Great location, beautiful spot, and perfect amenities. You can see the pool from all of the rooms, and the beach from many of them. The beach is literally a stone’s throw away. The staff are amazing and helpful with anything that you need. Oh and there is private security who walks the property, so you feel extra safe. I will definitely be returning.

The place was very clean and smelled nice.5 minutes walk to grocery store and 2 minute walk to the beach.the pool was also nice and we felt very safe with the 24 hour security Sterling,friendly and very helpful during check in,host was quick to respond as I was sick and couldn’t leave the place,very helpful and friendly also.. overall I had a great stay,el Carey,hippo bar,and sola mio great place to eat and clean.. no need to cook during our stay.I would definitely come back and stay here on my next trip.

Wow! It’s all about the view and the sound of the waves. Huge balcony, spacious, well equipped condo. Great for 2 couples or a family. 2 km walk along the beach to the centre of Cabarete (good grocery store). So many great restaurants, all within walking distance. We have stayed at five other complexes in Cabarete and Seawinds is hands down the best. Beautiful big pools, well maintained gardens, clean shared facilities, friendly people and very good security. The only negative is what the construction next door, towards Kite beach has done. They have pushed dirt and rocks so far forward that it has cut off a safe walk along the beach over to Kite Beach. Hopefully it’s in the plans to create a path and some stairs up over the rocks to better access Kite Beach. There are some great restaurants and bars there. Thanks Luis for sharing your condo with us and the excellent communication during our stay.

Stayed in several Airbnbs in Puerto Plata area. This place is by far the best value to the price. Very clean, beautiful, well equipped villa. The outdoor space is gorgeous - beautiful pool and wall paintings. A lot of comfortable sitting outside. Only steps away from the beach! The hosts are very approachable and accommodating. Will definitely come back!

Amazing location! Great communication! Check in was clear and not difficult but could have been smoother. This part was communicated a head of time and I was anticipating it to be slightly more difficult than anything else! I would recommend this place to anyone and will stay there again! Also allowed a late check out last min! Great team

Amazing place, great location. Towards the end of cabarete with a close by private beach and river. Thoughtful touches and really really clean apartment. They were very attentive and accommodating. We had all that we needed during our stay. The pool must be entered through their private home, but they will soon build stairs to change this. The thoughtfulness, cleanliness, and aesthetics of this place surely made it a top 5 experience. Rent a car or motor bike if you want to travel to cabarete center often.

The place is very nice and spacious, excellent, crossing a street and you are at the beach and a supermarket is very close.

Vielka is an incredibly responsive and polite host, making the stay even more enjoyable. The resort itself is stunning, offering a variety of great amenities. My only minor complaint is that the pool closes a bit earlier than expected. However, everything else was fantastic! The place is spotless, and what you see in the photos is exactly what you get. Highly recommended!

The best place I stayed at in DR. Whatever you need the owner always quick to respond and to help. Nice condo: safe, AC, high speed internet, water, and everything you need. Also, close to supermarkets La Sirena and Bravo, pharmacies, restaurants, etc. I also like that there's a park walking distance with a basketball court. I highly recommend Rob's place as I'll be back to his place my next trip. Mejor hogar de Santiago. Dueno siempre attento y te responde muy rapido, Lindo departamento seguro y con todo que necesitas: AC, wifi alto velocidad, agua, etc. Tambien es muy cerca de supermercados, famacias, restaurantes. Me gusta tambien que tiene un parque con terano de basketball. Yo regresare aqui 100% mi proximo viaje.

Iris was an excellent host, always attentive and willing to help us. He gave us a five-star service. Your accommodation is impeccably clean, fully equipped with everything you need - and more - to feel at home. The internet connection works perfectly and the atmosphere of the place is very cozy. I loved the attention to detail: everything is carefully personalized and the decoration in red tones adds a special warmth. Oh! And I almost forgot: something I loved was the fresh, clean, tropical scent that filled the whole house. I've been to many accommodations, but this is the only one that has pleasantly surprised me in that regard. Thank you for everything, Iris!
