Great stay

Stayed with my friends for a festival, was a short trip to leeds centre, the flat was tidy and had everything we needed, big tv and comfy sofa, key pad entry was convenient, all enjoyed our stay and host was friendly, thank you Kim 😊

Farats place is great , fantastic location the hot tub was great , 2 large bedrooms , communication was friendly , more than happy

Lovely penthouse. Spacious, clean and modern, with all the necessary amenities. Local to city centre. Jane was really responsive and made our stay perfect.

everything was as expected, there was 1 issue with the door being a little bit hard to get into but it seems like the building is new. everything else was perfect.

We had a lovely stay in Bradford! We stayed here to be local to Leeds, which was 30 minutes in a taxi. The apartment is lovely, it was clean and the decor is beautiful. It is a super spacious apartment and looks just like the pictures. Our favourite aspect was definitely the balcony! The hosts respond quickly and are helpful. The only downside was that, I attempted to get early check in via instructions given, I gave plenty of notice and the hosts instructed me to message the morning of but was constantly responded with, that they were waiting for their cleaners to respond. We sat outside of the property for over an hour and not one cleaner came in or out and the lockbox was not touched, so the apartment was probably ready the entire time and the key was always in there, which caused a bit of an inconvenience to our trip. However, it is not the hosts’ fault if cleaners do not respond, and early check in is not included so we couldn’t expect it. We still had a fantastic stay!

This was our second time at Phils, first time to celebrate my 70th second time for my husbands 75th. When I asked my family where they wanted to celebrate my husbands 75th birthday it was Phils place. Its perfect for our multi-generational family, amples of space and the pool and hot tub are the icing on the cake. We all had the best time and we made lots of memories. Thank you Phil for the use of your lovely home.

Felix was fast to reply and gave clear instructions. The house was just as it looked on the photos and clean. Hot tub was mint.

fantastic price, for four of us it would have been easily double at the closest Premier inn and nowhere near as homely as Liony's place was. The New Oxford local pub has a great atmosphere, super friendly staff and a huge selection of ales.

Hospitable host, not a single complaint whatsoever, thank you for the lovely stay.

Very steep stairs, not suitable for anyone with mobility issues but it was fine for us and it was a bit difficult to open the main gate as you have to press a letter, the pin then another letter on the main gate which wasn't clarified (or we just did it wrong or i didn't read it properly) but once we had it open it was all okay. Area does seem quite rough but the people, neighbors are lovely so don't let the area put you off booking here. I was completely trashed after a night out and walked down the road to see if a takeaway was open and two guys at the end of the street saw me stumbling and just walked me back to the Airbnb and locked the gate behind me. I am extremely grateful to those people, overall had a great night in Leeds and the Airbnb was very clean. Host responds really quickly-there was an issue with the fridge which the host offered to come out and fix immediately but we didn't need it so I said no. Also very cheap for the amount of people that can sleep here.

Great place close to trafford centre and many other spots and a cool vibey house

This house was the perfect base for all us during our weekend in Sheffield. It had good parking for our vehicles and was walkable to get into the city. Beds are comfy and the bathroom is clean

Was very clean and exactly what i thought it would be! Could not recommend daniella any more to anyone- was very helpful and polite.

We had a fabulous stay! It was peaceful and relaxing but also just a short walk from the metro stop. The weather was lovely during our stay and the terrace was perfect to enjoy the sun at any time of day. The sofa and bed were really comfortable and the shower was great. It was very clean and we had everything we needed. The WiFi was easy to access and worked well. It is a lovey apartment. Thank you Kotchanan.

Was a comfortable stay for a couple of nights. Clean and comfy apartment. Host was really responsive and replied quickly with any queries I had. Would recommend if visiting Manchester City as everything’s in close walking distance.

11/10 experience. Amy was equally generous and responsive from the time I booked, to arrival, and checking out. Her place was clean, charming, and even more spacious than expected. The warmest water and comfiest pillows. The area is quite lively and can be noisy on the weekends, but any guest knows this from the description of the listing. Highly recommend - Amy, thank you for being so welcoming and a joyful! Truly enjoyed my stay here.

The apartment was lovely, can not fault it at all. The host was extremely helpful and friendly. Also left plenty of snacks and goodies at the apartment. Would 100% recommend staying here. Wouldn’t think twice about booking again. Was a wonderful stay 👍🏼

I have stayed in Scott’s apartment for a month. Wonderful location! Supermarket and train station is near this place. It takes 15 mins to Manchester City Centre.

A stunning apartment in a vibrant part of Leeds, in a quiet street. Close to shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend. We had a great stay.

Very well located apartment for our needs: train station, market, conference center and even shopping is not far away. We did everything on foot, what a pleasure! The apartment is very comfortable (160cm beds) and clean. Nice residence, secure. The windows overlook a large road that is a little bright, but doesn't stop you from sleeping. In short, a very good stay.
