A small apartment for 2 people, 5th floor

Take a break and relax on the top floor. Climbing 5 floors is not at all encouraging; however, I promise you that you will fully enjoy the total tranquility and lighting that this small space offers you. Studio for 2 people with integrated environments: built-in electric kitchen, living room, double bed, and full bathroom with hot water. It also has a microwave, refrigerator, and all the kitchenware to cook and enjoy a hot coffee or some delicious spaghetti. Welcome!

We are in the central area a few blocks from the Plaza de Armas de Cajamarca, Recoleta and San Sebastián market. Minidepartamento has: a furnished room, 1 or 2 beds, spacious closet, modern bathroom with hot water, living room with Smartv, fully equipped kitchen, minibar, kitchen with natural gas, rice cooker, blender, citrus juicer, electric coffee maker, microwave oven, full pots and crockery, laundry; washing machine to be treated.

Also nearby are the Essalud hospital, pharmacies, market, bakery and the police station, easy access to public transportation. The area is quiet, with no traffic noise.

The place was very comfortable and as shown in the pictures. The area is quiet and easily walkable; in addition, it is very close to the main square and important avenues. The location is also ideal because of its proximity to the airport. During our stay we had no major inconveniences, and in the event of an eventuality, Tania was very attentive, respectful and decisive through good communication. Particularly, it was a place where I had a very pleasant stay with my wife. I definitely recommend this place and its hosts.

from the time of booking, Luciana was always attentive and friendly to explain the conditions of the reservation, location of the place, and proximity to shopping centers, restaurants, etc. Always kind, respectful and very clear, the place is a super quiet place, no noise at night, very safe and beautiful. The apartment is super clean and tidy.
