Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Cambodia

Our host, Evan, was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the entire process from booking to check-out buttery smooth. The apartment was spotless, modern, and perfectly equipped for our family's needs. A huge and unexpected bonus was the daily housekeeping service – the housekeeper was amazing, keeping the home tidy, washing our clothes, and truly allowing us to relax and enjoy our vacation. The property is exactly as pictured. The kids loved the swimming pool, and the central location was a huge highlight, with shops and restaurants just a short walk away. The convenient location and the wonderful swimming pool were definite highlights for us. The building itself is very peaceful, and we found our stay to be incredibly calm and relaxing. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone, especially families, visiting Siem Reap. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Frank and his staff were amazing throughout our stay. They were always attentive and went out of their way to make our stay a pleasant and enjoyable experience. The tours organised by them were also well-planned and very reasonably priced. Morning breakfast at your own rooftop private pool was also a huge plus. Highly recommended 👍👍

Staying at this homestay in a peaceful village near Siem Reap was one of the highlights of our trip. The lovely family welcomed us with open arms, and we were lucky enough to spend quality time with them, learning about their daily life and Cambodian culture. Anne was a wonderful host being extremely helpful and friendly! Such kind people, willing to provide answers to any queries or questions we had about the area and the property. The location is beautiful and recluse very good for a peaceful get away. Clean facilities including spotless kitchen and Bathroom area. 5* Stay Would HIGHLY recommend!!!

Look no further. If this place is available, BOOK IT! I've travel to Cambodia many times and this is by far the best place I've stayed. The staff alone are some of the nicest and caring people you will meet. They welcome you with open arms and kindness in their hearts. The villa itself is very spacious and has all the creature comforts you would need. 100/10 would recommend. Looking forward to booking this place again.

Sounsrors is an amazing host. I couldn’t meet her during my stay in Siem Reap because she left the city for family events of Khmer New year. but she kept in contact with me. That’s why I could find the keys and use some amenities(mosquito coils etc).The house is traditional one so it’s located in rural area of Siem Reap and it’s a little far from downtown. But she arranged a driver for going there and visiting some temples , picking up and dropping off to the airport.Everyone, please don’t worry. If I have a chance,I definitely want to come back here. Thank you for valuable experience and the full support for me during my stay.

Very nice place to stay, if you want to visit Nesat village. Neat and clean, Claire is a very considerate host. Well equipped kitchen, full size fridge, cold water already in the fridge when we arrived, we really had no problems. We arrived in low season, and many people in the Nesat community were not present. Claire helped us with whom offered food at the moment, and where to go and what to see. Great place to go, if you enjoy a quit time. Not an abundance of things to do very close to Nesat, but a great community, and we very much enjoyed the beaches and mangrove forests, and just hanging out with our kids in the villa and enjoying family time in the Forrest.

This condo was very modern and clean. The furnishings were nice, linens were spotless, and bathrooms/kitchen all brand new. The views from the rooftop pool and bar were absolutely amazing. You could see all of Phnom Penh and the different rivers on all sides. The location was convenient,.. easy to get to everything and easy to find transportation. We never waited for more than 2 minutes for a Grab ride to arrive. The building was secure with guards out front and a keycard required to enter the lobby and elevator. The staff were friendly and helpful. The host was super responsive, friendly and kind. We stayed for 2 weeks and they arranged for a cleaning mid-way, which we really appreciated. We would definitely stay here again.

Hi, has to be one of the best private appartments in Siem Reap. Quiet and semi secluded and only 5 mins to the city centre in a $1 tuk tuk. Local shops and restaurants start 200m away. Apartment is clean, large, open and spacious. Fantastic host, catered for our car. Will stay here again. Cheers DJ.

Ruwan was a great host and the place was nice. There was an issue with the water supply but Ruwan was very pro-active and I barely noticed a thing. Would definitely recommend.

I had a really great 3 weeks stay at Erika's apartment. The place is exactly as it looks in the photos - well equipped, nicely decorated, big windows and lots of light. The location is great - you'll have a very local experience staying here. It's next to two parks (which are good for running) and a short walk to the river front promenade (also good for running) and the Royal Palace. Erika is a great host and was always available and quick to answer any questions I had. Highly recommended.

Really lovely stay in the heart of Phnom Penh. The apartment is quiet, but just near (and an easy walk to) a lot of restaurants and shops. Comfortable furniture, cute kitchen with everything you need, and has a washing machine - which is great! Angel also provides all soap for the laundry and bathroom. She was really responsive and helpful. I really enjoyed the stay and would stay again. The only thing to note is that it’s on the second floor and there are two sort of steep staircases to get to the apartment - just a note if you have mobility issues. 10/10 ⭐️

Soyorn is a great host and the apartment is fantastic! From the moment I booked the apartment the communication and information given to me by Soyorn was great. I also got supplied an adapter free of charge and delivered to my room so I could work on my computer which was great. I highly recommend staying at this apartment in Phnom Penh, the pool and gym are fantastic and the area is safe and there many nice local cafes and restaurants to eat and also a 7/11 4 mins walk for the apartment. 5 stars all round!

So's apartment is spotless, super comfortable and a great place for a short stay, despite the neighborhood being fairly noisy and congested and a skyscraper under construction directly in front. Being located in a building connected to a mall meant that we didn't have to go far to find a supermarket or for an impromptu meal. There is a gorgeous pagoda at the street level right opposite the entrance lobby which is worth visiting. Great location to get cabs and tuktuks quickly.

Staying in J Tower II apartments was the most memorable stay in Phnom Penh, we liked all amenities: sky pool, game room and lobby floor. The apartment itself was modern, the TV was wide screen. The host was communicative and responsive.

The little studio was great and Orkide complex with it's massive pool and pleasant surrounds was a great refuge after the hustle and bustle of the inner city. Sunly was an outstanding host. One minor improvement would be the addition a dish rack in the kitchen. Would definitely return.

Perfect home base for Siem Reap and an outstanding host. The apartment is just lovely - so comfortable, a great amount of space for my family of 4. The appliances are excellent, beds are super comfortable, and washer / dryer works great. The complex has everything: fantastic gym, cafe, pool and easily walkable to town with a zillion restaurants. Lalin is one of the best Airbnb hosts I’ve come across: very clear, helpful instruction, checked to make sure we’d arrived, left us snacks, and immediately responsive. She also connected us with Bopha who showed us around Angkor Wat. They’re a dream team.

Great location! Max value is in a walking distance. It's easy to travel by Tuktuk. The security guard and the management officers are really nice. If you need something, you can always contact the host :)

This stay was perfect. Exactly as described. The whole staff is unbelievably kind - Miss Kim went out of her way to make us feel at home when we arrived and was responsive even when she was traveling herself. The place is walking distance from great restaurants, local markets, tons of cafes, everything you need but is on a quiet street. Excellent value. Would absolutely recommend staying here and would stay here again if we find ourselves back in the area.
