We had a very pleasant stay in this apartment! The location is simply excellent – right in the heart of the city center, yet in a quiet area. Everything is within walking distance: great restaurants, attractions, and bike rental are just a few minutes away. The apartment is clean, well-equipped, and has a modern design. Special highlights were the Nespresso coffee machine, automatic shutters, and excellent air conditioning, which made our stay very comfortable. Marta was extremely helpful and kind, always quick to respond to any questions. We were completely satisfied in every way, and I highly recommend this accommodation!

Javi was very kind and welcomed us with great attention, including details that add to the stay! The place is impeccable and the photos don't do it justice, a very cool place to disconnect and enjoy the moment, thank you very much Javi and Ainhoa for your attention, we would definitely stay again!

Beautiful apartment with balcony, spacious bathroom, lovingly furnished, without unnecessary frills. Quiet and sunny location (January), just a few steps away from the very nice beach. Perfect for us. Lisa is very helpful and accommodating. Unfortunately, the Spanish cleaning company did not do its job satisfactorily. Still, the apartment is highly recommended. The place is great to stay for either short term stay or longterm. It was clean, light and cozy - didn’t want to leave the place 🙂 It has everything you need (even salt, olive oil and some spices)! Very happy with the place. It's one of those places where you can see that they take care of every last detail. The apartment is fully refurbished and clean as well as not being able to. We didn't need anything. I would definitely come back.

Lovely apartment with great views from the terrace, living room and 2 bedrooms. Quiet and easy to access, next to a campsite where there were not many people given the season. The listing is located in a complex with many listings. Unused basement parking because it's a little narrow to my liking. The environment is peaceful compared to the rest of the city of Orpesa where there are many building bars. The property is nice and well arranged. It lacked equipment (kettle, coffee maker, dryer etc.) and was rather dirty with a lot of dust (probably because it was not occupied before) especially the terrace. Very comfortable bedding. Communication with the host very easy by messaging.

A good apartment with an ocean view on the beachfront. The area is far from downtown Benicassim, but the beach is very good with a wide promenade and bike path. Ideal north-facing orientation to avoid heat in summer. The building is old but everything inside is in good condition. It had everything, just missing an ironing board. The double bed is 1.30. The only catch is that there is construction in front, and they didn't warn us, although being an 8th floor, the truth is we didn't notice it too much. To go to the supermarket and downtown you have to take the car, although it has a store next door with all the essentials.

The treatment with Violeta was excellent, she gave us the perfect instructions, she was always available for the key collection, in the apartment we didn't need anything, we felt at home, the cleanliness and organization 10/10, we certainly had a good weekend, I hope to have the opportunity to return. 100% recommended

We loved it! We'll be back, the house and the views are spectacular and Santi was very close and kind to us, as well as providing us with a lot of useful information about the place.

A great house to go as a couple, the views from the terrace are great seeing the beach and the mountains. It is fully equipped. The pool is very good in front of the beach. The area is quiet, it also has a garage space. As a good detail I liked the good smell of the bath towels and as a detail to improve it was that in the closet I had another set of bed linen echa a burruño and it was not known if they were clean or dirty, so we do not use them, otherwise everything very well.

The apartment has a very nice view, it is spacious and well-equipped for 6. The linens are of very good quality, the services too. The host is very attentive, there were a lot of products offered for our welcome. Julian stayed in touch with us during our stay, he always advised us, although we did not meet him, his neighbor Noé came to greet us very kindly for him. Thank you.

First of all the super friendly host, a very new loft, with choice for people with limited mobility, the comfortable bed, the cool jacuzzi, functional fridge and cooker (there are all the necessary utensils) and by the time we did not use the stove with wood fire but also must be very nice

Great place near the beach in a beautiful neighborhood.

The accommodation is very nice and cozy. It is very well equipped and has details, such as bathrobes and typical welcome sweets, which give it a point of quality. It's a bit wider than what you can see in the photos. It is located in a fairly new building and in a privileged area, from where you can enjoy the beautiful corners of Morella. Communication with the host was smooth, friendly and helpful at all times.

Beautiful apartment on two floors with two full bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. Perfect for families. My parents were on the same level as the living room/kitchen which is perfect for them, while we were upstairs with the children. Well soundproofed and A/C that works very well. Kitchen with a lot of convenience. You can walk to the beach, close to everything and even a grocery store in the same building! The host was very welcoming and responsive. He takes the time to show you around. We would definitely have stayed longer! Thanks to the apartment, Peniscola was a big favorite.
