Holiday rentals with a patio in Bywater, New Orleans

Casey’s place was exactly the cozy retreat we hoped for. Every corner felt thoughtfully equipped- from the soft throws on the sofa to the well-stocked kitchen- and those little touches showed how much care went into the space. Casey was incredibly generous and always quick to help, making check-in effortless and our stay completely stress-free.

This was such a hidden gem. A walkable distance from the action in the French quarter. It was a very peaceful stay. Thank you for sharing your home.

Tremé Balcony Nest was quiet, clean, beautifully appointed and a delightful space. It looked out from the private balcony onto the lush, curated gardens which felt like an oasis in the city. Nice linens, well appointed kitchen (though no microwave) and tasteful art and decor throughout. Love the Tremé neighborhood and the location provided easy walkable access to the French Quarter Festival. A most restful and enjoyable place to spend a NOLA vacation.

Very comfortable and clean, walking distance to the French Quarter. The roof top was nice with a small pool and lounge area. we tried to reserve again for Mardi Gras, unfortunately it was already reserved. We had a great stay for our 7th trip to "The Big Easy". Mrs. Peggy from the barbershop downstairs, is an amazing lady very hospitable and is extremely knowledgeable about New Orleans, if you need ideas for things to do outside the Quarter, she will point you in the direction.

Fantastic place to stay in New Orleans. Near all the main areas but felt like a suburban escape with all of the green and the giant park which was great for dog walks

My stay with Preservation Green was awesome! Absolutely stellar location, 2 blocks from Magazine Street and less than a block from a phenomenal sandwich/cocktail joint. Kendra was AMAZING, so accommodating and welcoming. Super responsive. Overall, a great experience in the Garden District. Would definitely stay again.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! We were only here for one night, but it was located near everything needed to enjoy visiting New Orleans. The power had went out for a few hours after we checked in, but Kerri kept us informed as to when the power would come back on. The inside was very cozy and clean. We will definitely stay here again when we come to New Orleans

Such a beautiful sanctuary. A home away from home, a place to nourish, relax and recharge. Everything from the beds, linens, decor, cozy blankets in the living room and host made it a trip to remember. This is the spot if you are seeking great food close by, enjoy the Nola vibe and have a place to retreat when rest is needed. Thank you for sharing this beautiful space.

This is an understated gem! I absolutely loved it here. It's comfortable, quiet and immaculate. Curtis is a very accommodating and pleasant host. I highly recommend it.

This was a great place to stay. A bit farther from the city, but close to other things. Uptown is a good place to stay if you want to venture out, but have a quieter place to go home to. The large windows and remote controlled window treatments were a nice touch. It rained a couple of times and it was beautiful to be there for it.

Very nice landlord, always easily accessible and was active in helping us. The apartment matches the pictures and is beautifully decorated and very cozy. The location is fine, but it takes almost 45 minutes to walk to the French Quarter - you can easily underestimate that.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this Airbnb! The space was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable—exactly as pictured, if not better. The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and made check-in a breeze. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like snacks, toys and bowls for my pups and local recommendations. The location was perfect—close to everything but still peaceful and quiet at night. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

I was in town for a family event, and staying here was a great experience. the inside was really nice! It was a 10 min drive from the superdome, and the neighborhood was quiet. I would stay here again when in town.

Kia was a great host and this location was perfect - exactly as described! Comfortable and clean, with comfortable beds and towels. I enjoyed walking to Bywater Bakery each morning for coffee and treats, a walk for breakfast to Elizabeth's, and the convenient access to the French Quarter and Bywater. I recommend this place - looking forward to my next visit!

What a great place. Beautiful garden with fountain, massive space in this two story, stepping back in time, billiards was a bonus! Close to everything. Highly recommend.

Staying at Nick's place for our 1st Annual Girls Trip was perfect! The home fit 12 comfortably, with bathrooms in every room except the 2-bed/1-bath unit, which had access to the extra bathroom in the main space. The A/C worked well, beds were comfy, and the bathrooms were beautiful. Bedroom #6 had low water pressure, and #5 had a minor plumbing issue, but Nick responded quickly. Parking was great—3 guests parked safely for free. There were multiple access codes (entry, units, elevator); one universal code would’ve been easier. Walls are thin, so bring earplugs—Nick provides some. Rain limited rooftop use, but we enjoyed the patio. Lighting is dim at night and, like many areas in New Orleans, roaches are common outside—none were inside though. The area felt safe and was walkable. Overall, a great stay and we’d return!

Adam is very responsive and quick to help with any issue or question. The place was very clean and comfortable with everything you need. Worked out perfectly for my family. The only issue, which didn’t really bother us, would be the roosters that crow at the crack of dawn although they stop pretty quickly.

A perfectly appointed, spotless, HUGE apartment located steps away from the French Quarter. Safe and secure. Street noise at night so if you need perfectly quiet to sleep, that could be an issue but with earplugs, it was okay for us! Would stay and reccomend to anyone.

Beautiful home looks even better in person access of the condo was very easy..there is no parking but parking lots all around that's my only complaints but overall very lovely place and very safe. Walking distance to canal and bourbon street.

I attended an international meeting at the convention center. I had a great 1.1 mile walk which was interesting (and safe) no matter what route I took. Perfect 25 min exercise each way. The apartment was exactly what I hoped for.

My partner and I stayed here for our first trip to NOLA, it was incredible! The place was steps away from all of the “must sees” of New Orleans, and the loft was clean and quiet. (Other than the streetcar, but that didn’t bother us!) We will definitely stay here again!

David was a wonderful host! The picture and amenities were just as described. The location is an A+ if you are planning to do things in different parts of town. It is perfectly located in walking distance to the French Quarter, the WWII museum, Magazine Street and the street car to the Garden District. The apartment/condo building is new, quiet and has a 24hour front desk security person. The building was super quiet and the bedroom was spacious and very clean. There many places within a few blocks to eat and we never waited longer than 2 minutes for an Uber. This is not a loud part of town. I would highly recommend both David and this location if you want new, clean and centrally located!
