Everything was perfect. Ayesa was an excellent host—kind, attentive, and exceptionally organized. Angélica welcomed us warmly, and together they made us feel at home from the very beginning. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. We were especially grateful for Ayesa’s help in locating a product that was difficult to find but essential for medical use. Her support was generous and thoughtful. The entire space reflects her care and attention to detail. It was a truly wonderful stay, with a great location and breathtaking ocean views. We would absolutely love to return!

This is already the third time we have been in this house and once again, we have had an excellent experience! The sea view is simply stunning and makes the days even more special. The house is always very well taken care of, clean and cozy — all exactly as in the pictures. The check-in and check-out took place at the agreed times, without any problems, and communication with the host was always clear and quick. Without a doubt, it is a place that makes us want to return always. We recommend with eyes closed!

the apartment is amazing and even more beautiful in person than in the photos, we like it very much and if we feel in case, the only point we were upset was the washer and dry machine that was not working, in the other only joy and praise, privileged location and sensational condominium, for sure we will come back more times and super recommend, it was an amazing weekend

Super spacious and comfortable apartment. Patricia was super helpful from the beginning and her parents did a very detailed check-in. Great location, close to the beach and downtown. Easy access, with iron, clean towels, warm blanket, several appliances such as air fryer, washing machine, coffee maker, etc. I highly recommend it, it's well worth it!

I loved my stay at the apartment! The location is perfect, right in the center of Floripa, with an incredible view of the Hercílio Luz bridge. The apartment is super comfortable, just like in the photos, and had everything I needed for a quiet stay. The supermarket is in the building, as well as several other shops and restaurants, which made everyday life much easier. Access to the building, apartment and parking space was super easy. I highly recommend and would certainly stay here again!

The hotel is very cozy, beautiful pools, easy access to the beach, accommodation exactly as advertised, clean, and with plenty of nearby shops and restaurants. Boris was a great host, I recommend staying!

The apartment is a luxury, in a nutshell. It has all the amenities, private entrance to the beach, beach items, all the rooms have sea view. super equipped and has 24h concierge. all very attentive. 100% recommended, we will definitely come back.

Great apartment, comfortable furniture, well-equipped kitchen. Spacious and sunny sacada, with furniture (including dining table). Condominium with various leisure options, polite and attentive staff; 24h market with a lot of variety; bar next to the pool. Easy access to the beach, in a quiet place with a clean and calm sea. Host Bruna was very attentive and was always available to assist us! We'll come back!

Great atmosphere, very comfortable. It was all clear, communication with Carla was extremely easy, the neighborhood is very quiet and it is close to the beach. I recommend and hope to come back more often!

Airbnb with hotel structure, with daily maid service, towels and beach chairs available, etc. Space exactly as in the pictures. Hotel restaurant with high prices, but within the average of Jurerê.

The Lucineia space, is exactly as described . Everything is neat and clean. Very well equipped with everything we need,and even more . The leisure area is very good , has the jacuzzi that has a heating system, for the children it was great . It was a pity that it was very windy, but we still enjoyed it. The space has a booklet with all the information on how to proceed. Lucineia was always very helpful , responding very quickly . I stayed on many Airbnb , but this one was undoubtedly the most equipped . Madcas, barbecue utensils and even games for children . Without a doubt a very welcoming space that is worth hosting .

Wonderful experience, quiet place, very safe, a spectacular beach and the hotel very comfortable and with a variety of services to enjoy. It's definitely 100% recommended.
