Everything was perfect. The place is super functional . There's nothing missing. The location is great. The proximity to the waves is awesome. The views are breathtaking. The cleanliness of the accommodation was perfect; a big thank you to Pascal for his kindness but also for the skill and seriousness of the maintenance teams. In April 2025, we spent an exceptional family week. The hardest part is to leave because we miss everything.

We had a great stay in Tuchan. The accommodation is beautiful: very spacious, impeccably clean, tastefully decorated and very well equipped. Everything is designed for the comfort of the occupants. The bedding in the rooms is of good quality and allowed us to rest well. Small downside on the sofa bed, whose bedding is unfortunately very uncomfortable. The environment is particularly peaceful, ideal for relaxing. The garden is a real plus, very pleasant and perfectly suited for our dog who also enjoyed the place. Thank you so much for a great experience!

Spacious and well located house in the city, all shops nearby, easy to park (free). Very well equipped with air conditioning in every room. The small private garden is great with pool and summer kitchen. 10 min from beaches

10 stars, if I could possibly give them! We had the best time at this stunning house - it is identical to the pictures and everything was perfect for our family vacation! From USA - 4 adults, 3 young kids 7,6,4.5 and an infant, 15m. We felt like we had plenty of room by opening up the couch in the bedroom and opening up the sofa in the living to create even more areas to sleep. We spent so much time outside, we never felt cramped even with everybody inside on rainy days! All your essentials are there and there’s an ALDI, 4 minutes away… Lidl is about 8min away. Beach is 10 minute drive and there is free parking or you can pay to park with no hassle —- we chose this option as it was easy and only a few euros. I’ve never had such responsive hosts —- I sent a message and had a response with 2 minutes. When we ran into any issue or had question, they fixed it immediately with kindness. I cannot say enough about our stay, it was absolutely wonderful and I would highly recommend!!

The reception by Alain and Nathalie upon our arrival in Calmeille and the introduction to our "new home" was very reliable and committed. During our stay, we got to know them as extremely helpful, warm, generous and also discreet people. The house is really beautifully renovated and tastefully furnished. We felt very comfortable there right away. It is perfectly equipped with everything that belongs to a successful stay, but without appearing overloaded. It is one of the top three of the many Airbnb accommodations we have visited. We enjoyed the hikes recommended by Alain in the immediate vicinity of the house. Simply brilliant, these pure nature experiences! We highly recommend the accommodation to all who love peace and quiet in nature.

Very nice stay at this very functional little house. The beach is a short walk away! and nearby shops you can do anything on foot.

We spent five wonderful days in Sylvie and Jean Pierre’s lovely apartment. It is compact but very well laid out, perfect for a couple. Sylvie and Jean Pierre were very accommodating and helpful and the apartment was a picturesque 10 minute walk to the old port and the heart of the city. A beautiful place to stay while visiting Collioure.

Valérie is very friendly and open to conversation and exchanges. We were very well received. She offered us beautiful hikes. Recommended. Pascal and Christine.

A very pleasant house, in pristine condition! Four beautiful bedrooms with a queen bed, 2 bathrooms, it was perfect for our group of friends. Small detail well appreciated: thank you for providing the coffee capsules, dishwasher products, garbage bags, etc. This is not always the case!

We spent 5 wonderful days with my wife and our son in Yoann's villa. The house is faithful to the description and images on the listing. It is a very nice house in a very quiet neighborhood where life is good. The villa is very well located, close to the sea and beaches, close to Spain. The house is very well equipped, we lacked nothing. The pool is a big plus and far from view. We thank Yoann for this magnificent house and we 100% recommend this villa for those looking for peace and quiet and the sea.

I give a 5/5 we had a great stay, accommodation with everything you need for a pleasant stay really even beach toys for children balloons.., a big thank you to Patricia for the little welcome attention, location facing the marina perfect for daily walks and not far from the beach on foot I highly recommend.

Professional communication and very clear instructions. Very nice property space to accommodate 4 of us (1 bedroom and a living room bed) and our dog. Dog and children had their welcome candies too. Christoph and Sabrina lived on the same building so it was even easier to ask them when we missed something or not sufficient at home that they provided. Car parking is inside the property with a surrounding fence and large gate. We even could leave our dog in the property when we went out. Overall a great stay for us that fit our needs.
