Welcome. Our guests have access to kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, top of the line new mattress for your comfort. The room, bedroom, bathroom, pillows, mattress is throughly cleaned and sanitized for each guest. Lots of available street parking. Please check out by 11 am. Room is for two people no unpaid guest aloud. Space heater is available if you get chilly must be unplugged if you leave the premises. Non smoking home, smoking aloud in back yard ashtray is provided. Small fridge is available.

After a busy day, set the ambiance and relax listening to music or watching TV. The kitchenette is well equipped. Soak in the tub, then fall asleep. Please note a family lives upstairs.
