Villa holiday rentals in Cala Gonone

We had a great time in Sardinia. We loved the location of the house, close to the beach but also the mountain. The house is located in a quiet but very well connected area, close to roads with which you can quickly access the other villages. The terrace of the house is wonderful, perfect for morning coffee with a wonderful view. Sergio was always very kind and responded quickly to our questions. Definitely a place to go back and recommend!

Such a beautiful oasis! Amazing garden you want to sit in all day, and a beach just down the road. Highly recommend!

I stayed in this house from 10/06 to 20/06. We were 3 couples and we had a good time. Maria Grazia was available even if we did not need her. Quiet place, so-so recommended.

We enjoyed our stay at the villa. We liked the open plan kitchen and the open plan living area overlooking the sea. The many terraces and the spacious outdoor area are great. The small beach close to the apartment was the only one far and wide without Posidonia in spring and you could bathe wonderfully. Elisa and Bruno helped us with everything we needed.

What a beautiful home in a beautiful town right on the beach! We really enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed longer. Beds were comfortable and the extra blankets provided helped when it was freezing outside. We had an issue with the propane but they came out right away to fix it. Our only complaint is that it was missing basics for cooking. No salt and pepper or oil. Only 2 toilet paper rolls for 5 people. Only 2 coffee pods for our entire stay. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider this home again next time we are in Sardinia.

Ivano is a very friendly and accommodating host. He gave us many tips for discovering the area. The accommodation has a beautiful sea view and is close to several very beautiful beaches. The amenities are very good and we felt very comfortable in Ivanos' house. We will be happy to come back. 😊

We had a wonderful time in this house with beautiful views and equipped with every comfort. Close to beautiful bays and beaches and lots of activities. In April/May it is still nice and quiet with a pleasant temperature.

We stayed at Stefanos apartment for 4 days and it was beautiful. 4 nice rooms, a beautiful outside kitchen and a garden with a nice BBQ and a big table for a nice dinner! We got really excited when we found that there is a secret rooftop terrace - amazing spot to go for sunset but be aware of the mosquitoes 😅 There is a small little beach just across the house (2min walk) that was the best for a morning and midnight swim. Virginio who manages the property was really helpful and nice! He gave us great tips and was always easy to contact. We’d love to come back!

Very nice, modern and large house. It was all very clean. The kitchen is partly a little sparsely furnished but okay. The garden and seating area is rather small, but practical. The location is quiet, on the outskirts of town and close to the sea. Marco is responsive and stationed right across the street. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

One of our favourite and most relaxing holidays ever! Edoardo was helpful and communicated promptly before and during our stay. We loved Calla Gonone, a perfect town for a self catering beach holiday. It was fantastic being right on the sea front and having a view of the beautiful beach and coast. Everything we needed was close by - beaches, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and other shops. We took a boat trip to the beautiful beach at Calla Luna, which should not be missed. The ice cream shop next door sold the most delicious ice cream. The property is above a restaurant which concerned us slightly before we arrived. Edoardo re-assured us that this would not be a problem. It wasn't a problem for us but it could be for someone who wants complete peace and quiet as the restaurant closed at midnight and music played until then. We loved being in a busy part of town watching what was going on while we relaxed, ate dinner etc. The property is very clean, the beds are comfortable and the bed linen and towels are of a high standard. Thank you for a brilliant holiday.

Beautiful house next to a disused airport with great hosts! We spent a great week here with our children and dog. The highlight is the large garden and the great pool. We basically only stayed outside, but there was also everything you need inside. You don't have any direct neighbors, but Block on wild gardens and lemon trees. So you kids can splash around and be loud☺️ The surroundings are also worth seeing, you can easily go on excursions for hiking or to the beach (about 1km). Sandra and Antonio were super accessible and thanks to the translation app and hands and feet we were also able to communicate well... We will definitely be back!

We had a very enjoyable week at Villa Stella. Very accommodating check in and lovely owners. The garden flowers around the villa were gorgeous and the villa had everything we needed for our stay. The location was excellent for restaurants and the beach. Thank you

The house is well-designed and equipped and the surrounding garden and pool are delightful. We loved the sweeping views over the valley and up towards Baunei, a perfect location to while away the hours and appreciate the stunning nature!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful house from the very first moment. The location is simply stunning – right on the beach, with breathtaking views and the perfect atmosphere to truly relax and unwind. Manuel was a fantastic host: incredibly kind, helpful, and flexible. Communication was always warm and easy – we felt very well taken care of. The house itself is thoughtfully designed and radiates a special sense of peace. It truly felt like a home away from home – set in a paradise-like environment. We rarely feel this comfortable and honestly didn’t want to leave. A wholehearted recommendation – we would love to come back!

we were 3 couples and a baby, all the amenities were there. There are 3 apartments at the location that can be locked separately, so plenty of privacy. The beach is very close and the area is fantastic. We had some trouble separating the waste, but that all worked out well. Had a fantastic time

We spent four wonderful days in Arbatax over Pentecost 2025 and couldn’t have been more satisfied! The accommodation was exactly as described – very clean, well-equipped, and in a beautiful location. Our host was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with great tips for trips and sights in the area that really enriched our stay. He was also there every morning to clean the pool and make sure everything was perfect – such great service! We felt truly welcome and well taken care of. We can wholeheartedly recommend this place and would love to come back!

We had an amazing 5 nights stay at Libeccio, with incredible outdoor pool & convenient outdoor shower to wash away the sandy beaches after tanning all day! The villa was clean and well equipped for any travellers needs. From the state of the art Samsung TV, two types of coffee machine and cute espresso cups to the comfortable swinging chair and lounger outside, the villa was an example of paradise, perfection and precise planning on behalf of the host, who, throughout the entirety of our stay was available for any questions or assistance. If we could live in the villa for the remainder of the year - or decade - we would. A great find in a great location. Perfecto! 💙

Marco was a great host. He arranged for a very late arrival for us with no problems. When there was an issue with the home that was beyond his control, he quickly offered us alternative accommodation that was exceptional. Wonderful host and would recommend booking any of his accommodations. Santa Maria was a great town with many restaurant options and the local beach was great as well.

The villa was beautiful and very spacious, the photos don’t do it justice, everything is very clean and well maintained including the pool. Great superking bed! Hosts were very friendly despite the language barrier, they even brought us some home made wine one evening when we were enjoying our dinner on the terrace which was excellent. The wifi is poor so if you are relying on internet/ working from home you will struggle, we had very little signal. Wouldn’t recommend if you are scared/ nervous of dogs, there are 4 chihuahuas, one is very friendly- they didn’t bother us as we are dog lovers but if you’re not a dog lover it’s best to be prepared. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

It is a wonderful location with a wonderful view. The house is not very large, but is sufficient for four people. Martina from check-in was always very easy to reach and also cooperative. We enjoyed the short stay very much. The pool is very good too. It was a bit cold in mid-May, but for the summer it is a welcome cooling. Definitely recommend. It's just a little expensive. Otherwise, it's a great place to stay. Inside, it was clean and tidy. The beds are just a little small. They are probably designed for smaller people. Otherwise everything is perfect.

Super nice hosts, a great house and a beautiful view. You're really on your own. However, we found the road that leads right past the house to be disruptive. Otherwise everything is great.
