Massimo is an outstanding Host! We encountered some issues independent of Massimo, and he was always available by email or physically on site. She's a warm, welcoming person with one obsession: Your comfort Thank you Massimo ... because we had a great week in a quiet and superb environment. In April the sea is still cold but the landscapes are sumptuous, and the beach 70 m from the cottage is a small jewel. Also check out the beaches on the Chia side... a real little paradise! Wow ! This place is an absolute gem! Just totally homely, pool and gardens amazing and loved seeing the turtles! We were able to chat every day via translation app with Ben and Franca what wonderful people! A definite return!

Perfect place to stay for our company. The centerpiece of the vacation took place under the spacious porch with a huge table, a 10 barbecue, and a very useful outdoor shower under an olive tree. The most beautiful thing is that we found a new Friend, Mr. Alberto. More than available, you could define the company's glue. Great foodies and stories in front of good wine. Vacation from 10. Clean studio apartment with the essentials for eating and staying a few days. It is about 15 minutes from the port and restaurants by the sea, including about 70 simple steps. Recommended!

A home kept with love and care. Stefania and her father Gabriele are two precise and helpful people. The place is wonderful for those who love the beach and the rocks. We had a great time.

Giada's home is very cozy. You can find a large space outside to have a nice brk,lunch or supper,that' it's a must.If you are going to the seaside you walk ten minutes,it's close.If You're going to discover the best place in Sant'Antioco, You can ride a bike or get the bus.Don't miss Carlo Forte.Ten minutes walking as far as Calasetta's harbour.

We had a great time. The apartment is about 500 meters from the center in a quiet area. It has all the comforts you need. You can eat out. There is a small garden with very comfortable armchairs. I highly recommend it and the hostess is very kind.

The house is in a quiet and private location and in a great position to visit the beautiful nearby beaches. The house was very clean and Marco and his family made us feel at home. The welcome drinks and fruit were really appreciated. Highly recommended. We will definitely be back.

Maria’s house is around 10 walking minutes to the center of carloforte and has a quite big garden. It is very quiet when we chill in the garden but also not so far away from the town center where all the restaurants and cafe are. There is a supermarket 5 minutes away. The house itself is very clean, spacious and is well decorated. My husband and I had a quite wonderful time while we are here. Maria and her husband picked us up when we arrived at Carloforte and brought us to her place and they were very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend her place to couples or family who would like to enjoy a chill time at Carloforte.

The house is really very, very nice, very welcoming and equipped with all the comforts. Graziella is also very helpful, very kind and even allowed us to stop a little more than the scheduled time. From the house the sea is very close, unfortunately we could not go for our own reasons but the vacation was still very pleasant. The top is the view from the garden: there is no better thing to dine in front of a sunset on the sea or having lunch in front of the sea... we will be back!

Location perfectly fit the description. Casa di Luca is set in a small oasis with perfectly curated greenery enriched by a large pool. The distance from the sea is not a problem thanks to the presence of a large parking lot near the beaches. Thank you Luca for your kindness and availability. Recommended location for those looking for a little tranquility just a stone's throw from a dream sea.

We loved this place! Most amazing host Angelo saved us - arranged for us shuttle from the airport at the midnight. Many super helpful recommendations, amazing bbq in the patio. Definitely would love to come back!

Cristiana's apartment is located in a very nice residence with sea views and only a few minutes from the sea directly on Cala Grotta. In the apartment we found very helpful information about the most beautiful beaches and restaurant tips (my recommendation Due Fratelli Sant' Antioco). It was very advantageous that the sensational seawater infinity pool (end of September) was still open. So we were always able to swim even in heavy seas. The residence is the ideal base for exploring the jewel of Sant' Antioco. Cristiana was always there for us and responded immediately to inquiries. Grazie Cristiana

Very nice location on the slope with a view of the pool and sea, equipment fits, Alessandro immediately responded to requests and made extras possible. Only the seating on the terrace could be a little more comfortable, otherwise great.

We know the house ! Since our last visit, Novella has converted the kitchen and furnished another room with bathroom! We also liked the glazed veranda, especially in the evening!! Vanna the housekeeper helped us excellently upon our arrival, after that she was forced to accompany us at a distance through her mother's COVID illness! Thanks to Vanna's help, my hearing aids left in the house can also be returned to me, I am very grateful to her!! We had a dream stay. On vacation outside of school in other countries, we were surprised to be the only occupants of the place. Communication with Paolo was very easy, he is extremely responsive and caring. Everything is well organized, you feel that everything is well run and it runs on its own. With GPS no problem finding the accommodation, when you see the aerial view you understand that as long as you can climb up! the road is dilapidated but frankly we saw worse, we get used to it and finally it's not boring. Especially since at the end of the road is paradise. The pool is beautiful, the serenity and calm are the masters. At the beginning of May, we were able to enjoy the pool which is not heated but we enter it without great difficulty. The accommodation is spacious, well-equipped, comfortable and clean beds that deserves praise. Beautiful landscapes, very nice sardes, magical gastronomy at affordable prices. provide mosquito repellents!!

veronica's place stands out for the quantity and quality of the equipment in general, kitchen, linens, there is really everything you need. the dishwasher is a plus, very welcome. the patio is perfect for those who love living outdoors, the thin curtains for privacy are perfect. the tent that covers the courtyard keeps a little warmth out. the uphill location makes it difficult to walk to the beach if you don't have a good leg but often brings a pleasant breeze, priceless. the view of the lagoon is beautiful, the parking lot, practically in front of the house, often in the shade of a pine tree. what about the area, amazing for the white beaches and rich and wild vegetation. i really hope to be back!
