Her house is beautiful and clean. We are comfortable at his house. The place is not noisy and many shops in the Subdivision Thank you for lending me your apartment .

We had a great time staying at their place. It has complete amenities. First aid kit, cooking utensils, shower heater, aircon for both bedrooms, electric fan, tv with netflix, wifi, the bed was also nice, we have a good rest and to think it's very affordable for a whole night stay. God bless and more power to your business!!!

We had a nice stay with my family.. Since I work in the evenings, it would be a big help if the curtains were a bit darker for better sleep. We would definitely stay again next time. The team was very responsive; when the bathroom door was accidentally locked at night, they quickly sent someone to bring us the key. They also provided us with an extra blanket and towel when we requested. Thank you :)

Phil was very responsive. Worth the money we paid. Issues we reported were addressed immediately. Noteworthy to have fire extinguishers, first aid kits and emergency light. I am a Safety Manager and I appreciate that. Will surely come back next time.

I arrived very late at night but I was able to count on my host so it's really great. The value for money is unbeatable.

Great transient for big groups. Sir Phil and his mom were very accommodating as usual. Easy transaction as always. I cannot go wrong with their properties whenever I need a transient just for myself or for a big group.

The place is quite and peaceful, but also very convenient close to downtown and the ferry terminal in Calapan. The house was very clean as well. we enjoyed our stay and can recommend this place to any.

An exemplary experience of haven is what and how I would describe my stay. I did not hesitate on getting this listing due to the actual reason of stay but once we got here… I was very much enticed to even extend our dates here. It was indeed a sneak into paradise, I would say. I will go back and choose this listing everytime I will go here at my relatives’ place, that’s for sure.
