Serviced apartment holiday rentals in Cambodia

This place is in a great location near lots of good restaurants and shops. Not too far to walk down town. We like to walk along the river at night to get there. The space was clean and Vireak was very friendly and helpful with anything we needed. Overall a great stay.

It was an amazing gem of a place at that price point. It was such a comfortable stay and despite the worries, it was so clean of a place which we had no qualms about. The staff was friendly even when they do not speak English, they tried their best to help at every turn, even helping to purchase and replace my motorbike mirror when it had a crack. There was drinking water tap at the lobby which saved us so much effort of buying water. As we wanted to do some light cooking, the host kindly provided some condiments and utensils to allow us to do so. The pool below was such a nice touch to cool off every day too! I could not shout louder about this place for sure, it is a short 10minute ride from the town, but the respite was well worth the travel!

The place was really nice and the staff was so nice and friendly! The rooms were big and very clean! We loved that the kitchen was stocked with dishes and cooking supplies so we could cook for ourselves.

Our family of five had a wonderful stay at this condo. It’s not right in the city center, but that’s exactly what made it so special. The location offers a more authentic Cambodian experience, surrounded by a quiet, safe neighborhood and a friendly local community. We loved exploring the nearby street market and experiencing daily life in a more relaxed setting. The condo itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable for our group. Everyone we met—both within the condo and in the neighborhood—was incredibly welcoming. A highlight of our stay was being invited to join the Cambodian New Year celebrations with local neighbors. It was such a memorable and heartwarming experience that made us feel truly at home. If you’re looking for a peaceful stay with a genuine local vibe, this is the perfect spot. Highly recommended for families!

Great host. The AC in the living room didn’t work so after we told them, in few hours it was fixed. Michael is very friendly and helpful. Also great spot if you’re looking for real Cambodian street food at night. We enjoyed our overall stay at la Belle Residence 👍🏻

This is close to the centre of Siem Reap and very easy to come and go. And above all, it was a very clean and free room. I recommend this place if you come to Siem Reap without any inconvenience😏👍

The place was really clean and well-lit. The view isnt amazing, but the apartment is gorgeous, especially in the mornings when the sun enters the apartment. All the things in the apartment were new including all the furnishings. At first there was no cooking utensils but it was stated that there were supposed to be a fully stocked kitchen. Upon request, the staff bought an entire new kitchen set including a rice cooker, pans and pots, knives and cutlery and ktichenware and placed it neatly within the cupboards within a few hours. Therefore they have excellent service. Location for the apartment is not the best,but it is close to the city centre. The apartment has a few tuktuk drivers on standby and it is cheap and easy to access the city or travel anywhere for a few dollars. Tuk tuk drivers will also wait for you and bring you back to the hotel if needed. The place in general is great and v big. Definitely would stay again when I return to Phnom Penh

This place is amazing. Amazing staff and super clean. I'd definitely recommend it. Tuk tuk to Pub street is around 2$ one way. There is a huge pool. Photo is very accurate.

Our stay in Lav's apartment was excellent. The apartment, big space, 3 balcony, 2 big bathrooms, nice kitchen, cosy and quiet. The neighbors very friendly, close to Angkor Wat, close to pubstreet. And last but not least....our very very helpful and friendly landlord Lav. We feel like home. Come again for sure.

A lovely apartment with a serene pool area that offers a much-needed escape from the craziness that is Phnom Penh. The apartment has a great balcony, decent internet, and a big dining room and kitchen. It's also a fairly central location -- near a big supermarket, a bunch of awesome restaurants, a cool independent movie house (Flicks -- check it out for sure) and an AWESOME Khmer boxing gym (Selapak -- which I'd also recommend checking out, even if you've never done fighting before). The staff was WONDERFUL -- super friendly doormen and housekeepers who made my stay a joy. The host is responsive, and helped me out with my requests for extra cooking equipment. Highly recommend!

Parob is always ready to help you. The apartments are clean and nice. You have everything you need around it and it’s a quiet place to stay. If I’m going again to Siem Reap I will definitely repeat on here
