Holiday rentals with a patio in Calgary

I stayed at this property for several months during a transitional time in my life. Matteo and the other hosts made my stay very comfortable. They were very flexible, responsive, helpful, and communicative. I am so grateful to have been hosted by them for this time. The property was very conveniently located close to a train station so I could get downtown within minutes. There are several great restaurants and pubs, an off leash dog park, multiple grocery stores, and other shopping nearby. The property also provides easy access to other main roads to easily access other areas of the city. One of my favourite things about it was all the dogs in the building :) Thank you again for everything, Matteo! Highly recommend Matteo and the other hosts!

This place is perfect! It can be neon if you want it - or you can turn off the lights, rest in the most comfortable bed EVER, open the sliding door, and listen to the buzz of the city. The kitchen was so well stocked that I didn’t get to check out *every* coffee shop because I had the best coffee and a coffee maker with a steamer, primo! I am not a city girl (hence the opportunity to stay in a high rise being extra unique for me) and had anxiety about parking and entering but Ally couldn’t have been more clear with the instructions - I had no questions at all, from start to finish. And the building was so easy to navigate, maybe I could be a city girl after all! The neighborhood was so easy to walk - close to hot spots but also close to parks and historical markers. I had an amazing 2 day stay and would love to stay here again! Thank you, Ally!

This was a fantastic stay! Our hosts, Richard and Teresa, were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. The room was very comfortable and clean, with all the necessary amenities. A particular highlight was the stunning city view from the property. It was breathtaking both during the day and at night. Highly recommended!

Second stay at this lovely location- as before, everything clean and welcoming. Allison and Shane are excellent hosts, and the suite is more than complete, down to the last detail. Absolutely recommend this spot!

my husband and I stayed at The Guardian, which is the name of their condo building in their one bedroom condo overlooking beautiful downtown calgary from the 13th floor; the view is breathtaking, especially sunsets and all the lights, calgary tower etc. Jen and steven provided clear cut instructions for check in and check out, which made the process easy. above all, they are quite responsive on airbandb messages. their condo had all the amenities you can think of. the building gym was undergoing maintenance but it would be available otherwise. most important was the great parking spot they got us. i had described the size of the vehicle- larger suv- and they ensured we got appropriate size parking in the building heated underground parking garage! thank you for the snacks, unlimited tea, coffee, water :) all their appliances were top notch; brand new. thank you for welcoming us and for the banff pass! would definitely stay here again.

I stayed here after my trip to Banff and Jasper National Parks, and it was the perfect place to relax before heading home. The location is super convenient, very close to Calgary Airport. The host went above and beyond by preparing free water, drinks, and chips, which was such a thoughtful touch and really appreciated after a long day of travel. The space was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Highly recommended if you're looking for a hassle-free stay near the airport!

From the moment you step through the pink door you are instantly transported to a perfectly curated, charming old home. All the amenities you could possible need, and then some. No detail left unnoticed. Comfy beds, plush towels, fully functional kitchen, backyard paradise, hot tub… I could go on. Location amazing, walk to everything. Our 6-person family fit into this spacious home with plenty of room. This high-end home was newly constructed and Seven was always exceedingly responsive if he had any questions or minor items to help us with. Bnbsy’s home was an awesome getaway for my student group’s National Exposition. After checking in, we immediately felt we were a home away from home, as the house was spotless and the host was extremely accommodating offering snacks and local recommendations. The host communicates very fast to any concerns we had, and we were always reassured if any problems arose. This was one of the most hospitable stays we had as a group so far, and we would definitely come back here if we’re in Calgary again!

Benjis place was awesome! Beautiful new area, absolutely beautiful home, very clean with all the amenities we needed. The garage was great to store our car. Benji was also amazing at communication & very responsive! Would 100% book again! Thank you Benji!

Great location! Lots to do nearby in terms of restaurants. Also a short walk to the river which was a lovely walk. Fabulous to have a parking spot too!

Excellent peaceful and quiet location, steps away from the river walks and parks. Balcony is in an alcove protecting from any winds. A/C worked very efficiently and quietly. Paul was accommodating to our request for adjusted stay which was highly appreciated. Highly recommended.

Lovely little apartment in a great location. Few steps to be followed for check in but it was all very clear and we had no issues. Comfy bed plus spare single tucked away on the side of the living room although this area was quite bright from all the windows/light. Apartment was well stocked and well thought out considering its minimal footprint but we didn’t feel cramped. I would stay here again the next time I visit Calgary. Great little bar across the road ‘magpie’ for happy hour and nice restaurants/cafe a short walk away in the Simmons building. Thanks Gordon

Absolutely amazing view of the Calgary skyline! Was also very nice being able to walk to all the venues we planned on visiting. Host is very responsive and detailed with instructions and expectations. Would stay again!

We had a lovely two-night stay here! The place was spotlessly clean and super easy to access with clear check-in instructions, which made arrival stress-free. Inside, it felt really homey and welcoming — a cozy space with great appliances that made it easy to settle in and feel comfortable. What really stood out was how responsive and friendly Angie and Zee were. They were incredibly helpful and accommodating, especially with our unusual check-in and check-out times, which made a huge difference for us. There were quite a few homeless individuals in the area. That said, we never felt unsafe in the apartment and it didn’t affect the overall positive experience. Overall, a clean, well-equipped, and comfortable stay with excellent hosting. We’d happily return!

I had a wonderful stay here! The place is very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The neighborhood is peaceful, and it felt like a perfect home away from home.
