Holly Harbor is 1.5 acre pennisula lot on beautiful Lake D'Arbonne. The rustic cottage "lake-themed" interior family home boasts a large picture window facing the sunrise and a large back deck perfect for outdoor grilling or just bird watching from the porch swing. A large open dock to the bay is ideal for fishing or swimming or canoeing/kayaking (provided). The cove side offers a boat house with lift that is available to guests who own boats. Sunrise at Holly Harbor is truly majestic.

Horses, chickens and other farm animals are on the property as well. Southern Arkansas University (SAU) is five minutes away. Come stay at a great location minutes away from all the major attractions in El Dorado. Close to downtown events and activities. Quiet safe neighborhood if you need to get some work from home done as well. A king bed, queen bed and a set of twin bunk beds with onsite laundry. Fenced in backyard however we do not allow pets. Two bathrooms with plenty of space for everyone to get ready. No smoking allowed inside but allowed in the backyard.

Fully stocked with towels and amenities. Swyft Internet connection and streaming. Just added backyard private fence. New deck complete with umbrella, table with four chairs for outdoor relaxation.

This spacious mid century modern home was built in 1963. It is located in a quiet neighborhood that dead ends on both ends of the street. Very quiet and relaxing environment with large back deck that looks over the woods. Only two miles from the downtown Murphy Arts District and a mile or less to 10 places to eat as well as Walmart, Brookshires, Walgreens, Hobby Lobby, TJ Max and more.
