying my host Joe is Outstanding. I really do mean that. He went out of his way to answer any and all question. Gave me places to go and places to eat. He even took me in his private vehicle to lunch. He clean my room while i was there and my clothes were washed at no extra cost. He provide an array of snacks and coffees. Man, when i say he made me comfortable thats an understatement. You will see Joe is the Man….Professor JOE! Thanks for everything joe you deserve a 7 Star if it was allowed…. OH yeah you can participate in classes offered too. (Spanish, french ect….)

really nice apartment to stay at for a month. internet was great, the host was super helpful. the gym, pool and badminton courts were a great perk (though you have to pay for it, it was very well maintained and never too crowded). the view of the stadium is also really good. grocery stores, sim card store, cafes were all nearby and uber/tuktuks came within 1 min whenever required.

So's apartment is spotless, super comfortable and a great place for a short stay, despite the neighborhood being fairly noisy and congested and a skyscraper under construction directly in front. Being located in a building connected to a mall meant that we didn't have to go far to find a supermarket or for an impromptu meal. There is a gorgeous pagoda at the street level right opposite the entrance lobby which is worth visiting. Great location to get cabs and tuktuks quickly.

Darwin Villa was a wonderful place to stay. A private room with a balcony spa bath, overlooking the Mekong River. The sunrise and nighttime view were spectacular. I will definitely stay again. 5 stars.

Highly recommend modern specious 1 bedroom with everything you need . Full river view big bonus
