Apartment exactly as advertised. Super attentive host. Totally clean environment, with all the necessary utensils for staying in the residence. It has dishes, glasses, pots, towels, bed linen and even an iron. Amazing environment. I loved the stay and will definitely have recommendations.

José's space is excellent for those who want to feel at home… Apartment in a quiet location, it has everything inside, including washing machines (extremely important for those who are on a long journey), bed items, kitchen, tv, internet, neighborhood silence and security. Dona Vera, responsible for receiving and assisting us in whatever we needed, is a princess of so much kindness, education and patience. José was also totally kind and agile in communication and instructions. We highly recommend, and look forward to coming back soon!

We spent 5 nights during the carnival period and was great, clean and organized apartment, with everything a family needs, supermarket, bakery and drugstore nearby. The possibility of walking to the beach of bessa is very easy. And Thaís' service was excellent.

The property met our expectations... we wanted a large and cozy place to reunite our family and the lodging delivered what we needed. Highlight for the outdoor area, all covered, ventilated, with swimming pool, barbecue and several tables. No caveats!

Our stay was perfect, my family and I felt at home! The apartment is super comfortable, we don't miss anything. It is super quiet to prepare meals, while the wine is freezing in the minibar, then just enjoy the food and a wonderful view through the living room window. Speaking of sight, we were graced with beautiful sunrises and sunsets there in the Rooftop area, an area that surprised us, as it is much better than in the photos here. Another point to be praised are the staff of the building, extremely polite and requested. The host is also very polite and easy to communicate. The only complaint we have is that Édypo didn't let us stay any longer! 🤣 We spend 1 month and we wanted more, but there it is so good that there was no more vacancy!! We will definitely be back soon!

Apartamento has met all our expectations. Super ventilated. Suite overlooking the sea. Safe to bring children. The apartment is screened, another positive point! Well equipped. Amazing experience in João Pessoa! Our stay was wonderful. The apartment exceeded all expectations: clean, organized, comfortable, well-structured and with an excellent location in Manaíra, one of the best neighborhoods in the capital. It is close to the beach, Manaíra Shopping, pharmacies, bakeries, snack bars, restaurants, Pão de Açúcar market and UPA. Excellent value for money. It is complete: washing machine, microwave, stove, sandwich maker, blender, TV, air conditioning, hot shower, bed linen and clean towels. It has a double bed, a single bed with an auxiliary bed, a sofa bed, a dining table and all kitchen utensils. The building is safe, monitored, with a great parking space and a quiet and family environment. The hostess was impeccable: polite, helpful, receptive, kind and always available. We feel welcomed and at home. We'll definitely be back!

The location is very pleasant, the apartment well-equipped and the condominium wonderful, the beach almost private, depending on the tide it is very calm.

My stay was great.. I had a well oriented check in.. the apartment was ample, with a lot of ventilation and sun.. The location was perfect for my purposes, close to the park ,close to the beach , and a good walk to the Manaíra boardwalk! Checkout was also easy!
