My stay at this apartment was excellent! The space is well designed and tastefully decorated, functional and extremely comfortable. The shower is great, providing relaxing baths, and both the sofa and bed are super cozy. I didn't miss any equipment or utensils. The natural lighting, combined with the LEDs, spotlights and lamps, create a very cozy atmosphere. The building offers several facilities that make the experience even better, such as a rooftop with incredible ocean and city views, a gym and two swimming pools. The location is another strong point: close to the sea and two of the city's main avenues, which facilitates access to various services and shops. Finally, the host was very attentive and helpful from the beginning to the end of the stay, always available to assist with whatever was needed, as were the building's receptionists. I highly recommend this listing and intend to return on future visits!

The house is extremely cleanaaaaa, we arrived at the house around 20 hours all the guidelines that were sent to us by message was in line with what we found, the place is super quiet, there are some markets nearby, the house also has a security system, the two bathrooms and rooms super-equipped, I highly recommend this experience. The house is much better than in the photos. Very large, has a lot of internal and external space. We went to a family of 6 adults plus two children and our pets and it was all very wonderful. The warm pool all the time made a difference for the children and for us who enjoyed it even after work. We found everything in the house and the self checkin and checkout is great because we don't have to bother. We take advantage of the nearby beaches that are beautiful too. Márcia was a cute one and helped with everything we need. We will return to the next work and we will stay with it again for sure! Thank you for everything :)

Definitely an excellent place, parking, close to the most beautiful beaches in the area, the hosts and the wonderful place, I would definitely return without hesitation. Maicon and his wife Nil, waited for us until 12 at night to greet us personally and hand over their accommodation, which from the moment 1 was spectacular, the house has spacious, clean and very well cared for spaces, it was very close to all the beaches, and the sector was great. We stayed at your Jorge's house for 45 days, and Impeccable, it is the first word that occurs to us. Limpíssima, Cheirosa, Comfortable, Spacious and Functional. Kitchen very complete with crockery, bowls and various utensils; new home appliances of the very first. The beds and couch, super comfortable. The janelons leave the house airy and bring light and sunshine (morning and afternoon). Yard in front and back of the property. Everything in the house was carefully thought out to provide the best "welcome". Residential neighborhood, quiet and safe. It offers very diversified commerce, everything is very close. Excellent location, close to restaurants, markets, mall, and beach. The condominium is across the street, it is not the beach condominium, but it has a beach access through a alley with landscaping and fountains. Marcio's apartment is excellent, 2 spacious suites and another room that is office and has a sofa bed if you wanted to use it as a suite, our case we use it as an office and as our baby's room. The condominium has an excellent set of outdoor pools, has an indoor and heated pool, but on cooler days or at night do not expect hot water, only it will not be cold. The gym is excellent, we use it every day. The sauna I tried to use it from day one, but the condominium reported that it was under maintenance, but there was no sign on the door, there was only one card saying that the sauna was free, it was only released after talking to the host. I tried to use the beach court (little sand) and tennis courts (the marking lines are missing), but they need maintenance,

It was a great stay, a block from the beach. We did everything on foot. And the condominium is complete: swimming pool, fitness center, mini market. Jaison was attentive, he made our check-out flexible. Too bad the view from the bathtub is very different from the photos, unfortunately there is no more green area there, but a huge construction site. They're building buildings. But other than that, it was great. I'd come back more often.

The condominium is familiar, had all the items announced, a place near the beach of Laranjeiras, Estaleirinho, Balneário Camboriú and easy access to BR101. Everything was clean, impeccable. Rodrigo was super attentive. Would recommend.
