Waterfront holiday rentals in Cachadaço beach

Our first time in Ubatuba and the choice of location exceeded expectations, especially in terms of location (the beach, although not for bathers, is spectacular and super close to other quieter ones). Si was very helpful, a dear. We were very well received and the house had exactly the structure we were looking for to go with a 9-month-old baby: simple, comfortable and super clean!

The apartment is small but very cozy. It has new furniture and the bed is comfortable. The host is helpful and responds quickly. I had no issues with check-in or check-out. It's close to the beach, so you don't need to leave with the car. I really like the place. It was a great investment.

very quiet beach for those who are afraid of water and children. supermarket all with prices even better than near my house there is foot in the sand very nice.

It was wonderful to be staying in Sergio's apartment. I have a baby of 1 year and 3 months and I chose the place precisely for the things there were to do with the child, since it is not only possible to stay on the beach, so we took a lot of advantage of the swimming pools, especially the heated ones. My daughter loved! Very cool playground and all very clean and organized! We will definitely return to the next one! Sérgio is a great host!

Very well located house, a few meters from the beach, and next to the right side where there are more waves, some options of restaurants walking-in-area and close to the river. The house is large and comfortable, with parking for the cars.

My parents and I had a wonderful stay! We really liked the house, the space and the quiet. Adriana is a super host, she welcomed us and received us very well. The house is very accessible, the dirt road is short, very quiet, we had no problems getting there. The kitchen is very equipped. In addition to the natural pool, which is beautiful and very nice.

The Chalet is wonderful, just like and even better than in the photos, super clean and organized, with a breathtaking view! We saw the sunrise, which was unforgettable, I recommend it! Check in and check out without bureaucracy! The host is 1000!!! Always very attentive, answer all questions quickly! We love the stay, we will come back more often for sure!

The accommodation is really a dream, very cozy, quiet. If you are looking for a place to connect with nature, this is the right place! The birds on the balcony are a spectacle of colors, the wonderful view of the forest and the sea. The trail! Everything! It's really worth it. Thank you Luiza and Pierre for the great communication. We had a lovely few days in this house. A little far from the larger towns but a great spot if wanting some quieter time. Well located near some lovely beaches, although would recommend visiting with a car. House itself is rustic but very comfortable, located in a small village / road of a few houses and felt very safe. Lovely views and feel surrounded by trees. The WiFi had good connection throughout the house. Would recommend for a few days away.

Simply incredible, impossible to describe the beauty, the impeccable house, a wonderful visit, the great beach for bathing, Silvia a friendliness, Rogério the homemade, always available to help. For 4x4 lovers the way is a great adventure, but very quiet, we went with children and a 3-month-old baby. We will definitely be back.

We stayed from Friday to Sunday, since we arrived we already had a great reception from the concierge, very friendly and helpful doormen, parking area is free to stop wherever you want, we were lucky to always have a spot in front of our block, now speaking of leisure the pool was very warm, I used it at night and it was very cold, but I managed to stay good because it was air-conditioned, there is also a game room with ping-pong, foosball and 2 pool tables, another room with tables to play cards and checkers, and there is also a gym, I found everything very organized in terms of the condominium, but the apartment itself was excellent, everything clean, working, warm shower in the 2 bathrooms, there were cleaning items, (broom, shovel, squeegee, cloth, trash, sponges...) in the rooms there was a pillow, warm blanket, comfortable bed, and black out curtains, the only thing that didn't work for me was the 110 outlets, which when used turned off the power of the apartment and I needed to turn it on again haha but everything was perfect thank you

Our stay was super quiet, the host always requests and willing to help, the space clean, smelling, with all the clean and smelling bedding. The apartment is super well equipped, has everything you need to stay quiet. For those traveling with a child a positive point is the space that has the extra for being on the ground floor. Private garage and impeccable apartment a few meters from the Mall ribeira shopping mall that has everything you can imagine. There are boat tours that come out of the river sack and with a 10-minute walk you go to other beach houses, Sununga and Lázaro
