Spacious house with pool near beach

Fabulous rehab near the beach with high quality finishes and design, with everything needed for a holiday very pleasant, in a warm and relaxed environment. Very well equipped, has a full kitchen, two living rooms, a dining room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, shower, Fireplace, Laundry, TV, garden and swimming pool. In Son Servera can visit its two churches and the old town where you will find all kinds of services: doctors, supermarkets, typical Mallorcan restaurants, international shops, banks, etc.. A five-minute drive or fifteen foot (there is also a bike path) you will find the fabulous beaches of Cala Millor, Sa Coma and Costa de los pinos, white sand and clear waters and ports of Cala Bona, Port Nou, Port Vell. Amenities include a tennis, paddle tennis, horse riding, fishing, boat trips, bike rentals, etc.. A short drive will also find two magnificent golf courses. A fifteen minute drive we Llevant Natural Park, where you can also hike on an extensive natural area with no urbanization, enjoy the sunshine and magnificent views, and its pristine beaches. You can also hike along the coast in the natural reserve of Punta de n'Amer less than five minutes. In about fifteen minutes there are the town of Arta and the town of Canyamel, with its caves and medieval buildings, and Porto Cristo, where you will find the caves of Drach.

Bright home with a lovely sea view. It was very quiet, but we were out of season, so the bar below was closed. It is well equipped but the kitchen pans/pots and pans do not correspond to a place for 6: much too small and in poor condition. Otherwise, the place was very clean. Very long host answering questions, sometimes even didn't answer at all. Still, we had a good stay.

We had a great week in this beautiful house. Stunning surroundings, beautiful property, everything was super clean and tidy. The communication with Hazel was easy and straightforward, she was available for all questions at all times and very helpful. We'll definitely be back.

The flat is very spacious and has a nice rooftop terrace with direct ocean view. It's close to everything - yet calm and quiet (no need to be afraid of too much noise from the promenade). We where put in direct contact with a service person to assist whenever we needed help (e.g. new towels). Only downpoint could be that the drain of the bathroom sink smells quite a lot. This can be solved by always keeping it closed!
