Amazing stay in an amazing apartment. Well equipped, Cold beer in the fridge, pods for the coffee maker, were a lovely touch. The host is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The apartment is as described. The location is superb, the amenities, including hot and cold pools, sauna and Jacuzzi are squeaky clean. The facility provides beach chairs and umbrellas makes for an easy trip to the beach, which is a few minutes walk away. Would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a beautiful beach vacation.

I really enjoyed your stay! The apartment is complete, with well-equipped kitchen, all very clean, organized and with a beautiful and comfortable environment. I felt at home. The location is excellent, close to the beach and supermarkets. Check-in and check-out was super flexible and the hosts were very helpful. I just missed more towels and rugs, but overall the experience was great. I recommend it!

Perfect location and close to beach, trails, town, nightlife, and one of the most places in Florianopolis! I highly recommended it. Chris gave us great tips on what to do and where to go.

I'm lucky to travel to several countries and many Airbnbs throughout the year. But I've never come across an apartment as well-equipped as Tais'. The level of equipment it has is impressive. Everything works perfectly, the quality of the appliances, the comfort of the bed (I am 1.8m and weigh 105kg, I find it difficult to sleep comfortably, but here I have been able to rest very well!). Everything is awesome. Tais responds quickly. She even gave us a complimentary housekeeping in the middle of our stay. The complex where the apartment is located is of an excellent standard, an incredible pool and 24-hour monitored security. If we go back to Cachoeira, I have no doubt that we will return to this apartment!

We were with my family the last week of February 2025. The apartment is very spacious, comfortable and nice. Air conditioning in all rooms. TVs with platforms like Netflix. Washer with dryer great for longer stays. Huge terrace and with a wonderful view of the pool, a part of the sea and towards hills covered in vegetation. The condo, resort-like, was extraordinary. They had a huge pool and inside the same enclosure, next to the pool a bar/restaurant with very recommended food and drinks. Additionally, on the side of the resort, there is a platform that leads directly to Playa Ponta das Canas. A truly spectacular beach,sea of warm water without waves (ideal for being with children) and very little crowded. We really marveled at the place. Additionally, Manuela, always attentive to our messages. We had a wonderful vacation.

The apartment is a luxury, in a nutshell. It has all the amenities, private entrance to the beach, beach items, all the rooms have sea view. super equipped and has 24h concierge. all very attentive. 100% recommended, we will definitely come back.

Very good location. Steps to the beach and the Open where there are shops to eat. For the supermarket you have to walk a little more or take uber cheap. The house is very nice and in good condition. It's just like the photos. Very rich spaces. Very good space to socialize. Hartas Pieces. Clean. Except for some details that have already been discussed for improvement. Hosts were quick to respond and were very willing. They were very flexible with check-in and check-out. They let us do early and late checkin. The gas ran out but they responded immediately and they took it back right away.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The house is beautifully designed with a modern yet charming feel, and it had everything we needed for a peaceful getaway. The private pool and outdoor shower were amazing, and we especially enjoyed the barbecue area—with a hammock tucked in for relaxing afternoons. Everything felt brand new and thoughtfully laid out, from the comfortable suite to the stylish paintings throughout the space. It’s just a short walk to great restaurants, cafés, and small shops, yet the area is very quiet and serene. If you’re visiting Florianópolis and want a central location with total privacy, this is the perfect spot. We’ll definitely be back!

Wonderful villa with a super view, a beautiful garden, and an equally beautiful relaxation area with a pool, jacuzzi, spa, barbecue area, armchairs and sun loungers!! The villa is composed of a nice living room with kitchen, 2 double bedrooms on the ground floor with 1 bathroom, and a suite upstairs with bathroom and jacuzzi. Near the pool, another little house with 2 double beds, a bathroom, and a kitchen (to go to a bedroom, you have to go from the first bedroom). Negative notes: At our request to the host if the climb was difficult (to understand which car to rent, and because we had read uber that they refused to go up), we were told that there was no problem!! In truth, 4 uber (comfort) in 5 days refused to go up and the rental car (fortunately taken 1.3) came up barely... The house lacks maintenance and the suite lacks a door to isolate it from the living room, if someone opens the fridge and how to have it next to the bed. Cute but bumbling monkeys!!

Everything about our stay was perfect. The location, the cleanliness, the amenities, the space, the communication.. it was all fantastic. Simone couldn’t have been more helpful, she replied to our messages within minutes whenever we had any queries. The house itself is stunning and the pictures on here don’t do it justice. It’s an ideal location too. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

Our stay in the apartment was wonderful. Comfortable, clean apartments with a large terrace overlooking the ocean. The host was always available if any assistance was needed. Thank you for the warm welcome, we will definitely come back again.

It is a very comfortable and large apartment. The place has many amenities. The corresponding parking is chico, a large vehicle does not come in, it does not turn it. The complex is beautiful and the path to the beach is. Lidia's response is instantaneous, she is always attentive. The place is super safe.

This place looks exactly like the photos. You have a beautiful view of the mountains and pasture with 2 horses. Then you have a nice pool and a short walk to a magnificent beach, Campeche. I would highly recommend staying here. Also, Renata is a fantastic host. She was super helpful, friendly and responsive to everything. Her and her husband went above and beyond to make everything nice for us during our stay. They even put in a new washing machine the same day as the original one broke during our stay. They are the best!

Myself and my family had a great experience. Rodrigo was very helpful and gave us all the information very clearly even before we arrived. The apartment is very nice, with good infrastructure, clean, comfortable and organized. The condominium structure is also excellent. We love everything.
