Holiday rentals with a patio in Cabo San Lucas

We had a wonderful stay at Rebecca’s place. The Apt. was cozy and clean and has a nice outdoor space. The clubhouse pool and rocky coastline with daily whale and occasional dolphin sightings, however, is what would draw us back. Thank you!

First off, Curtis was a very effective and frequent communicator making sure we had everything we needed. Beds are very comfortable and note that the apartment has condiments like spices, hot sauce etc so no need to buy salt and pepper! Kitchen was well equipped and the furniture was clean and overall nicely styled. Also a/c units throughout to keep place cool if needed. Location wise you will need to uber everywhere so bake that into your budget. Walking into the apartment you do see a beautiful view of the ocean so it is lovely…HOWEVER the patio is built such that the pool is raised to obstruct the ocean view so if you envision sitting on the patio furniture gazing out at the ocean you won’t see it. When sitting down, the pool wall is the predominant feature and obstructs the view. If you standup you can see the ocean but the predominant view becomes the roof of Costco. So just know that going in. Overall nice apartment and well equipped with responsive host.

Absolutely loved our stay! The location is perfect, right in the middle of the marina with super secure access. The condo was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay! Didn’t use the hot tub but the view was beautiful! Super comfortable bed & couches! Loved that there was 2 full bathrooms as well. Highly recommend. Loved my morning walks around the marina to medano beach (10 mins away along the marina). Also loved the convenience of having 2 supermarkets within a few mins walk, one right below (with direct lift access to the mall) and a new Walmart across the road. Super secure parking as well. Staff and security are all very friendly and helpful! This location has become the only place we stay when visiting Cabo!

We loved the stay at this accommodation, easy access, nice area and close to the tourist area, the accommodation is more beautiful in person, it has everything you need and even more, tidy, super clean, very comfortable, the beds are super comfortable, everything is very nice, the hostess is super friendly and attentive, we loved it, I definitely recommend it! We would choose it again!

Alvaro’s place was amazing! Super cute and beautifully decorated, and it had everything we needed for a great stay—dishes, cookware, shot glasses, towels, washer/dryer, etc. Super CLEAN! The location was perfect—close to all the restaurants and activities we had planned, so we didn’t have to go far for anything. There’s also a super clean, well-stocked 24hr grocery store and a Costco literally right outside the gate—both totally walkable. It felt really safe, too. We even walked to the grocery store alone a couple of times with no issues. The place is in a gated community, so only your first drop-off and final pick-up can come through the gate. Any other rides meet you just outside the gate, and it’s only a short 2–3 minute walk. And the rooftop? Immaculate. Private, easy to access through the apartment. Best birthday trip, ever.

The best place to stay in the cabos, the view is breathtaking, it's definitely worth every dollar. The pool area is practically for you only if there are no more guests. Close to very quiet beaches. Best option is Uber.

This Airbnb was in a great location—just a 5-minute drive to El Centro, with a supermarket conveniently located a block away. The thoughtful amenities—such as a coffee machine, grocery bags, a cooler, and extra trash bags—were much appreciated. Since we rented a car, having a gated parking spot was also a big plus. The pool was private and relaxing, making it the perfect romantic getaway. A washer or sink to do laundry is really the only piece missing. With all that said, however I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in San José del Cabo.

We had a great stay, would book again and highly recommended! Check-in was smooth, the house was beautiful, extremely clean, and well equipped with everything we needed. Overall we found the place to be excellent value for the money. Clara was a responsive and kind host throughout. Everything in the home worked well, and we had no issues during our time there. On the final day, the key broke off in the front door lock, which had felt a bit stiff during the stay—but Clara was very understanding and handled it graciously. It was just one of those random things that can happen, and she communicated clearly the whole time. Would happily stay here again and recommend to anyone!

We had a wonderful stay at Marks place! David was a wonderful local host and this Airbnb really made our vacation. We used their recommended transportation to and from the airport which was incredibly easy- David helped to set that up. The house is even better than the pictures, spacious, comfortable, has everything you need, and an awesome pool. The location was very convenient- we rented the golf cart to travel around the community was our kids loved. You have access to pools, restaurants and more. We loved the dining area “The Market” because it had several food vendors and a bar so everyone in the family could have what they wanted. We took a provided shuttle into downtown Cabo a few times as well and ubered home. David gave great recommendations based on what we were looking for and always responded promptly. We hope to come back!

The place was beautiful just as the pictures show, with an amazing view of the ocean Charles and his wife were so nice we ran out of water but Charles and his wife came in less than 30mins to fix the issue. I enjoyed my stay here.

Great place to land when exploring Great communication, a peaceful spot to land in the chaos that can be CSL — close enough to the marina for boat adventures, and yet, if you are resourceful enough to venture away from the zona turística — some of the best tacos of your life. Gracias!

Lovely Airbnb! Stayed here for my sisters bachelorette and It was the perfect destination. The host was amazing, communication was great, and i knew i could always count on her for anything. Had a few issues with a third party (concierge - Santiago) but the host made sure any issue was fixed automatically. The Airbnb had all the essentials you could need, from shampoo conditioner to laundry detergent. It was perfect!! The airbnb was so clean, the gate staff were so kind. I recommend the taco shop (captain moy) right across the street - AMAZING staff and food. Overall 10/10 experience and would recommend the Airbnb and host to anyone!

The house has great spaces and with lots of room for all guest . You can find your own space in the house. Super clean and you can find all necessary to make you feel immediately at home . Jacuzzi and pool are great and very functional , I also recommend use the community pool . You will not be disturbed by the construction behind. The house is in a very nice gate community and security guards are super friendly . A/C, washer , dryer, beds, rooms are functional and comfy , we really enjoy our stay .

This place is cozy and close to everything. it is located in the marina with a beautiful balcony and view of marina. it was clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. We did not want to leave. we highly recommend.

This is my third time staying at these condos, and I never regret it. It's beautiful! The views are absolutely stunning, you can see the majestic rocks of Los Cabos right from the living room. The tennis court and beach access are a huge bonus and one of the many reasons I keep coming back. Costco and a large grocery store are just a five-minute walk away, and the airport is only about 30–40 minutes from here. I will definitely be returning to this place. Plus, they have all the amenities you need to cook and feel right at home.

Great location, the pools are so close, and we loved the few minute walk to the beach; beach was not swimmable at the time (red flag, and rocks), yet not sure if this is normal? The kitchen fit our needs for all cooking, and the space was perfect for 2 people. Communication was excellent and very fast! Loved the beach towels and umbrella/chairs. A few walkable restaurants ($$$), and can walk to the supermarket (across a highway) or a cheap Uber ride. A few small uncontrollable things: construction at the pool and right next door so not quiet during the day, but that was just during our time, and it may be completed soon? If you’re a light/sensitive sleeper, maybe earplugs due to hearing neighbors. Also, some transportation is not allowed for pick up or drop off in the area, which caused some issues, but if you have your own car, you’ll be fine! Overall, beautiful.

Luis was an excellent host. Luis made us comfortable by picking us up from the airport. He had water and snacks available for us. He even dropped us off at the supermarket so we could do some shopping before we went to the Airbnb. Luis provided local recommendations. We had no issues, but Luis was always quick to respond. Luis is kind, helpful, and reliable. The infinity pool was awesome. The space was clean and had a great view. We felt safe. I recommend this listing with Luis. You will have a gorgeous space and be in good trusting hands.

My husband, 2 teens and I had absolutely loved the condo! Very spacious, incredible view and very comfy beds. Super clean too! The service from check-in to grounds keepers to the servers at the pool was top-notch~ everyone was beyond nice and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Gina was an excellent host. Her condo was exactly as described. It had a beautiful balcony view of the ocean. The condo was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Condo had all of the amenities that you need or can think of. I didn't have to turn on the air conditioner because there was a constant breeze that kept the condo a comfortable temperature. Gina was very responsive to any question I had and recommendations. The concierge was very helpful and provided support and transportation whenever needed. I would stay here again and I recommend Gina's condo for anyone visiting Cabo.

This place is amazing! Easy to get to and local grocery stores, including Costco right outside the gate! Washer and dryer with supplies included. Host was soooo great and responds right away. The house includes beach chairs to take with you with towels and anything you can think of for a fun beach day! The beach is 8 mins away. Clean and huge when it comes to space. Enough room for a family and guest. It was so amazing that we almost changed our flights to stay another day. THE PRICE IS AMAZING and wayyyy better than some of the all inclusive hotels on the coast because you can see the water and you have everything at your fingertips at this house. THE PICTURES HARDLY DO THIS PLACE JUSTICE! It’s BEAUTIFUL! Thank you for being so sweet and kind to us and we will definitely be back !

Beautiful spot in San Lucas, would recommend to anyone! Felt right at home when we got there and as well felt very safe. Hot tub is an added bonus!
