House holiday rentals in Cẩm Lệ District

Didn’t get to stay for this time, but the host is very responsive and super understanding. Looks just like the photos.

This house is beautiful, just like the photos. We were 8 staying there and had lots of room for everyone. There was water and a nice fruit basket as a welcome, with additional drinks and snacks available to purchase if we wanted them. The location is very convenient for walking to many different wonderful cafes and restaurants and not far from the beautiful beach. Our return flight was late in the afternoon and the hosts were kind and let us stay after the usual check-out time. The only problem that we had, of course absolutely not the fault of the hosts!, is that the weather was cool and rainy while we were there so we couldn't take full advantage of the lovely private swimming pool and sauna, though we did swim a few times. We would be very happy to stay here again!

We love Thao’s place. It is quiet and very close to everything. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The kitchen is fully stocked. The staffs are very friendly. Another group of friends rented another Airbnb nearby but they got half the rooms and pay more than double. Absolutely well worth the money for this place. Highly recommend this place to everyone. Thảo was very nice to give our family a special local gift. That was a very nice touch. Would absolutely love to rent this place again the next time our family is coming to Đà nẵng. And one of our family members left some money after checked out. The staff were nice and very honest and called us back to retrieve it!

Chung tôi thật sự thích căn hộ của bạn. Đây là sự lựa chọn lý tưởng cho gia đình tôi, căn hộ được bố trí hợp lí, ánh sáng tự nhiên. Nội thất đầy đủ và chất lượng, bếp được trang bị sẵn, rất tiện cho gia đình nấu ăn. Phòng ngủ yên tĩnh, giường nệm êm, cách âm tốt. An ninh cực kì tốt.

4일동안 묵었었습니다. 숙소는 실제 사진보다 훨씬 더 멋집니다. 호스트님에게 질문을 하면 딜레이 거의 없이 답변을 받았구요. 비가 온다고 우산 몇개 챙겨준것도 감동입니다 수영장도 사진보다 더 큽니다. 보통 사진보다 작은 경우가 태반인데 Shine의 숙소는 그렇지 않아요. 온수도 정말 빨리 나옵니다 한가지 아쉬운 점은 다 사용한 수건을 담을 바구니가 필요한것 같습니다. 화장실 입구 옷걸이 밑에 두면 좋을것 같구요. 위치도 아주 좋습니다. 저희는 아침마다 바다에 걸어가서 수영하고 근처 까페에서 차 마시고 그랬었습니다. 번화가쪽 반대 골목도 가보시기를 추천합니다. 학교가 있어서 현지 사람들만 다니는 길이예요.^^ 다음에도 꼭 다시 방문하고 싶습니다.

The place is amazing with a nice pool and super close location to anything. We had amazing time, and sleep well.

2층에 2개의 침실이 있고 1층은 1개의 침실과 거실, 주방 공간이 있습니다. 전반적으로 깨끗하고 편안합니다. 근처가 주택가라 조용합니다. 수영장이 없는 것은 조금 아쉽습니다.

We really enjoyed our stay, the house was clean spacious and modern with beautiful rooms decorated and furnished to a very hight standard. The rooms were cleaned daily and towels changed multiple times during our stay. The house manager Helen was great and sorted out any issues we had promptly and professionally. We were allowed to check in early and when we had an issue with the air conditioning in one of the rooms on the first day and Helen organised this to be resolved immediately, it was fixed within an hour. Highly recommended this stay you won’t be disappointed.

너무 갑작스럽게 예약하게 되어 마침 일정에 맞는 숙소를 발견해 큰 기대없이 예약 후 방문 하였는데 너무 너무 친절한 직원분과 사진보다 더 깔끔한 숙소 내부와 푹신한 침구류등 흠잡을때 없이 너무 좋았습니다 일박이 아까울정도로 편하게 묵고 나왔네요 다시한번 방문해서 여유롭게 즐기고 싶습니다~ 친절한 직원분 성함은 기억 안나지만 너무 감사했습니다😄

We had a great stay at the lovely GoMi's House. The space is beautiful, and the touches are nicely curated. Quyên was beyond helpful and responsive from my first reach out until check out, giving us tips on where to eat, exchange money, and refilling some amenities. They went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable during our stay! One thing for future guests to note is that there are many tall flights of stairs in the House. We had a toddler who we very carefully accompanied on the stairs. She definitely got a lot of stair practice in!

Loc’s place is amazing and exactly how it looks, sleek and unique. We enjoyed our three-week stay here and used every floor. :) What a treat it was to be able to stay here!

가격대비 무척 크고 예쁜 방이에요. 호스트가 친절하고 바로 앞에 맛있는 카페가 붙어있어요. 조식으로 매일 다른 베트남 가정식을 만들어주었는데 너무 맛있었어요. 다만, 근처에 클럽이 있어서 밤에 소리가 좀 들려요. 방 안에서 음악을 틀면 안 들리는 정도입니다.

The place is cozy, comfortable, spacious. The owner is responsive in all our queries. Commendable place for those who want to stay for longer days of vacation. Superb place. Feels like our home.

Staying at Canaan Villa with family was a great experience! House is clean, neat and spacious - as advertised. The host is extremely responsive and helpful, went above and beyond to recommend restaurants, help us book attractions and transport at reasonable prices. Gave us the local recommendations which are away from the tourist spots, and loved them! Would recommend this listing to everyone!

This was an amazing place to stay in Da Nang. The hosts are very friendly and helpful for arranging transfers & activities when asked for. Would recommend!
