James was very responsive to several problems we had with the property. He immediately asked if we wanted him to come out to fix the issue. All in all, it is a wonderful place, perfect for a family reunion! The downstairs space is perfect for kids to watch TV and play games. We expect to rent this property again! Thank you

We loved are family stay at Paul & Katie’s home for Easter Week. It is a dream home . The neighborhood was beautiful and walkable, with a peaceful path to a private beach. We enjoyed the shops and restaurants in Mashpee Commons about an 8 minute drive away.

Great house, plenty of areas for everyone to have their own space. college boys loved the games in he house when it was chilly, and also enjoyed outdoors, while parents had plenty of space and peace and quiet when needed. Dinner and watching sports on TV together was also easy, as space is really great. Lucia is as solid of a communicator as any host we've had, she was terrific and helpful. Of course, the Cape and Chatham is a terrific area to visit. Would definitely rent this house again and anything Lucia has.

The place was nice and spacious. Great for large family gatherings. The pool was nice and although the water was not heated (which may partially have been due to the weather), Zachary and his team were very responsive and helped troubleshoot pool temperature. Overall we had a great stay!

Resort vibes with a chef's kitchen and stunning views! ***** Our stay at Larry's house was fantastic! The kitchen was absolutely amazing - spacious, modern, and fully equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed cooking and gathering there. The real highlight was the outdoor space. The view was breathtaking! The pool and hot tub made it feel like we were staying in a private resort. Michael was helpful and responsive, making everything easy from check in to check out. We would love to come back.

This house was spectacular. More amenities than I would have ever thought of. Gorgeous interior and exterior. The surrounding neighborhood is in need of regentrification but it’s extremely safe and quiet. Once in the home., it’s an oasis. Probably the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in (sample size about 10) Tony is extremely responsive and helpful. This was the perfect home for my daughter’s bridal party to get ready in and shoot pre wedding photos in. Also amazingly comfortable for my large family to stay in for the long weekend.

We loved this house !! Everything was as described in listing and more !! Will definitely be booking with Don & Sandy again in the future.. The house was amazing! So well thought out with so much stuff for both kids and adults to do inside and outside! Pool was refreshing and they even had a pool guy come clean it during our stay which was great :) It was also very well stocked with toiletries and kitchen supplies (garbage bags, dish soap ect.) Hosts were very proactive and professional making sure that we were good and taken care of. Can’t say enough good things about our experience this stay ❤️

Perfect place for a girl's weekend, or for anyone wanting a relaxing getaway! Absolutely loved sitting on the porch in the morning and evening overlooking the water views. During the day we could sit out or play yard games in the backyard or go for a dip in the pool, and in the evening we enjoyed the hot tub and playing games. The house itself is updated with so many great amenities we enjoyed, including a sauna, fancy shower, techy bathroom mirrors, comfy beds, coffee/espresso machine, Blackstone grill, and more. From when I first booked through checkout Gary was proactive in communicating and provided super clear instructions for everything in the house, so we never needed to reach out about any issues but it was good to know he was available if needed! We were also pleased to find some beautiful handmade local necklaces waiting for us when we arrived, which was a unique personal touch. Overall we all LOVED staying here and would highly recommend, and hope to stay again!!

The water views were breathtaking. The hot tub was a nice touch. Beautiful clean home. We loved our stay and would love to come again.

This was a perfect weekend getaway for our family! We’re a family of four and we also brought our goldendoodle. The house had everything we needed and more. It was very close to the stop and shop and also not far from Bourne bridge. We drove Falmouth, Hyannis, Provincetown from here. Ariana was also very helpful and quick to respond over message. Overall I highly recommend this place!

My wife and I a wonderful stay with my three grown children for a family event. We all travelled down from Canada, somewhat reluctantly with the current 'climate' however all was forgotten with Chris' great home in Mashpee. Everything contained within provided for a wonderful 5 day visit. We are all very familiar with the Cape having been brought down as children many years ago and Chris's home was ideally located to take in so many favourite sites. Very responsive to any questions that arose. Highly recommend and thanks !!!

This house was perfect for our 6 adults. The house had all the necessary amenities we needed. We were visiting from out of state so having a few of the necessities on hand was a bonus.

Andre's place was a great experience and getaway for my family. Plenty of space, easy access to the Cape areas and Boston, and super relaxing!

Harmony House is a sweet, cozy New England cottage! It is so well furnished with homey touches and supplies. The village is quaint and picturesque so enjoyable for strolling or walking to the many eateries. It is a very quiet neighborhood and her neighbors are friendly.

Thank you Amy! The house was clean, the beds were delicious… I slept less than I would have liked, they were amazing, and I wish I had gotten more sleep! I broke Amy’s shower and coffee table, but her communication with me was great. I apologized, she sent the damages and everything was fine. She was very kind and easy to talk to =) I would definitely stay again and absolutely recommend it. If I can give you one tip: put curtains closed on the windows to make it really dark… I can only think of how perfect the rooms would be! I wouldn’t get up anymore! hahahaha Thanks Amy!

Serenity! Sarah’s house was such a peaceful spot with many nice touches in decoration and lighting. Although it was only half a mile from the nice little downtown, it felt very secluded. We stayed there because we had an event in the area, but we would go back for a quiet retreat. The house was well stocked, comfortable, and had enough space. The little things like enough pans, silverware, and paper towels were appreciated. Sarah was flexible and communicated well.

Tina's BnB is so peaceful and in a beautiful setting with a beach. The cottage is right on the bay - sunsets are stunning. The bed is very comfortable, which is unusual for most BnBs. It is in a quiet neighborhood, and I slept well each night! Everything was clean. Even though I ate out nightly, the kitchen had all that you need to prepare a dinner. There is also a shed with beach toys and chairs. Tina checked in a few times through the message app and offered assistance, but I had everything I needed. I loved my stay and will return in the future!

A comfortable, cozy, & very clean home! Kitchen is stocked with everything needed for meals - big and small. Appliances work well, & there's plenty of counter space plus an adjoining outdoor porch with snall table & sun umbrella for outdoor coffee or snacks. Dining table seats 6-8 & is great for games, too. Bathrooms are sparkling clean & modern with strong water pressure & all amenities you might need. Half-bath in master bedroom is convenient. A handy, roomy laundry room adjoins main floor bath. Bedrooms are comfortable with nice decor, crisp linens, & comfy beds. Kids enjoyed playing in loft. Two rooms & living areas have tv's. Main floor den has sleeper sofa and barn doors can be closed for privacy. It's stocked with games and downstairs den play areas, too. It opens up to a great backyard! Neighborhood is quiet, well-maintained, & convenient to beach areas, town, & major roads. Our family of six had plenty of room & recommend this home wholeheartedly!

We had the most unforgettable stay at the beautiful Pearl Cottage! Adrianna and Tara were incredibly accommodating and communicative from the start, making us feel completely at ease and welcomed. The home itself was spotless, peaceful, and filled with romantic touches that made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. But what truly made our stay extra special were the breathtaking views—absolutely stunning and the perfect setting for a life-changing moment: we got engaged during our trip! It couldn't have been a more magical backdrop for such an important memory. We’re already looking forward to coming back for future anniversaries and reliving the joy we experienced here. Was everything we were looking for a family vacation. The location very peaceful, easy to get to and easy access to the beach. The house was very clean with a lot of accomodations for the whole family. The host are excellent always in communication if you need something and extremely friendly. Highly recommended, we will definitely go back for our next vacation!

We had a wonderful two week stay with our dog! The hosts were kind and responsive. Would definitely recommend this home, but we did have an issue with the front door during our trip. We had to exit through the sliding back door when leaving the house and could not lock the front door at night. Fortunately, it’s a safe and quiet neighborhood. I suspect this will be resolved for future guests!

Absolutely fantastic house for my family of 7! We loved the location and were sad when we had to leave. Ronda was very proactive in her communication and was always quick to respond with questions. We will definitely think about staying here again when visiting the Cape and would highly recommend to anyone who wants to visit Cape Cod!
