We stayed in spite of problems with the gas resulting in no hot water. Lucia offered a refund or a steep discount. We opted for the discount and we have no regrets. The terrace and views are more than worth the slight inconvenience since we could still heat up water with the kettle and microwave. Highly recommend.

Eugenio's place is beautiful, comfortable, and impeccably clean. But the star of the show is Eugenio himself, who is kind, friendly, and extremely responsive. The space was initially too dark to be functional especially at night, and Eugenio quickly went and changed several of the lightbulbs to brighter ones. He makes himself available always and just has a beautiful energy. Definitely recommend his place.

Excellent place, everything is very good. Located a few steps from the obelisk and next to theaters. For those who are not used to the noise of a busy avenue, it is something to keep in mind. Everything else is perfect

I really liked the apartment! They were always available and the location is very perfect. It's next to Don Júlio and Ciro Café. Super safe too. I had already stayed in other apartments in Buenos Aires and was always disappointed with the cleanliness! But the carola's apartment was really clean

We just wrapped up our 1 week trip to Buenos Aires and stayed at Martin and Maria’s Airbnb. We arrived earlier than expected and they had no issues with us checking in a couple of hours early which was amazing! Maria let us into the apartment and walked us through the amenities including the free laundry and sauna on the top floor. The place was absolutely beautiful and clean. The private balcony was perfect for morning coffee/evening drinks! We were very excited to come back to a wonderful home after a long day of walking in BA. The Airbnb is close to a lot of restaurants and central to the activities that we had planned such as the Botanical Garden and Jardin de Japones. There are many parks close by that my 2 yr old son took advantage of. There is a supermarket a couple minutes walk away. Overall we thought this stay was a 10/10 and would recommend it to anyone!

Location, location, location. A cool, vibrant neighborhood with a lot to see and do and a variety of restaurants, all within walking distance. The living area and kitchen were nicely renovated and the terrace was great for morning coffee and evening wine and cheese. Would definitely recommend it.

Gabriel is an exceptional host. Always ready and attentive to every detail before, during and after the stay. Yes, the accommodation is always impeccable, the kitchen is super complete and with extra amenities that are not usually found in other places. The room is very comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless upon arrival. I'll always come back!

Great place for those who go in group. It comfortably accommodates about 12 people. The house has a yard with a barbecue that is charming and very useful for rainy days and lunch with the gang. It has three bathrooms with hot water (one in a suite) and working perfectly. There is a supermarket almost on the corner. In the end, the house was a comfort for everyone. I would definitely come back if I needed a big place to stay. I loved it!

The place was so fun! Arcade games were a huge hit ! Damian was easy to communicate with. Comfy beds! Great location , fruit store across the street!

Amazing stay!!! I highly recommend Lucas's place. Perfect location, walkable everywhere, gorgeous home, high ceilings (the place is bigger than in photos when it is usually the opposite!!!) And the patio is AMAZING! Spent so much time up there. Spent a full month and could truly have moved there. The only thing I would note is the stairs going up to the balcony dont have a railing (brutalist style which I really liked, never felt unsafe) so if you have little kids or have poor balance that may be a safety risk. Otherwise no issues!

Very nice Airbnb. Definitely worth the price. It is super clean and modern. There is a balcony and tow bathrooms. The kitchen is great. You are perfectly able to prepare meals. Another great thing about the accommodation is the rooftop. You can enjoy the sunset and in the summer you can even the swimming pool.

Fabian the boys, I forgot some things, a week went by and they returned it to me, no problem and the place is great

The apartment is clean and tidy, it has all the kitchen items, it is spacious, it has many places close to all kinds of rubros that makes the stay easier. It is two and a half blocks from the Italian hospital, for those who are looking for lodging for that reason as was mine. There are nice parks nearby to enjoy the day.

Very well located and accessible. I went with my poodle Ronnie. I would have liked more pillows and more cleaning items, such as a ballerina cloth and dishcloths, or a new, sealed sponge. Some floor cloth. Also some courtesy like a bottle of water or coffee/tea sachet. Overall very cute. I recommend it and would definitely come back.

Very good experience. Area to work and excellent wifi. Peace of mind. Ezequiel was an excellent host. I would come back without hesitation.
