Rubén was very welcoming and helpful during our two stays at his house in April and May. He is very attentive, very kind and concerned about our comfort. We felt at home. This place was great. If you haven't stayed in a PH in Buenos Aires before, they are amazing! Each one is unique and offers a different vibe. This place has a beautiful courtyard on the ground floor with tropical plants. The first-floor bedroom feels magical with the large glass windows and plants. Pro and con to the first floor is if it rains... On one hand, the feeling of lying in bed while rain falls outside in the courtyard is euphoric. But on the other hand, it's a bit of a pain to get upstairs to the main level without getting wet. I think it was worth the tradeoff. The second floor is the main level with a great open floorplan living space. Kitchen has all the things you need, minus disposables, like paper towels/napkins. The third floor is the rooftop. You have to experience it to understand it... Now, this is an older place with quirks & things that could use minor improvements, but nothing crazy. 1 downside - mosquitoes, but the host brought us sprays that got rid of them.

A place close to everything, cafes, restaurants, shops, transportation, everything at your fingertips. The most important thing for me was the quick response to all my concerns. Thank you very much, Leila and Graciela. Definitely a place to go back.

Excellent location, close to the Metro, buses and bars. It's very easy to get around Buenos Aires by taxi. Close to many supermarkets and food places open late. The apartment has everything you need: heating, hair dryer, TV, Wi-Fi, towels and extra sheets

We stayed with my husband, for a health issue, since he is close to the Italian Hospital. The apartment is spotless, just like the photos!, the guys were more than friendly , especially Javier, always very attentive. They leave amenities, so that when you arrive you have everything you need, you can see that they are excellent hosts. The stay was 10 days, and everything was perfect! we will certainly go back!

The apartment is comfortable, it was missing some kitchen utensils. The only uncomfortable thing was the first day we arrived, they were just fixing the front and you could hear the hammering a lot, but then it got better. Thanks to Alejandra's good predisposition, we were able to enter before the announced time, which is very valuable when traveling with older people and waiting for a medical appointment.

The apartment has an excellent location and the view of the balcony is unique! The beds are very comfortable. Highly recommended, we look forward to returning soon.

The views from every room were spectacular. The condo was beautiful, with a large terrace on the first floor. The hosts were extremely accommodating and helpful throughout my stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Gonzalo was very responsive and gave great recommendations. The apartment was clean and as described. The building was beautiful. The location is close to Armenia park which has great bars and restaurants to try. Would stay again!

Very good accommodation, it was clean and beautiful. The hostess was very kind and answered all our questions instantly. It is a quiet neighborhood and at the same time close to several interesting points of the city. Consider that there are 4 floors without an elevator, so it makes it difficult to move suitcases. I recommend buying toilet paper as the one offered was not of good quality. It had all the other implements for a perfect stay.

Everything was excellent, the apartment as described in the publication, very clean and tidy. Very quiet and nice place. Special mention deserves Angel's treatment, very friendly, attentive and cordial. She was in all the details from the first moment and I always answer all the questions instantly. I recommend!!!! and if we come back for sure we will stay there again.
