The entrance (3rd floor) is accessible by elevator. On the ground floor there is the children's room (80x180 bunk bed +crib), kitchen-dining room, a small bathroom with shower and a terrace. Upstairs (stairs) is a suite (bed 150x200) with full bathroom (shower), terrace and hot outdoor jacuzzi all year round

Perfect for couples or families with a child, this charming 39m2 apartment, located next to the Pals golf course and 800 meters from the beach, was renovated in 2023 to offer a modern and cozy space. It has a living room with a TV, Wi-Fi, and a sofa bed. The living room leads to a large 30m2 terrace. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and oven. The bedroom has a 150x190 bed (Emma brand) and the bathroom has a shower and washing machine. A parking space is included.
