Es un lugar perfecto, limpio, confortable, amplio y muy muy cercano a la playa, en donde se encuentra comida deliciosa. Las vistas a la montaña que tiene son espectaculares.

the Yelapa Estuary Apartments are a great location to stay, especially if you're looking to be on the beach/estuary side rather than up in the town on the other side of the river. Being so close to the beach was great, and you feel like you're right in the jungle. It feels rustic, but with the comforts of A/C, etc... we were there for a music festival that was right nearby and this location was great for that. Would return to this accommodation again in the future!

This place is convient, great location you walk to it in many directions and threw a lot of the restaurant on the beach I would have lunch at juanitos and I could walk threw domingos to and from it's a 2-5 min walk. ATV are right outside the place for easy access to the town. Susana and the whole personal were excellent. Don't expect a lot of pressure from the shower but everything else is good.

I had a great stay & would definitely recommend it. It’s such a cute place- the decorations and furniture are really cute and create a cozy stylish environment. The Airbnb manager is really accommodating & helpful. He was there to answer any questions I had, helped me when I needed pesos, and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The AC works great. The kitchen is cute and has everything you need for simple cooking. They provide filtered water as well. It’s a super cute town too with the beach just minutes away. I hope to return some day!

Yelapa is a special place to get away. The apartment was simple and had all amenities with A/C and fridge. The place was also quiet for sleeping. Beautiful courtyard area. I would rent again good price

Jerry and Rafael, the on-sight manager, was very flexible and accommodating. We enjoyed the restaurant recommendations and the hot coffee service in the morning. We loved the location right in the hub of Boca by the local boat launch. We enjoyed watching the coming and going of commerce from the deck. It was an enjoyable experience and we want to come back to explore more of what Boca de Tomatlan has to offer.

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful place. Rafael was amazing and very helpful. He helped us get taxis, told us great things to do and very knowledgeable about the area. The apartment is close to the water taxis witch we used to go over to Yelapa for the day. Definitely recommend!

This Palapa was very special. As a time traveler who knew Yelapa in the 90s this place made me feel i'd returned to old Yelapa. Sweeping bay views. Total privacy, easy walk to town, easier walk to playa isabel, views from bed, mother nature all around, waking up to a cacophony of birds. Loved the flock of chakalakas that came by to visit. Very old school. We didn't realize how old school until we moved to a yelapa jungle address. Not the same. Staying in this well preserved section of Yelapa was also special.

Un lugar totalmente remoto, el único acceso es por lancha, eso le da un toque totalmente diferente. La villa esta en buenas condiciones es cómoda, cuenta con todo lo necesario, tienes la comodidad de elaborar tus alimentos, en el pueblo encuentras casi de todo, nuestra experiencia fue muy relajante, el pueblo de Quimixto es muy tranquilo. Alejandra siempre estuvo al pendiente, muy amable, me dió instrucciones de como llegar aunque al principio si nos costó un poco encontrar el alojamiento, quizás solo le falta eso; un poco más de señalamientos para poder llegar o ubicar la villa fácilmente, en general nuestra estancia fue muy agradable y tranquila sin detalles algunos regresaría de nuevo!

Lucia’s is exactly as described. Spotlessly clean, spacious. No stairs to walk up with all the travel bags we had. Taxi, pulled right outside.short walk from taxi boats . Lucia speaks perfect English, and is very friendly and helpful. Thanks

Incredible place with insanely beautiful views. I had a great time and would happily come back! The staff is very helpful and it’s a quick walk down the hill to town where there are many amazing restaurants. Yelapa is amazing

Fedro was pretty attentive and responsive, always helpful with our questions. He waited and picked us up the pier and got us into the place, gave us local recommendations and directions, and helped us with extra blankets when needed. We had a great time, thanks!

Las Parotas rooftop studio was a magical place to stay. Very calm and private amidst all the trees. Bed is comfortable. Shower is large with hot water and good water pressure. Was able to cook in small but complete kitchen. The property exceeded my expectations! Patio is huge with great views and nice shade from many varieties of beautiful trees. Not far from Playa Isabel for swimming. Also close to town for groceries and restaurants. A hidden gem in Yelapa.

This place was a phenomenon and a unique experience. Nestled in a village full of life but relatively untouched by the passage of time, you will not regret your stay. The surrounding jungle is abundant with life, and the setting is ruggedly adventurous. The host was always prompt and responsive. It was an unknown feeling to be such a minority, though the inhabitants of this beach/fishing/hiking town were kind and gracious. The views from the outdoor living/dining room were unbelievable, and the jungle noises remained a charming feature throughout the stay. One thing to note, you will need a car. Two things to note, you may want to stop for supplies as the restaurants are not always open and there is not a central market. Enjoy!
