Beach house holiday rentals in Cabarete

Our stay at David’s exceeded our hopes for a great beachside vacation. The place was cozy, clean with modern style, yet not cold and impersonal and had some Dominican style to it as well. The community that David’s place is in, is welcoming, safe and we met lots of great people. Great pool, landscaping, gardens and there are so many great places to just sit back and enjoy. David was responsive with questions, had lots of recommendations for Places to eat and things to do, and we thoroughly enjoyed every minute. We will come back to again for sure!

La casa es de ensueño, la cocina está súper bien dotada, cada espacio es perfecto, todo estaba impecable y súper hermoso. Quedamos fascinados con lo proactivo que fue el administrador, su respuesta instantánea y siempre estuvo al pendiente de ayudar y eso nos permitió vivir una experiencia inolvidable. Sin duda superó nuestras expectativas y por eso lo recomiendo a ojos cerrados y voy a volver.

From the location to the accomodations, Martina's house is spectacular. It comfortably fit our family of 8 and served as the perfect backdrop to a memorable family vacation! We struggled to find the house at first, since we arrived at night in pouring rain and poor visibility, but Apolinar was incredibly responsive and guided us to where we needed to be. So grateful for him! The location is safe and secure, steps away from the beach, and central to kite surfing schools, delicious restaurants, and more. The house is very comfortable and welcoming, WiFi was strong, and kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with thoughtful touches. We felt right at home. We highly recommend booking Martina's place!

This place was way more than what I wished It would be . It’s so raw , totally surrounded by nature , perfect for me because I needed a real get away from everything, the urban noises, somewhere I could feel like in my village back home in Africa. If you’re a sounds of nature lover , you’re gonna enjoy listening to trees rubbing on each other when it gets windy , and the birds singing. Your stay will feel a lot like a camping retreat . If you mind the insects, not having a tv , being far from stores and restaurants; you’re probably gonna run away .

This location is absolutely amazing has everything you might need in this a perfect place. If you're interested in kite surfing enjoying the beach or spending time in cabarete. I highly recommend this location. I have stayed there several times and I will stay there in the future.

Excelente experiencia, a minutos de playa encuentro caminando, y a 10 min de la playa Cabarete en vehiculo. La casa es un remanso de paz, pero al mismo tiempo cerquita de la diversión de Cabarete. Perfecto para familias o grupos de amigos. Volveremos seguramente!!

Spent four days and it was the best four days. It was great luis was the best host.

La villa es más linda que en las fotos, todo estaba limpio y organizado. Habían toallas y sábanas suficientes y la llegada y salida fue flexible. Jackson es muy amable, sin duda volveremos.

We experienced several relaxing days in Garden Villa. The villa provided more than enough space for our family to spread out and the pool was warm and comfortable the entire time. Will definitely book again next time we’re in DR.🏝️🤩

A Perfect Getaway – Highly Recommend! I had the pleasure of staying at Sosua Villa, hosted by Alex, and it was truly amazing! The villa is even more stunning than the photos, with thoughtful decor, a great layout, and top-notch amenities. Whether for a large or small group, it’s perfectly designed for a fantastic stay. The views are breathtaking—mountains in the distance from the balcony and rooftop. The hospitality was outstanding! Chef Pablo and Chef Manuel prepared delicious meals with love, and we enjoyed fresh coconuts daily. Carolina, the house manager, ensured we had everything we needed. Our driver, Hector, was prompt and knowledgeable, making travel effortless. The villa is safe, well-located, and near a beautiful beach resort. Alex was super communicative and gave great recommendations. Be sure to visit cabarete to enjoy drinks on the beach and music. Heerlijk genoten van deze mooie villa. We danken jullie voor jullie snelle reacties, Alles in de Villa en omgeving was prachtig we zullen zeker nog een keer in deze mooie villa verblijven. Ik heb alleen maar Plus punten: airconditioning werkte top, huis was schoon evenals badkamer en toilet en de locatie was helemaal Top! Bedankt voor jullie gastvrijheid!

If you’re looking to visit Puerto Plata and want to have enjoyable stay, packed with activities. You’re in the right place! Definitely good value for your money. The photos don’t do justice to the house! Totally enjoyed our stay and Franchesca’s help was a huge part of it! Her recommendations are superb! We definitely would be coming back and staying at Franchesca’s.

The place is very nice! Rooms are spacious and everything was very clean and lots of kitchen amenities. The pool is also nice :) It is inside a community and the gate security personnel are a bit harsh, but besides that, it's an amazing stay in Cabarete.

A villa fit for Kings and Queens. This place is beautiful! The interior is colorfully decorated but also Suttle. Every part of the home, inside and out are just amazing! Peaceful, private, and breathtaking! You can't go wrong with this place.

From when I booked months prior to checking in and checking out Bianca’s suggestions on the area and her attention to detail of my interests is what made my vacation for my wife and I. I cannot wait until I have a chance to return to her Loft. If you were to book a stay here I would suggest mapping a transportation plan as it was pricey (at least for me) to get around outside of the community and hit Sosua, Puerta Plata or Cabarete. Drivers Maximo and Anthony were also a highlight of ours because of their knowledge of the area and their humor. Would definitely recommend a stay here for sure!

Kelvin was a great host. Also, the description matched my expectations. The place is a great value and is close to many good restaurants (my favorite was Swai but I also really liked 2 others: La Capola and The Food Truck King). Kelvin was very helpful and welcoming.

Jose and Nathaniel were the perfect host! I wish every host was as attentive as they were! Excellent location! Excellent hot water! Excellent freezing AC, lots of space, excellent internet services, just excellent all around. Also gated community for safe keeping!
