Holiday rentals in Cala Caterina

Our family (4 couples) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the gorgeous villa and we could not have been happier with our choice! First of all, Tatiana was an incredible host who provided lots of helpful information ahead of our stay, flexible check in/check out and responsive, proactive support throughout our stay. Her warm and personal welcome included a generous and thoughtful selection of Sardinian cookies, wine, fruits and various food items. We were truly touched by her kindness! The many terraces, incredible views and comfortable spaces were all highlights for us and enabled us to have quality time together while also allowing room for everyone to do their own thing. The location was perfect for us - peaceful, beautiful and close enough to shops, restaurants etc. as needed. We had 2 cars and although we did venture out on a few days (Cagliari, supermarkets, local beaches) it was hard to leave such a great place so we really made the most of our time at the villa.

We enjoyed the six days here and would book this apartment again another time. It's even better than the photos. The terrace is large and the view of the bay magnificent. Outdoor shower, barbecue, sun loungers, large table, all available. From the parking lot to the apartment you walk down about 30 steps. The bedroom can be darkened very well, which we appreciated. We received good recommendations for restaurants in the area. The kitchen is functional and everything works; dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine including some capsules, large refrigerator (only an additional light at the cooking stove would be optimal). It was a lovely time in the south of Sardinia!

We had a wonderful stay! Everything that you might need is present in the house. My 77 year old mother really wanted a small cafeteria and it was simply brought to us the next day. It really made my mother’s vacation! The most beautiful beaches were all in the vicinity of the house which was wonderful. We were a party of ten and we still had a lot of room left.

We had the most incredible time here as a family of four. Even the photos don’t do the view justice, simply breathtaking and so many different spots around the villa that give a different perspective of the stunningly beautiful view - all this was topped off by the amazing sunsets every evening. We fell in love with Sardinia, though the villa was the standout gem. We felt so lucky being in such a loved home. The pool, the grounds, the seating areas…just prefect! We can’t thank our hosts enough, always so helpful, giving us tips and so responsive if we needed help with anything. We really can’t fault anything - we’re already planning when we can return again! Thank you for the most magical holiday!

Antonello and Lucia are the most gracious and welcoming hosts! This home is impeccable across the board, everything you need to make a wonderful meal, cozy furnishings inside and out, and a spectacular view! I will never forget floating in the pool with the view of the horizon and the ocean meeting, we will certainly visit again, thank you for everything!

We had a wonderful week at Villa Adelida in Villasimius. The detached house impressed with a spacious garden and hot tub, perfect for relaxing. Especially the covered, glazed veranda was a real highlight – a place where you can relax and unwind, even in windy weather. The rustic style decor was charming, the kitchen well equipped and ideal for a family. A small deficiency in moving in, such as the smell in the fridge, was immediately resolved, as was an electrical problem. The only criticism was the somewhat soft beds and a slightly musty smell in one of the bathrooms. Despite these little things, the positive aspects of location, amenities and ambiance clearly predominate. As a family with two children, we felt very comfortable here and enjoyed the time to the fullest.

Great solution in a quiet but strategic area, out of the chaos of downtown. More beautiful than as seen in the photo. Everything is clean and tidy. Fausto and Giovanna welcomed us very well by giving us useful suggestions. Beaches within walking distance; I recommend Santo Stefabo beach, a natural aquarium. Highly recommended.
