Our house is warm and welcoming, smells of wood, located in the heart of the city. Comfortable apartment along the pedestrian area of Cortina, on the first floor of a typical Ampezzo house from the 1800s, easy to have everything at your fingertips. It consists of a large entrance hall, living room, kitchen and dining area, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, bathroom with tub/shower. Equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, TV, Wi-Fi, and all the necessary accessories.

Rustic attic in historic house (reg. code 183)

Unique and relaxing space. The attic is located directly under the old roof beams of a historic Ampezzo house. Warning! The environment is characteristic and very welcoming, but the attic is low and you cannot stand upright on the entire surface. Rustic but very well-kept furnishings, down to the details. It is on the second floor, so it is accessed by a normal flight of stairs, and then you go up to the apartment via a steeper ladder through a trapdoor.

We had a wonderful stay and fell in love with Cortina! Bruna’s place was adorable and had a beautiful view. The parking on site was very convenient and Bruna was very helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay again!

My wife and I spent 3 days in the Italian Dolomites, in Monika's fantastic vacation home. Our stay has met all our wishes; a beautiful, comfortable and clean house, located in a great place on a mountain slope, and all the privacy you could wish for. Monika did her best to spoil us, and even brought us a few treats (delicious cake and tasty strudel)! The last 3 km to the house were challenging; but because it was very quiet with other traffic, there were never any tense situations. We highly recommend this house for nature and tranquility seekers, who are looking for a beautiful view of the Dolomites in a special location.

Very nice and cosy apartment in a very center of Cortina - just a few steps from Corso. Shops, restaurants and skibus - all reachable within 1-2 minutes. The apartment is very clean and calm, with a wonderfull balcony heading southwest - ideal for home aprés-ski. Would be happy to come back.

Enrica was a helpful and friendly host. Apartment is very spacious and the views from the balconies are amazing. The Tofana ski piste is only a short walk away, and even the Cortina town centre is in walkable reach. The late night visits from local deer, right under our balcony in the snowy hills, we're magical.

Good location near town and some small grocery stores. Apartment was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The kitchen was well supplied for cooking as well. The parking space was a little difficult to navigate and might not be good for cars with low clearance.
