Wonderful location! Literally right on the beach! Easy beach access, beautiful pool! Quiet and peaceful! Easy parking. Walking distance to several places to eat, breakfast lunch and dinner! Short drive to Pier Park. Host was very responsive! The place was clean and I do not have a single negative thing to say! I am definitely going to stay here again!

This was our first big family vacation. It was everything we could have asked for and more. We always had something to do. The beach was fantastic. We walked to all of the restaurants and ice cream shops around. Only left the area a couple of times, otherwise everything we wanted was right there. Highly recommend staying here. The condo was beautiful, spacious, very clean. The view was great and I really appreciated there was a closet with beach toys, towels, chairs etc...

Amazing stay! The beachfront location was unbeatable—gorgeous ocean views. The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The host was great and made check-in super easy. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

I had an excellent stay. The condo had a great view and was very comfortable. I also enjoyed having access to beach chair service that was included. Steve was very responsive to any questions I had. Would definitely recommend.

Our accommodations were very nice. Paula and Greg have other locations in the great smoky mountains and hopefully we can stay at them sometime. Paula did her best o make sure we were well taken care of. Will certainly consider them in the future.

What an amazing spot! The view was simply breathtaking and we could walk right out to the beach. There was so much around the area to do as well! Would definitely come back again!!

Such an amazing spot! Gorgeous sunsets. Great for our families Spring Break. Far away from “Spring breakers”. Josh responds to any questions or needs within 20 minutes. Huge backyard, great for cornhole & lawn games. Approx. 50 min from the beach (due to Spring Break traffic), otherwise it wouldn’t take that long. (We knew this!) The converted garage to game room was a hit with our kids (10 yo to 18 yo) We had epic ping pong & darts battles over the 3 full days that we were there. Definitely an amazing spot!

This location was amazing! The condo itself slept 4 of us very comfortably. The beds were also so comfortable! Beautiful balcony. Two amazing pools right downstairs. Definitely stay here to be on top of the beach! Would stay here again. The hosts were very responsive and polite.

This Airbnb felt like home away from home. It was very clean, beautiful, and in a quiet area. The location was in a drivable distance from anything you could’ve needed or wanted. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb. The hosts were very helpful and accommodating and which I greatly appreciated.

The stunning balcony view and being steps to the beach made this recently remodeled condo ideal for us (two parents with teens). We were blown away by the spaciousness inside and the modern, comfortable decor. Great beds and showers, nice appliances, everything provided that we could possibly need (fans, beach chairs/towels/umbrella/toys/cooler), and just an overall warmth and hospitality. You could also rent beach chairs and umbrellas or do parasailing and more right on the beach. There are carts available to bring up groceries and luggage on the surprisingly fast elevators. The bar across the street and being in a large high rise condo setting made for some noise at times, but we used white noise apps at night and had no issues. It's an older condo, but clean with easy parking and access to everything. On top of everything else, Kelli was incredibly responsive and friendly! We loved her restaurant recs. NOTHING beats the view, convenience, or loveliness of this gorgeous Airbnb.

Writing this review for my hubby 😊 Renata’s beachfront townhome is absolutely beautiful. Our family had an amazing time. The townhome is beautifully decorated. The beach/ocean front access is unbeatable. Our family has been visiting PCB for years and this trip we overpacked. Renata’s place included everything we needed for beach days (beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, boogie boards for our pre-teen son, and so much more). The townhome is located on our preferred area of PCB (West end) and still close to everything. My son and I enjoy our early morning walks to Thomas Donuts together from the townhouse. Plenty of beach area to set up in the morning for the ‘dads’ that haul all the beach gear to claim the ‘families daily beach spot’ for the day. you’re not sharing space with a hotel or resort condo, plenty of beach area for daily setup. My hubby, didn’t have to rush to claim a spot for the day and enjoyed multiple cups of coffee from the back deck overlooking the ocean!

Such a beautiful, comfortable home overlooking St. Andrews Bay. We relaxed, sunned, fished, cooked wonderful meals in the well-equipped kitchen, and were close to many restaurants and amenities. We loved the house and location and would definitely plan to return! Thank you for a lovely stay!

Super clean and larger than we expected! Great spot on the lake that looked just like the pictures. We were in town for a wedding down the road. Not much else around but easy to get to PCB or 30A if you rent a car. Basic ammenities and no frills but well stocked kitchen, laundry, linens, towels etc.

This place had AMAZING views! It was very clean and Elizabeth responded in MINUTES any time we had a question. Can’t wait to visit again!

We couldn’t have asked for a better location. A perfect little getaway that felt like a little home away from home. Peaceful, beautiful ocean views, convenient, and easy to access. The photos accurately depicted the condo and all amenities were there as listed. Tim and Beth were very responsive in communications and answered all my questions. Most amazing and kindest people to encounter. There place was so peaceful, quiet and roomy very up to date. Very beautiful surroundings. Melissa and her husband were very well respected and tentative to making sure everything was to our liking and we’re super responsive will definitely be booking again for our next vacation in that area

Great place for an affordable getaway! I traveled here with my wife and 1 year old son, and it was perfect. Very family oriented. Pools and beaches were beautiful. We will definitely be back

Fantastic, breathtaking view! you are on the top floor! beautiful. worth the stay! the beach is accessible from the hotel, no need to cross a street. several pools and hot tubs.

The condo is exactly as pictured. It is spacious, well decorated, and fully stocked. The condo’s location in the building provides you with the perfect balcony. It’s a gigantic wraparound balcony that offers plenty of quality furniture, space, and shade if you are in need. It feels private as it is set back from the neighbor’s. It’s hard to want to get out of the clear, warm ocean but when someone needed a break, it was convenient having the two beach chairs and umbrella ready and waiting! We cannot say enough good things about the rental!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this condo! The space was top notch—clean, beautifully furnished, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. From start to finish, Keith and Janine’s communication was excellent—friendly, responsive, and helpful every step of the way. It’s clear they take pride in providing a great experience, and it really shows. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a hassle-free and high-quality place to stay.
