from the time of booking, Luciana was always attentive and friendly to explain the conditions of the reservation, location of the place, and proximity to shopping centers, restaurants, etc. Always kind, respectful and very clear, the place is a super quiet place, no noise at night, very safe and beautiful. An excellent experience. I appreciate the flexibility in check-in provided by Rodrigo, who was greatly relieved by the concern about my arrival. The cleanliness is impeccable, even in the smallest details. Unbeatable location, right in the Plaza de Armas, with amazing views and everything close by. The decor and lighting make the stay comfortable and cozy. Recommended totally, I would return every time I return to Cajamarca. In addition, I value it promotes the care of the environment.
