There are sheep grazing in the nearby area and peace and quiet...maybe there will be a car passing by in the week The cabin is without running water,we wash dishes in rainwater. Ice cold spring 5 min away, this is the best water I know of. Solar cell for light and gas for chef and fridge. The cabin provides experiences you don't have at home. Those who rent must bring their own sheets and towels. You have to get the cabin ready for the next ones to come. I mean,clean and clean yourself. There is telenor coverage.

Child-friendly cabin with parking 30 m from the cabin

This is a cabin with electricity, but no running water. The water is collected in a hydrant 60 meters from the cabin and carried into the cabin. In the cabin there is an internal pumping system that makes that there is water in the tap in the bathroom and kitchen, as well as in the shower. There is a lot of baby equipment available at the cottage such as high chair, cot, pulk, skateboard and lots of games inside. Everything is there to be used:) Fire-pan can be put out. The waffle iron for the fire-pan is located in the outdoor stall. Wood is included in the rent.

Big rental house in Gautestad

A peaceful, large house right by the lake of Høvringen in Norway. The house hosts a private beach, perfect for fishing, swimming and a row around the lake. The house comes with a lot of beds, and a small sleeping loft, perfect for big groups. Towels and sheets are NOT included. Stores are located about 20-25 minutes away by car, in the small city of Evje. A small gym is available in the annex next to the house, free to use during your stay. The hot tub is available Easter to mid October.

Hytta ligger sentralt på Løyningsknodden på Bortelid. Høy standard med badstu, boblebad og stor sydvendt terrasse med god utsikt. Hytten er romslig og har 10 sengeplasser fordelt på 4 soverom pluss TV- stue med sovesofa. I tillegg er det plass på hemsen til to/ tre på flatseng. Et godt utstyrt kjøkken med kaffemaskin, oppvaskmaskin mv. Eget vaskerom med tørketrommel, vaskemaskin og tørkeskap dekker de fleste behov. Det er mulig å lade elbil på eiendommen.

High standard in the mountains with stunning views

The apartment is on two floors (2nd and 3rd floor of the building) and is the largest in a "cabin" consisting of a total of 6 units. The area is also called the "Alpine Top" as it has amazing views all over Bortelid. This is an area with alpine slopes and great ski slopes in winter, and lovely hiking areas for the rest of the year. It is very suitable for nature walks for children, adults, adults, exerciseists and the extra sprawling among us all year.
