My stay at Débora's apartment was excellent! From the beginning, communication was impeccable, Deborah and Dayanne were always attentive and ready to help. The apartment is exactly as in the photos, super well located, in front of the beach and close to everything! I traveled alone and found a fully equipped space, with everything I needed: beach chairs, microwave, refrigerator, air fryer, blender, popcorn maker, couscous maker, coffee maker... in short, everything designed to provide comfort and practicality. I highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Ana Luísa was super helpful at all times. The entrance to the building and the apartment is facilitated with a virtual key and the proactivity of Ana Luísa was great to guide us when we had doubts. The apartment is beautifully decorated and has a very good cabinet space, including in the bedroom. We had some point issues that were quickly resolved. The only issue that is not related to the apartment itself, but to the empty land next to it and the works of the city hall, was that one of the guests was a smoker and needed to go to the street to smoke. The works and the empty terrain left the street empty at night, and a little erma. Other than that, everything was great.

The flat is very well located. I was able to walk to the beach and the other tourist spots are also very close by car. The apartment is identical to the ad. There was even coffee powder (I loved it lol). The only thing that bothered me was the bathroom, because the toilet is isolated from the shower, so you leave a “room” where the toilet is and have to go to another “room” where the shower is. In any case, this was clear in the ad, but I still found it uncomfortable. The bed is excellent, very comfortable pillows. The air conditioning works very well and the television is new. The wifi also worked very well. Very good service at the reception. The garage, despite being rotating and subject to availability, always had spaces available and I had no problems. I recommend and would definitely come back.

Best location in João Pessoa

I would like to record my dissatisfaction with some situations experienced in the condominium: * Lack of understanding and dialogue on the part of the trustee; * excessive restriction on the use of laundry, requiring scheduling even when the space is unoccupied and depending on the owner of the apt to schedule * Smoking in the pool area, even though it is completely open and empty; * Unfounded charges and enforcement of fines without plausible justification; * Receiving a fine when quickly entering the condominium with my small dogs, the reason alleged was the presence of a large dog on the street; * Collection of a value considered abusive for an ozone treatment, supposedly to eliminate cigarette smell. I ask that these issues be analyzed with more empathy and common sense, seeking collective well-being and a more fair and balanced coexistence for all the condominiums.

We had a great experience with hosting. The house is super spacious, well located and serves a large family very well. Ciro was very helpful and kind every time we needed him. If God allows, we will stay here more often.

The stay, although short, was impeccable! Everything clean and organized. I didn't have to use the kitchen, but I was surprised how complete it is: blender, air fryer, various utensils, cooler, coffee maker, etc. The air conditioner was working perfectly and the flat had many towels available, as well as iron and hair dryer.
