Cozy studio for 1 or 2 persons, on top floor (last floor) no elevator, perfectly located 3 minutes from Beach, walking distance to downtown, Restaurants and super market and the pool area is a very relaxing place.

In addition, you are steps from a viewpoint to get to know the city.
