We loved the thoughtful touches, like the stuff for my infant. The stay was comfortable. Multiple 7/11 around the area, Watson across the street. Forbes Town is 2 min walk. Bonifacio stop over is like 2min away as well. St Lukes is 5-7 min walk. Pretty much a great place, near everything you need for your stay. Thank you for a wonderful stay Ms. Mirriam, we'll definitely be back! Highly recommend this property!

Definitely one of the prettiest listings I’ve stayed! It is well designed and carefully decorated. Unit has everything I needed for a short stay. Also to Dan, very friendly and responsive, any time of the day! Truly enjoyed my stay, and would have wanted to stay longer. Will truly recommend this place to family and friends visiting the area. 💕

Balay Sa Air truly exceeded all my expectations during my week-long stay. The location is incredibly convenient, yet it's a peaceful, beautifully themed retreat. The fast Wi-Fi, full kitchen, washing machine, and iron made my extended stay effortless. I especially appreciated that everything had clear guides on how to use it, and the projector with Netflix and balcony hammock were fantastic touches. Ma'am Dione was always there to answer queries promptly, and when I accidentally broke something, maintenance fixed it quickly – impressive service recovery! This really showed their commitment to guest satisfaction. It genuinely felt like a cozy, thoughtful home. For business travelers or anyone wanting a fully equipped, modern, and stylish base in Manila for an extended period, this is absolutely the best choice. I will definitely be going back! I am so happy to find Joy’s unit in SM Grass tower 2, though short notice Joy was able to accommodate me swiftly and got everything covered for our overnight stay. The unit was clean and fresh! We got everything we need as family of 5 and Joy was so kind to help me with my son’s favorite pillow that we left in the unit. She was able to arrange for us to get it back rightaway. Exceptional service! Thank you Joy, God bless and more customers for you!

Cathy was such a great host! She is very responsive and the instructions for her place were clear. It shows how she cares for the guests' satisfaction. She allowed us to do early check-in so we didn't have to stay out that long. The place was exactly how the pictures looked like in the app/website. Bedsheets✔️ Towels ✔️ no bugs✔️Ac and water pressure✔️wifi for foreigners✔️ To be fair, they didn't provide the room slippers so if you are icky about carpets, bring your own. The elevator may take time depending on the time of the day. Nonetheless, the stay was great. I highly recommend. We used to stay with Seda multiple times in the past but I can confidently say it is comparable with how clean and convenient it is. Plus her place is on the corner so it was extremely quiet at night with no outside noise coming in from the neighbors. :) Will book again!

Jins place was perfect for us. I like the lay out of the unit. Open plan kitchen and sitting room. The kitvhen is equiped for cookinh. The sitting room is comfortable to relax and watch movies. The bedroom has a big, king bed that is SO comfortable. There are 4 pillow and a duvet. Having Jin as host is lovely. She is always on the ball. Always quick to reply and very polite. Wifi in great. The cleaner, Fe (I think is lovely). Jin has offered us to leave our luggage in the room even if it is not ready yet. We extended our stay and moved to a different unit, she also offered to transfer our stuff to T1. We very much appreciate you Jin. Thank you so much for making our stay trully comfortable.

Our stay was great. Their living room/sala was airconditioned so even if you cook, there’s no need for a fan. We just had a little problem upon checking in, the guests before us overstayed but we weren’t informed, maybe that was also the reason why some things were left at the bathroom. Thankfully, they offered a free extension before checking out. Would love to book the house again😊

The location is 8mins away from SM Aura and all other major spots in BGC. It was tucked in a gated community in a quiet neighborhood. The house is quite new and everything in it. Love the kitchen utensils and cutleries, the cute accessories and decoration at the toilet, the modern lamps are tasteful and the TV is huge. I also love the mechanisms on the sliding doors, it slides smooth. All in all its one of the best place we’ve stayed in Manila, so i highly recommend it.

The host was very accommodating, always replying fast and nicely to us :> Instructions from check in to check out were given properly in advance. The place was better than expected! It's nice that it's near the playground and convenient store. It's fairly clean and spacious. Both ACs make the whole unit cold. The sala, kitchen, and bedrooms were clean (complete with pillows, blankets and towels) (only lacked condiments but it's not that big of a deal). The bathroom was clean but needed some air freshener. Overall, my family and I had a great stay. Big thanks to the host!

This Airbnb was my first out the country experience and I loved it, everyone around was nice, place was great and the balcony view was amazing. I will definitely book again when I come back😁.

Ms. Lisa was very accommodating. I highly appreciate how clearly she communicated with us. Since we booked the unit the same day, we had to wait for a bit because it still had to be cleaned due to a previous booking. Even so, she offered to extend our stay, and the place was spotless when we came in. I also like how complete the kitchen is. Aside from the usual cookware, there was also some seasoning readily available. Lastly, the unit looked exactly like the photos. The bed was comfy, there were a lot of things to do, and it was easy to access. I highly recommend this place, and I want to commend Ms. Lisa for being a great host.

Our 7 nights stay was really incredible! It feels like home specially having a hardtime to get used to with my jetlag. Quite and the aircon really beat the heat. I love the washroom and the bedroom is big enough and has a split/sliding door that made more special and private. Kitchenette are complete with basic needs. Highly recommended and will definetely boom again for next summer.
