Nous avons adoré ce havre de paix, la piscine et le jacuzzi sont un vrai plus malgré la proximité de la mer, nous reviendrons dans un des autre gîtes du domaine en famille, c’est sur !

on est venus passer le week-end entre potes et c'était juste parfait, en grande partie grâce à cette maison ! super cosy, plein de chambres, nickel pour 6 personnes. on s'est sentis super bien, y'a tout ce qu'il faut pour se détendre et profiter. Théo est un hôte hyper sympa et super réactif, il répond vite et toujours avec le smile. franchement, trop cool, on recommande à fond et on reviendra sans hésiter. Merciii!!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Appartement spacieux et très bien équipé. L’endroit est calme, plage à 2 minutes à pieds et vue mer très agréable. Nathalie nous a parfaitement accueilli.

Axel’s place was in a great location for people looking to be within walking distance of great restaurants and nice shops and bakeries. It had a good amount of space for a family. He was a great host. Very helpful and responsive. Although there is no designated parking, we were able to find street parking within a reasonable walking distance.

Le logement correspond parfaitement à la description. Immeuble moderne, prestations de qualités, place de parking sécurisé, salle de fitness. Il est très bien situé (quelques minutes à pied du centre ville), restaurant à proximité, magasins. L’hôte est très agréable et réactif; communication excellente. L'arrivée a été facile et les instructions ont été très claires.

petit logement mais fonctionnel Arthur est réactif au message arrivé avec linge de toilette mis sur le lit je recommande cette appartement juste à côté de la mer merci Arthur pour ceux week-end

Très jolie location, propre et bien décorée, avec des extérieurs très agréables et bien entretenus. Très bonne communication avec Hélène et Frédéric qui sont très réactifs. Nous avons passé un très bon week-end, merci !

The host was very accommodating and responsive to our arrival times. We really enjoyed the madeleines and the complimentary tea and coffee. This was a perfect place for the night before an early morning ferry. Only thing we noticed was a few not properly cleaned dishes.

Le logement est très bien situé (rdc) et vous avez tout ce qu'il vous faut à l'intérieur avec un petit + sa petite terrasse ouverte. Rien à dire... Sinon Thérèse et Daniel sont très réactif pour tout renseignement complémentaire.

Nice apartment, location is ideal, on the 2nd floor with no lift. It was a different appartement from the photos (looks like they have 4) but we’ll equiped and similar. It a quiet location very central and was clean

Séjour agréable dans ce joli appart bien situé, en hypercentre ville, aéré, au calme et à proximité de supermarkets, restau, station de bus, etc... Madalen est disponible et répond à toute préoccupation afin que le séjour se passe dans de meilleures conditions. Je vous le recommande vivement lors d'un séjour dans cette belle ville portuaire. Le lycée etait sur le trottoir d'en face et l'accès au centre de Caen très accessible à pied.

Brigitte's home is lovely. We are a family of 10, 6 adults and 4 teenagers celebrating a special birthday and anniversary. The house was perfect for us. The location was peaceful with open views of fields from the garden. The pool was amazing, we all enjoyed fun times in there. The Sauna was very much appreciated after the activities in the pool. We also enjoyed the Football and Table Tennis and the bikes. We biked to Merville where there are a few shops including a bakery. We also enjoyed a bike ride to Pegagus Bridge and The Battery at Merville. The house is perfectly located for D Day beaches and other historical sites. The kitchen was very well equipped and loved cooking on the BBQ. It was lovely meeting Verione who was waiting to greet us at the house. We all had a fantastic holiday. Thank you. Anne

Great stay! House was just as described and in the perfect location it was very secure with gated access. Nelly is a fantastic host, very quick to respond to messages and greeted us on arrival to show us around. Nice touch to include some DVDs, we had a few evenings watching the classic war films provided. Rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable, kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need to cook any meal! 5 mins walk to the beach/town which has a safe atmosphere, great bakery for morning croissants Clair de Lune (5 Bd Gilbert Longuet) and very friendly pub The Mary Celeste (5 Rue Colonel René Michel) for an evening drink. Ideal location to visit the Normandy D-Day beaches and museum due to it central location on Gold Beach all others are less than an hour’s drive (Juno Beach 20 mins, Omaha 30mins, Sword Beach 40 mins, Utah 50 mins) and the lovely town of Bayeux only 15 mins away, where there is a large supermarket and the famous tapestry.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. La maison est très confortable et bien décorée. Enfin la maison est bien située, très centrale pour rayonner dans les différents villages.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Nous étions 5 et la maison est très pratique et agréable. Les équipements sont de très bonne qualité. Mention spéciale pour le matelas du lit car je suis très fragile du dos et cela faisait bien longtemps que je n'avais pas aussi bien dormi ! Paul Edouard est très réactif et de bons conseils sur les environs. Quel bonheur de garer sa voiture et d'aller tranquillement à la plage à pied depuis le logement. Le village est très joli. Bref, je vous recommande ce logement.

Le logement réservé était en tous points conforme à nos attentes pour un Week end familial ; tout à disposition pour cuisiner, indépendance de chacun, chambres confortables, à proximité de tout; magasins restaurants et plage . La salle de sport fut un vrai régal pour petits et grands( en particulier le baby foot)Le point fort est un hôte absolument adorable, prévenant et disponible à toutes nos demandes.Nous nous sommes vraiment sentis comme à la maison!! Merci pour tout. Nous conseillons vivement cette adresse et sommes ,bien sûr , prêts à y retourner !

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument parfait dans ce logement ! Tout était conforme à l’annonce, voire mieux. La maison était propre, bien équipé, décoré avec goût et très confortable. L’emplacement est idéal, proche de tout mais dans un quartier calme. L’hôte a été très réactif, accueillant et disponible tout au long du séjour. Une vraie perle sur Airbnb, je recommande les yeux fermés et nous reviendrons avec plaisir !
