Finding Fran's apt was a true oasis, especially after a bad experience with another Airbnb. From the beginning, she was attentive mto, advancing the check-in by hours and receiving us well. The apt was clean, smelling, organized and well equipped, as well as being beautiful and cozy and, on top of it only 3m from the beach! We spent incredible days, including my fiancée's level, who even received an affectionate msg from Fran. The only problem was having to leave, because the place is so welcoming that it makes you want to live rs.. In the words of my fiancée: “Spending a few days at Fran's apt is like arriving at a friend's house who welcomes you with open arms, guarantees support and still makes you super at ease.” We still had the privilege of an extended checkout, which made the stay even more comfortable. Without a doubt, one of the best Airbnbs we've ever rented! Fran, thank you for everything! Your property was a true refuge for us. Abraços, Tati and Leandro.

We felt at home. The apartment is very close to several restaurants. It is also close to markets and also to the Bomas beach that has brought us great experience with children. We also feel very safe in the neighborhood. The apartment also has a backyard that for us with pet helped a lot. Extremely comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. Super well-equipped kitchen. We definitely don't miss anything and I would definitely come back ☺️

The house is amazing to stay with family and friends, regardless of the weather, as the barbecue area is covered and extremely comfortable. Our dog loved the yard and we had amazing days even in the cold and rain. 🤗

The only bad part was having to come away! Wonderful house, the pool then? you don't even talk! It is very close to the beach, close to the markets, all easy access, super recommend! Everything excellent, faithful to the description. In the kitchen I had all the elements to use it completely. It has an electric oven and shared washing machine that works great! The air conditioning works perfectly. A very quiet area ideal for vacationing with family or friends. We'll be back soon. Recommend!!

Check-in was self-contained, so check-in times and more are simplified. The place is just like the photos and even better, we had an incredible time. The 2 kitchens (super complete), 4 bathrooms, and outdoor spaces are highly valued. Separate point for the living room with a huge TV and super comfortable armchairs, if you have a rainy day you have somewhere to spend it. You can tell a lot about the effort made at the accommodation, we would definitely come back.

The house is much more comfortable and beautiful than in the pictures ! Everything is extremely clean ! Bedding , blankets , had all the utensils in the kitchen , basic hygiene and cleaning items, all very complete ! Excellent location, quiet street, corner market. Perfect studio in great location! I loved my stay at Manhattan Flats. The space is modern, well decorated, comfortable and very clean. The location is excellent, close to the beach and everything I needed. The building has a great structure, with well-equipped gym and a leisure area with pool table that was a plus in the experience. Ideal for relaxing and also maintaining the training routine. Super recommend and I will definitely return!
