Holiday rentals with beach access in Cam Ranh

Nice apartment, quiet environment, has everything you need in the apartment, there is a sea and a shopping center nearby, a large supermarket, a lot of cafes around and a pleasant part of the sea where you can swim in the morning and sit in the evening😌 there is a balcony where you can have breakfast and just relax, a good accommodation for a long time, the only small disadvantage was that there were ants, but this issue can be resolved ;)

We had a great 10 day stay here. The apartment was clean, spacious and well set up. The location is amazing, with lots of good restaurants and shops nearby and a 1 minute walk to the beach. Steve was a great host and very responsive. We would definitely stay here next time we are in Nha Trang.

Great location, great rooms for the price!

We really liked the apartment! I recommend it🔥 it was very clean, good bed linen and towels. Stylish design! Cozy, there are air conditioners in each room and fans. The kitchen has everything you need. It's great that there are fresh flowers! Everything matches the photos. Sea view. Good location of the apartment. Close to the sea and the center. Apartment as advertised, tidy, clean and complete. Quick service after booking request, and very friendly. Close to a beautiful beach, surroundings very touristy. For more atmosphere/contact with locals, you'll continue from the beach.

Great flat in great location. Just by the beach. Nearby is filled with cafes restaurants and massage salons. Flat is cosy and spacious with just everything you may need during the stay. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Bedroom is very cosy and great to sleep at. Yep, no view from a window but this makes it more suitable for those who likes to sleep a bit longer. And for such a sun like in Vietnam this is more than suitable. Hoa is one of the best hosts we've ever met. We shared dinner and some drinks with her and her husband. Highly recommended!

Staying at this accommodation was a true delight. It was furnished with all of the necessary amenities that one might need, decorated in a clean and stylish fashion and boasted a bed that was especially comfortable. Not to mention access to a washing machine on the balcony that overlooks the ocean! The location itself is convenient to many groceries, restaurants, pharmacies, etc and is only 5-10 minutes away by motorbike to the main centre of the city. Because of this, there still maintains a sense of peacefulness to the general locality. The hosts were gracious, extremely communicative and were helpful in any way that they could be. They do offer an airport taxi service to and from the apartment for you to avail should you wish. This apartment would be a lovely stay for any guest in Nha Trang for their holiday retreat!

The apartment was perfect—clean, cozy, and felt just like home. The view was absolutely stunning, and the location couldn’t be better. Restaurants, bars, and the beach are literally just across the road, making everything super convenient. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable—I slept like a baby after long days of riding. Big thanks to Truc for such a lovely space. I’ve definitely found my go-to place to stay in Nha Trang. See you next time!

Beautiful pristine villa with full suite of amenities and excellent host. Highly recommend. Location is private, and only 10 minute taxi ride to city centre. Recommend for families, or groups of couples.

Great House with everything you need

We had a great 4 nights at the apartment. Check in was super easy and friendly. Communication from Hang was great. The apartment is attached to the hotel and staff here are all wonderful. Very respectful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble…..we asked for extra towels and they were brought up immediately and the apartment was serviced daily). The breakfast provided was a bonus too, thanks to Hang. The views from the apartment were awesome and the location was perfect. Right across from the beach which was busy at times but very well maintained and clean, and within walking distance to so many great restaurants and bars. I would definitely recommend.

Phuon is an great host. Everything was fine. Clean, enough space, stunning view from both bedrooms, great and silet air condition.

Really comfortable, roomy apartment with a stunning ocean view, and a great location close to restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and a large grocery store. Kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal including lots of tools, utensils, cups, bowls, etc. Couch is comfortable, good WiFi, plenty of hot water and good shower pressure. Washing machine and AC work great. A few things to be aware of: Bed is quite firm and up against the wall (a little awkward for the person against the wall to get out of bed), and you might want an eye mask for the morning sun coming into the bedroom (I used an eye mask but my husband didn’t feel the need, so it just depends on how sensitive you are). We absolutely loved this apartment and our host was super kind and helpful during our stay. We will definitely try to stay here again when we’re in Nha Trang!

Excellent apartment. It was our home for a month and it was very enjoyable. Location was perfect . Very central to everything and minutes from beach. The balcony has sea views which were amazing. Some minor problems were rectified quickly by the host. Very nice pool as well. Would definitely stay there again. Recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at Gin’s apartment and would gladly return in the future! The place is very cozy, well-equipped with everything you might need, and has an absolutely stunning view from the window. It’s located in a great complex with shops, restaurants, fruit stands, and even a local market with exotic goods not far away. We were sad to leave, but we’ll definitely come back to visit Gin again!
