Great place to stay at and close to work

This was a great place. It’s small, but the host had described that in both the Airbnb listing as well as in an email to me. It’s in an amazing neighborhood, beautiful homes and tree-lined streets. Convenient to all of New Orleans! I will definitely be going back there again.

This home is perfect for spending time with our family who live in Algiers. This home checks all the boxes both private, clean and quiet with a responsive host. Loved sitting out early mornings on the front porch and grabbing coffee at a local spot. Convienence to the ferry a plus. Will come again.

This place is amazing— great location, wonderful balcony to enjoy a coffee and catch some views, fun bars and restaurants nearby and easy to get to other neighborhoods. We’ve stayed here before and would absolutely stay here again/recommend to friends!

The house was beautiful - if anything, I feel like it *exceeded* my expectations. Super spacious, lovingly decorated, all that good stuff. And the location was perfect, too; close to everything you want to be close to, but with enough privacy to get a good night's sleep. But that's just the house itself. Jason & Michelle were INCREDIBLE hosts. Just extraordinarily accommodating/communicative. I had a kinda wacky shipping request (due to my line of work/reason for being there), and Michelle wasn't just "okay with it", she was my dang partner in the whole ordeal. Simply above and beyond. I wouldn't just recommend this spot to a pal; I would chastise them for going elsewhere. 6 stars!!! <3

We had a great stay! They were quick to respond to questions and super helpful! The space is great and comfortable and the location is ...chef's kiss! I'd definitely stay here again.

If you want to experience authentic New Orleans vibes in a 100+ year old shotgun, this is the place. The location is near plenty of bars and restaurants without being in the middle of the quarter. The owner was fantastic, and you can tell he put some love into this house. We got in late and had a minor issue, thinking he might respond the following day. Not only did he respond immediately, he fixed it within 15 minutes. We would absolutely stay here again.

Sean was a consummate host. The amenities were very nice. One night There was a bad storm and the power went out. It went back on in 5 minutes but Sean had immediately contacted me and was on top of the situation. He has a very nice home.

SUPER cute BNB, and with a very welcoming host! The place is so cute, and well stocked with everything you could need. Perfect location to take the ferry to the French quarter, but feel more like a local in your down time. Can't recommend it enough!

Host was friendly and responsive. The space was perfect for our long weekend stay. The coffee station, water bottles, and laundry setup were all great additions!

I had such a lovely stay at Kate and Robert’s place! Great location close to everything. Went to Honey’s for coffee every morning which is 2 blocks away. I checked in in the middle of a downpour and Robert came out and met me with an umbrella and helped me inside — he was so sweet! The apartment is really cute and the bed was so comfortable! Highly recommend ♥️

This was a great place to stay just outside of the French Quarter. It felt really safe and homely. The main bathroom was also fab, great shower! Would stay again.

This Airbnb was perfect for my boyfriend and I for the week. Very walkable and conveniently located!

We absolutely loved our stay here. It was so cozy and homey with everything you could need for your stay. We were especially grateful for the ironing material since we were here for a wedding, and my husband’s tux had gotten very wrinkled in the flight. The beds were very comfortable, the AC worked well and was clean, and everything felt very private and secure. We liked the bonus of parking behind a locked gate. Loved how close this is to both the city park and French quarter and how easy it was to take the street car from the park where there is free parking to downtown (where there is no parking lol). Miriam is also great and had very prompt and friendly communication, she even was kind enough to offer to hold my charging cable I had accidentally left at check out. I highly recommend staying here if you’re considering staying in the area!!

I recently stayed at Erin’s 's apartment and had a fantastic experience. The place was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and attractions within few min of driving distance. Erin’s was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the process. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable, and stylish stay. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

The apartment is just as shown and described. We particularly like the location because it is close enough to the action without being in the midst of it. Michelle was very responsive when one of the small kitchen appliances quit working. She had a new one to us in no time!

Erestinas place was perfect! Clean, easy to access, and worth the price. Would highly recommend and definitely stay there again!

We had an amazing stay at Kimberley’s condo during our recent trip to New Orleans! The space was absolutely perfect—clean, cozy, and fully stocked with everything we needed. It was incredibly comfortable for both myself and my wife, and felt like a true home away from home. The location couldn’t have been better. The neighborhood was super walkable and just a short stroll from all the action on Frenchmen Street, plus tons of great bars, restaurants, and music spots. We were able to explore so much of the city on foot, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Kimberley was a fantastic host from start to finish. She was kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. She made special accommodations for us and always responded quickly and warmly to any questions we had. Her hospitality truly made our stay memorable. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again next time we’re in town. Highly recommend!

This is a lovely spot in a great location, right on Magazine street in the heart of the Garden District. Walkable, with restaurants, coffee shops and sweet shady neighborhood streets showcasing New Orleans' architecture. The space itself was exactly like the photos - very stylish, comfortable, clean and well-appointed. Jo Ann was very accomodating, responsive and an excellent host. It was a fun stay for our first trip to NOLA and we're glad to have had the chance to experience it.

This was our second stay at Will‘s place. We chose to stay there again for a few reasons: it was within walking distance to the event we attended at the Smoothie King Center, it was easy to park in one of the garages that are located across the street, we had peace of mind about our safety, and it has the comfort of home with great furnishings and amenities. Will’s place did not disappoint our second time around!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo! The space was clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated—everything we needed for a relaxing visit. One of the highlights was definitely the balcony—it was the perfect spot to unwind in the evenings with a drink and enjoy the atmosphere. Another big plus was the secure parking, which gave us peace of mind and made coming and going super convenient. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. And when we wanted to explore further, a quick Uber ride got us to all the best spots downtown New Orleans has to offer. Highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for a safe, stylish, and convenient place to stay in NOLA!

Great location perfectly placed for Frenchman street music and restaurants. Michael couldn't have been more helpful and there is a comprehensive house book that has all the information one could possibly need in addition to guide books. Beautiful place and was very clean.
