Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Caldwell County

Adrianne's response was quick! Nice place to stay for the money. Just can't understand why many would want to come to this area for vacation. Adrianne's place was adequate and performed well for my work crew that built my house.

We loved this beautiful cozy cabin! From the peaceful location in the middle of the woods to the little extras like the fresh flowers in a vase, specially folded towels and toilet paper, the kitchen with every little thing you can think about you’ll need, the amazing record collection to listen to and the huge stack of firewood for the pit outside. Best cabin ever! And for those who are bringing their horses to the Leatherwood stables to ride, this cabin is just a 10 min drive ! Thank you!

Lisa was a very responsive host and we appreciate that the property is dog friendly! The kitchen was stocked with all the necessary items for our stay and the bathrooms were pristine. It's a new home, so everything is spotless and comfortable. The host lives on site, but we barely heard them while we were staying there.

The house was perfect for what we needed for the weekend. A private get away! Would highly Recommend to anyone else

Love your place the location is very private, several deer a fox were frequent visitors. Love sitting on your porch after a long day with the grandkids. Hope it is available in the future for us to come back on our next trip to visit our family.

This is the ONLY location I’ll book when visiting Lenoir. I’m a native, and unfortunately family is far and few in between, but this location is wonderful to be able to stay and support when I’m home for a weekend, or when I just want to swing by. The hospitality was phenomenal and I can’t wait to book again in the future. God Bless!

This home was exactly as described and felt like home the moment we walked in. Edith was super responsive to any questions we had. Our favorite part was the walk in shower with the waterfall shower head. Would stay here again for sure!

This was a great spot for my family to stay while we were in town for my Grandma's 90th birthday. The house was great. Everything was comfy and clean with all the amenities you could want. It was a great location for getting into town and getting into the mountains. Gerri and Randy were very helpful and responsive. Everything was excellent!!

It is very cozy for a short stay. It is about 14 minutes to Grandfather Mountain. Great communicating with Amy prior arrival, she greeted us at the entrance.

The place was roomy, well stocked and very comfortable. The yard contained beautiful blooms and a fire pit. The large bathrooms well stocked with towels and wash clothes was especially appreciated. Host responsiveness and suggestions of nearby activities, attractions and restaurants was also appreciated.

The place was great, even though it was a very quick stay. The mattresses were very comfortable, place was clean & inviting. My wife really admired their garden and has now decided we are adding a butterfly garden to our farmstead. We would def stay again.

The Blue Mountain Apartment was absolutely perfect for my weekend at App State graduation! The apartment was extremely clean, organized, nicely decorated and stocked with everything I needed. I would highly recommend staying here if you want somewhere comfortable with a beautiful view for a peaceful getaway.

What to write in such a small space! Kevin and Susie are precious folks. We got in late on our first night and Kevin helped carry our things upstairs. And chatted with us for a bit. Susie had made some AMAZING cookies for us. We loved the space of the apartment. It was clean, cozy and just as the pictures portrayed. The bed was so comfortable!!! We will definitely be staying here again. Roan Mountain is our me favorite place and Kevin and Susie have the best place to enjoy it! Thanks for having us ♥️

M & J are the epitome of what I feel AirBnB is about. Having an opportunity to be in a “home away from home” vs. the impersonal feeling of a hotel. I loved that I had a space in the garage to pull right in & I felt very safe. I had everything I needed for my month long stay. It was clean, orderly, peaceful, & I had plenty of space for me & my dogs. The outdoor space was very nice as well. Margaret is super friendly & accommodating. We actually got to go on some walks & a few meals with card games & it was so nice getting to know her. However she respects your space too & everything is super quiet. It was easy to work remotely indoors from day to day but also get out & explore the area. There was plenty of cooking items, fresh towels & bedding. I had plenty of room to store my stuff and keep it all organized with the armoire, closet, roomy bathroom & plenty of hooks. Margaret was so accommodating for my dogs as well and I never felt stressed about having them with me. Can’t say enough.

What a lovely Airbnb ! John was an excellent host! His wife made a Banana Nut loaf bread for our arrival. And it was delicious! John shared some fresh eggs from their chickens and my husband devoured them!! The unit is neat, modern and clean! There is everything one needs in the kitchen and bathroom from towels , linens , shampoo and soap . A great big living room TV to watch movies on and a bedroom TV . The leather couch and chairs are comfy. The bed was extremely comfortable and I am fussy as I have several chronic back issues . I was relieved and delighted!! Alot of thought and care goes into this downstairs basement apt . This location is convenient to several key cities and towns. It is roughly 75 miles from Ashville, Hickory is only a few miles. Blowing Rock , N.C. is about 30-35 miles . ( a must !! ) An excellent restaurant in town is owned by a family member and does not disappoint! Highlands Butchery . We would stay again when traveling or visting Valdese area.

Due to a mix-up, my daughter and I had to find a place to stay in Blowing Rock in a matter of hours. This beautiful place was available and the host could not have been more helpful and kind. Amazing customer experience! When we got to the house, it was adorable and the view was incredible. everything was absolutely smooth and perfect. I highly recommend this house both for the host and the space. We felt safe and right at home immediately.

From the moment I booked "The Summit" Barbara, the owner, was available to answer any questions about local cuisine or how certain amenities worked. The responses were always ultra fast, clear and informative. She treated us as friends as opposed to feeling like a renter. The property was exactly as described and was decorated nicely and in squeaky clean condition. We chose "The Summit" for its solitude and tranquility and boy did it deliver. The Views....simply breathtaking. you have to experience it 1st hand to appreciate the serene beauty of western NC. From the mountains to the lakes to the daily excursions that lead us to try so many new adventures we couldn't have been happier with the host, the house or the location. Memories that will last a lifetime were made and will be cherished forever!

If I could give 10 stars, I would. Roho's cabin is set in a beautiful area with the creek below. The cabin itself was so comfy and cozy. While being off the beaten path, the cabin had everything you needed and all the creature comfort details were thought of. The wood burning hot tub was a true delight. Truly such a lovely place. April was an amazing host. Great communication, very friendly and she also sent tons of recommendations for things to do in the area, although I didn't want to leave the cabin 😂 I can't wait to come back and visit again.

Stayed here with members of our bridal party! Deck and fire pit were a great touch, inside and outside of the house were so beautiful and kept up with super well. Construction was on the dock but Glenn communicated ahead of time to let us know!!! Beautiful space, and we had a wonderful time!!! Would stay here again.

An absolutely beautiful, clean, cozy cabin with spectacular views! Our family of four with two littles ages 5 & 7 really enjoyed our stay. My husband and I have very high standards for cleanliness and this is one of the only places we have stayed where we felt we did not have to re-clean. The views from the deck are even more impressive in person. You can see the hostess put time and detail into the backyard area from the well thought out fire pit to well kept hot tub with a gorgeous view! On top of that, the inside of the cabin is really beautifully designed. You can see everything has been renovated with thought and care. The children’s nook upstairs is so sweet, the kids loved the swing and old fashioned pac man game. The master bedroom is a tight space, but nicely renovated and decorated and served us just fine. We enjoyed our trip to Tweetsie Railroad just 14 min away, and found it was convenient to restaurants and grocery. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a Glorious stay for my family. Brandon was very helpful in the booking process, he was very responsive. Brandon was very detailed with all his instructions and a great host. The house was absolutely wonderful, it was a beautiful home. It was spotless when we arrived and the games in the basement are a blast. I highly recommend staying here!

We loved our stay at the cabin! We didn’t want to leave. The deck is a beautiful spot for morning yoga. Dog friendly was a huge plus. I hope to stay again when I’m in Granite Falls.
