The Studio sleeps 2 guests in a king size bed, has a fully equipped kitchen, ensuite and central heating. The Lizard Village has 2 pubs, lots of cafes and shops! We are available for min 2 ngt stays Sept-March, 3 ngt April-Aug.

Beautifully cosy hideaway for two. Woodburner nesting in a large inglenook fireplace. Romantic break or cosy stop off whilst exploring the coast path, steps away from the beach and a great pub. Dogs are welcome. The cottage has been beautifully renovated to a high standard, with a woodburner, Neff kitchen appliances whilst retaining the character features of stone walls, hewed into the cliff and ships' doors and old timbers. We provide a permit for the car park a 5 min walk from the cottage.

We stayed at Mellinzeath 28 years ago for a week of our honeymoon, and decided to revisit for our anniversary. What a transformation! The property has been restored beautifully and sympathetically, and now feels loved again. Everything - the materials used for the fabric of the building, fixtures, fittings and equipment - is of excellent quality, and there are many little touches which make it extra welcoming. Even Obi, our dog, had his own welcome pack and a warm shower outside. This is a very special property in a tranquil, secluded setting, with nothing but the birds for company. Wish it had been like this for our honeymoon.....

The studio was a great place to stay, furnished to such a high standard with beautiful furnishings and fittings. The shower was great, the bed is king size and super comfy. Location is central for Penzance, the Lizard, Helson and the A30. Great place to stay for two people and would stay there again!

Bramley Cottage - Cadgwith Cove

A wonderful find. This cottage is just delightful with so much character and an incredible garden. Debbie and her husband are wonderful hosts and will do everything they can to help and and advise you. The cottage is very well equipped and very comfortable. There were flowers in both the kitchen and the lounge and a delicious box of shortbread along with some milk. The location is excellent with Cadgwith a few minutes walk. So scenic with a lovely pub serving great meals. It is only three miles from the Lizzard that has some fabulous beaches and scenery. Helston is not far away with a large choice of shops. We did not want to leave and will certainly stay again. We would highly recommend this cottage.

We enjoyed our weekend at Jackie and Henry’s beautiful accommodation. It is set in a very rural location and is quiet and tranquil. The Boathouse is comfortable, well equipped and tastefully decorated. It is in an ideal location to drive to Lands End, visit the Minack Theatre and explore the coast. We loved sitting on the balcony enjoying a glass of wine of wine at the end of the day.

We loved our stay at Rob’s place. The property was squeaky clean and as shown in the photos. It is short drive away from the mesmerising views of lizard point and Kynance cove and nicely located if you are looking to cover the southern coast of Cornwall. Rob was easy to reach out to and helped with quick replies. Thanks for the lovely gesture for a personal note and chocolates. We will be back again !!
