Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Caddo Parish

First and foremost, clean! This is huge for me, esp since i can be a bit OCD. Very much a responsive host, polite, all the things you’re looking for from a host. The towels smelled so fresh even. The floors were clean and shine like my own home. He def needs to commend his cleaning lady, top notch! Location was great and the kitchen had the necessary items you’d expect for a stay.

Evinda’a place was exactly where I needed to be during my stay. So peaceful and tranquil. The next time I’m in the area, I’ll definitely want to stay again! Thanks so much for making my stay away from home so wonderful!!

Joel was a fantastic host. Booking and check-in was seamless, the best I've seen. The Lakehouse was clean with alot of extra items ie. kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. I felt like I had everything I needed if I were home. The house was very spacious. I especially liked the large tub with jets. Pictures do this home no justice. It looks even better in person. The Lake views were spectacular. 6 days was not enough for us. This home was perfect for us and so beautiful. We would definitely return!!!

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The house is beautiful, well thought out design and very clean. The sleeping area is separate from gathering area and that worked wonderful for napping toddlers. The bathrooms are very spacious and well lit. The laundry room is great when you are staying for over a week with family. We even got to enjoy the pool since it hit 85* in February. Many hours spent in the hot tub Beds are awesome and very comfortable. The house is not at all cluttered and very tastefully decorated. The view of the lake was so peaceful and felt so private. Had a little luck fishing in the lake but mostly just enjoyed family time in this lovely home. GW is so kind and welcoming, he makes you fell like family. If we are ever in the area again we will see if this property is available to make more family memories.

Welcoming home with character. Great backyard. Sizable bedrooms and bathrooms. Just a lovely stay!

The house was nice and open. It was easy to hang out in the living room and kitchen areas. Master suite is large and very open. Everyone in our group was happy with our stay. Any concerns we had were taken care of immediately and would have been above and beyond for some. Will stay here again if we come back.

Joey was a fantastic host. The property was modern and clean with a gorgeous lake view upstairs and downstairs. I highly recommend!

The apartment is so cute. it was wonderfully decorated. Extremely comfortable. I felt right at home. I most certainly will be back. Finding the driveway was a bit tricky. But once I found it I love that the parking is in the back and private.

Al is hands down one of the best hosts we have experienced in the Shreveport area. Immediately reached out when I booked the air bnb to introduce himself and see if I needed anything. He was a lifesaver and allowed us to do a same day last minute rental so we could come down and help a family member in the hospital. Al even offered to help us with anything we needed due to the circumstances. The neighborhood is so quiet and located near everything you need. You will see many families walking around so it is extremely safe. The space is exactly how it was described. Extremely cozy and updated. I even fell asleep on that comfy couch a couple nights because it was so comfortable. Make sure to check out the local coffee shop in the church one block away! Thank you again Al for everything. You were a lifesaver for my family.

Beautiful, welcoming environment, everything new and well decorated, many utensils in the kitchen, care with the bed and bath linens, everything very well thought out and organized for a comfortable stay. The only drawback is that there are many flies in the region and they entered the apartment. But other than that, it's a great, quiet place to stay in the city of Shreveport! I recommend it!

This has been one of the most pleasant trips I’ve had. From the time I walked in I felt right at home, the place was just as described and to be honest the pictures doesn’t do this place its true justice. Very comfortable and cozy and this will definitely be my go to place when in Shreveport.

Dyuti was very kind in his treatment, he was pending in case he needed anything. He was also flexible with check-in and check-out. The place is quiet, the bed comfortable. I felt right at home.

We enjoyed our stay here and plan to return very soon!! It was quiet and cozy and was perfect for a quick weekend getaway. Justin and James were awesome hosts, I met James at check in and he was so kind and helpful and checked on us during our stay!

I’ve stayed at a Brook’s property before and I am always blown away by the details taken to make sure her guest are indeed comfortable and feeling like they are home away from home. The property is just as beautiful as the pictures if not better. It’s located right off of 1-20 and very close to 1-49. Like always when in town I’ll be using one of her locations she gives the true meaning to a SUPER HOST!!
