Kitchen, living room and dining room in one open space. Very comfortable and bright. Very complete furnishings. Very quiet street near the sea in an area with magnificent beaches. Parking is always available in front of the house.

Nice little house providing all comforts with a beautiful view of Sóller. It has a garden and a swimming pool. A large terrace. Very well equipped kitchen. Everything you need to have a wonderful vacation or unwind. Due to the local Balearic Islands taxes, the ecotax should be payed directly ( for 2025 it is 2 euros/ person/day ( for over 16 years old only) + 10% VAT.
