We stayed 3 amazing nights at Blue Lotus and couldn't have hoped for a better experience. From the ambience to the genuine and kind spirits of our hosts, it was just what we needed. Visiting the national Park and Lake Ouachita were both beautiful experiences as well. We will most certainly be back much sooner than later!

The cabin is awesome! Perfect for a stay while riding the Trails. Private as well! Most camps in the area have cabins on top of each other. Don and Candy were great hosts and we will be happy to stay again!! The hottub and outside lighting provides a nice vibe if youre trying to relax at night. 6 of 5 ⭐️!!

My family of 5 (2 adults and 3 teens) stayed at the house over Spring break and had plenty of space. The cabin was located perfect for our crystal digging adventures. After digging, we would come back and clean the crystals on the back porch watching the sun set. The hot tub was small, but it worked out. We rotated small groups at a time. The inside of the house was open and inviting. We could all be in the same space or retreat to our rooms if needed. It had everything that we needed, minus food, which helps when traveling.

They responded very fast and were very friendly. They had a pamphlet with things to do in the area, closest place to drop our boat in, wifi password etc all listed together and the design were a very cute aesthetic. We would all 100% stay there again. We visit Arkansas frequently, and our guests are moving there boat to the lake nearby. We will definitely come back!

This weekend was planned out of no where and we were worried we wouldn’t find a place to stay! We found this little Gem and couldn’t have been happier from the price, the location, the privacy and amenities. It was perfect for our little get away between the 4 of us. The beds were clean, comfortable and felt right at home, the house when you walked in smelled so clean it was so inviting, the super easy to follow instructions were super great to make sure we did what we could to help with staying there! Having the go tub and looking out at the sunset just made all the good, fantastic, couldn’t have asked for a better place! 10/10 recommendation! Will definitely keep this on the list for future trips!

You think you need 3 days away? You need 5 and you need them right here in this tranquil, deeply restorative, quaint, rustic cabin. This cabin is overflowing with unique touches and extreme hospitality, so many little decorative touches and treats we couldn't enjoy them all in our 3 day stay. Which brings me back to you MUST book 5 days minimum! LOL From the porch swing naps to the Hot Tub soaks, everything was in perfect order. We had a small problem with the hot plate and a replacement was immediately provided. Do you know how incredible that was? You are literally in the middle of NOWHERE and POOF, instant response. Incredible. We were already in love with this little place, but that kind of attention takes it to the next level. I can't recommend Fancy Hills highly enough. We hope to stay again and again and again.

My family of 4 (wife, 5 and 7 year old girls, and myself) stayed for 3 nights this Mother's Day weekend. From the beginning, communication from Melonie optimally prepared us for our experience. We arrived after dark the first night, but the property was well labeled and well lit so getting in was simple. The pictures don't do justice on how beautiful the property is. Everything was very clean and organized so we immediately felt at home. The beds were all comfortable and the linens were very fresh. The overall decor matched the location so well. There was a lot of attention to detail when decorating this property. We used the hot tub, which is wood fired and takes a few hours to fill and then heat. It was definitely worth the wait. We spent most of our time away from the property so we didn't use the property amenities to the fullest. It's a great location and perfect for families of all types.

Tommy was super helpful in managing our stay during some crazy weather! Gave us great insight and tips and it ended up being a blast!

Our family just loved it here, I think I was throwing a bigger fit leaving than my five year old! I could’ve stayed there forever! It was the perfect little family weekend and we couldn’t have asked for better hosts! We have lots of people asking about the tree house from pictures I posted in Fayetteville! I have highly recommended this place and we will be back before the end of summer! Making this a must do for our family every year! We appreciated how squeaky clean they kept the space and the atmosphere was super sweet and friendly, if you’re considering taking your kids here, just book the trip! ♥️

We enjoyed our stay in this clean & comfortable cabin. The location was great, the cabin sits off the road a bit & we rarely saw anyone driving by. The firepit was convenient, we cooked our dinner over the open fire. It was great to be so close to the crystal mine we visited for the day. I've already shared this listing with friends & am looking forward to coming back.

We loved our stay at My Sister's Cabin! The outdoor space and grounds were our favorite part of the property. We enjoyed coffee in the mornings from the covered porch which also included a large comfortable hammock! The tiered deck to the river's edge was very nice and offered a fantastic view of the river and great fishing opportunities. Our Grandson fished from the bank daily and caught several fish! We loved the firepit set-up with Adirondack chairs and adjacent charcoal grill. Upon arrival, the logs had been neatly placed in the firepit along with a table of assorted roasting sticks nearby ready for making smores which I thought was a nice gesture! The lighting outside in the evenings was so inviting and calming with strands of Edison bulbs hung throughout the property and rope lighting on the tiered decks. The inside space was nice and much more spacious than the pictures showed! The kitchen was well equipped which was great since we cooked all of our meals while there!

I really enjoyed my stay here! Melissa was very good at communicating and very caring and thoughtful as well. The cabin itself was amazing and had great views

The pictures do not do this place justice! If you will be staying anywhere in the Hot Springs area, I cannot recommend staying here enough. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was stocked, the house is beautiful and the views are absolutely stunning. We spent our days exploring and made sure to get home at a decent time to grill out and sit on the deck each evening, watching the sunset. We would then be out there again in the morning having our morning coffee; it was all just perfect. Not only was the place great, but Jacki was a fantastic host! She was responsive, friendly, and you can tell she cares that you have a great experience. Highly recommend!

It was quiet, and peaceful with an awesome view! I am a rock guy, and there’s a big gravel bar on this side of the river, so I spent some time there.

The perfect getaway from reality! Beautiful, well-appointed kitchen, roomy living area, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, and the most beautiful back porch to sit and watch the river below. Julia thought of everything a guest could need, we felt right at home. I can’t wait to go back!

Judie's cabin was by far the best experience I've had. The house is amazing and well stocked with everything we needed. Judie is a great communicator and replies very quickly. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Autumn's home was amazing! My sone graduated and took a father son trip to Arkansas. What a beautiful state! The location is wonderful with so much wonderful southern hospitality. Autumn was excellent and highly recommended her home.

Lovely stay on the Caddo River. The river is gorgeous. The fire pit was a nice touch too! The kids absolutely loved the bunk room. Great place for families to stay!

Can’t wait to go back! Beautiful property! Dogs enjoyed being able to run and we loved the peace and quiet. Kids enjoyed just being outside in nature. Thank you for sharing this little slice of heaven!

Great place to stay. The ceilings are 6 foot on the lower level, so you’ll feel like you need to duck just walking through even if you aren’t 6ft. You get used to it though. Private location, with great access to the river. Build up speed when approaching hills and you shouldn’t have any problems making it to and from the cabin. Overall had a great time!

We had a lovely stay at this cabin! The area around the cabin is beautiful, we especially enjoyed the screened in porch for our morning coffee. I would definitely recommend this cabin and would happily stay here again!

The overall house and cleanliness went beyond our expectations! Very nice, clean, and had all of the essentials to make us feel right at home! We thoroughly enjoyed staying here, and the kids absolutely loved the bunk house! We will definitely be back this summer!

The place was perfect! Location for ATV riding was outstanding. A wood fireplace made the environment cozy and warm. The hot tub was clean and it had powerful jets. The cabin was very clean and the decor was on point. Overall, I give it a 10 out of 10!
