We (8 adults with 4 toddlers)had a great time in a beautiful home. The house is large, each bedroom had its own bathroom. The kitchen was modern and well equipped. Everything was clean and nicely decorated. We really lacked nothing. The communication with Volker was always friendly. He greeted us in the house at the beginning and showed us everything. We will be happy to come back!

The house is very nicely decorated and the small kitchen is equipped with everything it needed for cooking. The beds in the rooms have comfy mattresses. The shower is tall. Communication with the management is a bit difficult, you only get ready-made standard responses on messages and questions.

We spent a week in March in this vacation home and were very satisfied. The dike and the North Sea are just a short walk away. There were many playgrounds for children and we saw some guests with dogs (dog meadow). The check-in was done outside the opening hours without any problems via a key box. Otherwise, the very, very friendly staff in the DanCenter service office were available. The place was clean and well appointed. We lit the fireplace and relaxed in the sauna incl. Whirlpool. Despite the rainy weather, we had such a nice stay in Otterndorf and would love to come back.

Review text: We had a really nice time staying at the place! Everything was super clean, cozily furnished and exactly as stated in the description. We particularly appreciated the quiet location and the comfortable bed – we slept wonderfully. The kitchen was also well equipped, so we could easily self-cater. The contact with the host was friendly, quick and straightforward. You can tell they're working with heart and mind. We felt very comfortable and would come back anytime. Absolutely recommended! Very nice area not far lake and sea.

We had a very nice time with our large group in the accommodation. Everything was very clean and furnished with a lot of love for detail. Our highlights were the sauna and the hot tub as well as the large dining table, where we all liked to eat together. The garden offers plenty of space for various activities, and the natural swimming pool with free admission for guests is absolutely worth a visit in good weather. There is ample parking and even a wallbox for charging electric cars. Denise and Thorben thought of everything – from dishwasher tabs to garbage bags to sponges, there was a great basic equipment that you often forget. It was a really nice time for us, and we would love to come back!

The house is very big, very beautiful and clean!The door to the bedroom and toilet on the second floor, it is loud when it is switched on and off, which will affect other people to rest.😅

A special place to stay! The house is beautiful and modern, with many technological gadgets that make the stay extra comfortable. The pool and trampoline are absolutely gold for children and adults alike. Inga, the friendly host, is very helpful and always ready to answer questions, even after an extensive tour. It is also nice to know that she is staying on the same property, only 25 meters away, which offers extra reassurance. Please note that (during the period we stayed here) there were a lot of mosquitoes and wasps. The house is of course located directly on the forest. This is good to know for future guests. All in all a great experience and a place I would definitely recommend for 2 adults with kids!

Vivien was just great, extremely friendly and straightforward. Communication was also very good. The villa has everything you need, and you feel right at home. I'd love to come back.

This place was perfect for us, as a family gathering in Hamburg, where we could spend time in the garden and dinner table, rather than have to use a restaurant. If that's what you're looking for, I can recommend this: it's not the cheapest property, but if you have 6+ guests, you can make up for that by cooking and eating in. and the house is in a nice, quiet area of Bergedorf. Vivian was easy to communicate with. The house was clean and matched the description. There is a first floor bedroom and bathroom suitable for elderly guests, and plenty of room upstairs to spread out. The kitchen had supplies (e.g. cooking herbs and spices) ready for us. There's a dining room table large enough for eight guests. The garden is peaceful and has seating for everyone. Yes, it's a lived-in home, which means there are a few minor inconveniences. Minor -- imagine you rented out your own home, there would be quirks that you've learned to live with. Same here. Overall, Vivian keeps a great property.

The place was clean and exactly as described. We were there with 9 friends and had a nice time there. We could also be louder without disturbing anyone. Gode was very helpful and we could always turn to her. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately, the pool was blocked for hygiene for most of the holiday. Everything else was really great.

Very good , would love to go again next year
