We had a lovely few days staying here, the weather wasn’t on our side however it didn’t spoil things. The accommodation was lovely, had everything we needed. Hot tub and sauna were simply perfect. The hosts were fabulous and we would definitely recommend this accommodation. The children loved the open space, the football goal and the chickens and geese. Thank you for allowing us to have a few days away in such a lovely place 🩷

Amazing stay here with my husband. The cottage was perfect for a relaxing and quiet weekend. The breakfast basket was a lovely touch and everything was as described in the listing. Joy is a brilliant host checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly! Would definitely stay again!!

We had a lovely stay at the Laundry Barn, the views were amazing, the place was very cosy and the hot tub was a lovely addition. Would definitely recommend staying here, and we will be back!

We’ve just returned from the most delightful short break in a beautiful college cottage tucked away in the heart of Wales. The cottage itself was a perfect blend of old-world charm and modern comfort — tastefully furnished, spotlessly clean, and full of character. Surrounded by rolling hills and the peaceful sounds of nature, it felt like a true escape from the everyday. This little haven gave us the peace and quiet we craved, along with the warmth and welcome of a truly special place. We left feeling rested, inspired, and already dreaming of our return xx

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the house was very clean and tidy and Clare went above and beyond with complimentary cake and fizz on arrival. Clare was very responsive when we had questions about the area. The house felt like a home, and it was great to be able to make the most of the spa pool after a day out. We would definitely book again.

Amazing stay at the Yarlington Dairy. The cottage was stunning and had everything you needed. The views were magnificent and the cider was also lush! Laura was a wonderful host, super friendly and very responsive. Thank you for a great stay celebrating our 1st wedding anniversary! 🤩 x

We stayed for 2 nights and will defo be back. Great location and accommodation. Hot tub was beautiful. Outside and inside space so nice. Alison is on site which was great to be fair. Very welcoming and helpful yet respectful of having privacy. Thank you so much for making me Marc and Trent welcome. Able to walk in your garden and giving us nice loop walk to canal and along cycle path, We really really loved our stay and we will recommend and be back. 😃 oh and the bed was super comfy. Slept like a log. X

Incredible place! We had a lovely couple of nights here. The house is full of character and has everything you need and the enclosed garden was great for our young daughter and dogs. Very peaceful location so sitting in the hot tub in the evenings was very relaxing. The added bonus of access to the river at the bottom of the garden was great! Will checked us in and gave us some suggestions of local walks and things to do which was ideal. Would highly recommend!!

My friend and I had a great weekend staying at Granary Cottage 1. It was bigger than we expected, very comfortable, the surroundings are beautiful, great to have the old tea barn on site! We did lots of walking straight from the cottage, it is in a fab location. Antony was really helpful with any queries we had, we definitely recommend staying here.

Had a very comfortable and relaxing stay, even though the space is small its beautifully furnished and well thought out, the village is so sleep and quaint we absolutlwy loved pur stay and would definitely come back again. Thank you

We’ve stayed in lots of Airbnb places over the years and Oak Farm is up there with the best. We had a fantastic week with Alicia & Chris being excellent and friendly hosts. They went out of their way to make our stay extremely comfortable and they were very generous with their time and the extras they provided. The location is superb with outstanding views across the hills, we spent many happy hours sitting in the Sun loungers reading. It’s also a great location for exploring the wonderful hills around Abergavenny . Our dog loved it too with a secure area of woodland for him to play and explore we would love to return one day and will be recommending this place to our friends and family . Beautifully decorated cottage which was spotlessly clean. Beds were incredibly comfortable. Very spacious cottage with all equipment we needed for cooking. Matthew was very responsive when we wanted to light the fire one evening. We absolutely loved the location, with walking, cycling and activities close by (canyoning and zip wires) The New Inn is metres away and was very welcoming with super tasty food We’ll be back! What a gorgeous place if all you need is peace and quiet and the sound of the birds this is for you. Even better is it’s only 25 minutes from Abergavenny and it’s Waitrose 😉. Wilma was lovely and updated us with everything and replied with answers to our queries . We are only annoyed that we took so long to find this little gem!

We had a wonderful stay! The location is very peaceful and perfect for relaxing. The host was extremely kind and attentive, making us feel very welcome. The terrace and garden were beautiful – ideal for enjoying the sun and the lovely view of nature. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped with everything we needed. Highly recommended – we would definitely love to come back!

We had a brief but awesome stay. We loved the fireplace and fresh eggs and wish we could have stayed longer to explore the natural beauty of the surrounding area.

A lovely place to stay — perfect for me and my two dogs, with a safe enclosed garden where they could roam freely. The cottage was well-equipped throughout, especially the kitchen which had everything I needed. It’s a great base for exploring, with easy access to outdoor activities and local amenities like the town centre and shops. The host was really friendly, checked in to see if I needed anything, and even suggested some great dog walks nearby. The only slight challenge was parking outside, which was a bit tight with a larger car — but manageable overall.

Our stay at Mary cottage was fantastic. The place is a mix of history and sympathetic renovation, showcasing old stonework. The cottage itself is cosy and modern, we felt very at home. Everything was impeccably clean. The kitchen is stocked with everything for basic cooking. Bring your own oil and spices if you’d like to cook from scratch. We brought frozen meals and cooked a fry up most mornings. The bed was incredibly comfortable and clean, with lots of space for clothes/storage in the bedroom. There is ample parking right outside the door and with a quick chat to David, we were able to use the electric car charger with ease. The location was superb, a 5 min walk into the start of the Brecon Beacons. We mostly drove 15-20 mins for longer walks. A perfect location for Brecons, Cardiff etc. Getting to the place was easy: simply type roundhouse farm, nantyglo into maps or follow David’s instructions. David was a fantastic host with excellent communication and suggestions. Thank you!

Amazing getaway place , calm , relaxing, beautiful views and plenty of outdoor space. Close to shops and tourist attractions. David had recommendations for the local eateries and all necessities were covered. All clean inside and out and bed lining was very high standard.

From start to finish Danny and Helen were great hosts! They were very welcoming! The house was perfect, felt very homely! Perfect amenities and the fact we had fresh eggs from their chickens was lovely! The scenery was well and truly beautiful! Very close drive to the railway to get into Cardiff if needed. Very relaxing and we will definitely be back!
